Dustin Bowers, the founder of PLAEX Building Systems™, was deeply inspired to help make the world a better place after becoming a parent in 2017. Drawing on his more than two decades of building experience, he collaborated with industry leaders to develop an improved method of construction. This led to the creation of PLAEX, a sustainable building material, and innovative interlocking system designed to address the numerous challenges in the building industry and our planet.
PLAEX is committed to developing an ever-growing ecosystem of simple and innovative building materials, from unused and underused waste streams for the construction of eco-friendly, sustainable structures that will last generations while saving on energy costs. We aim to raise the quality standards of buildings and structures around the globe.
PLAEX operates on a circular economy through simple assembly & disassembly as well as recycling products into new products through our stewardship program.
