Sean Michael Crane's Unstoppable Mindset
You Have More Power Than You'll Ever Know
What if your voice could change the world? Join me, Shawn Michael Crane, as I unravel the immense power each of us holds in today's digital era. Reflecting on my transformative journey from prison to purpose, this episode dives into the boundless potential of our voices, especially when united. With inspiration from thought leaders like Jordan Peterson, we examine the profound influence individuals wield when they choose to speak up. The message is clear: in 2024, your phone is not just a device—it's a platform for change, a medium to reach millions. It's time to harness that power and use it for meaningful impact, whether it's supporting leaders like RFK or recognizing the broader implications of figures like Trump.
This isn't just about politics; it's about embracing the bigger picture and fighting for a better future. Silence, as I argue, equates to complicity. So let’s break the norm, challenge the status quo, and leverage social media to stand firm in our beliefs. We'll explore how being vocal and active can lead to real change in your family, community, and beyond. With the energy of current events as our backdrop, this is a call to action to unite, inspire, and shake things up for a healthier, more just world. Join the conversation, and let's make our voices count—because change starts with us.
Welcome back to another episode of the Unstoppable Mindset Podcast. I'm your host, shawn Michael Crane, and we're going to get right into it. You guys, the message today is that you are powerful. You are limitless in the power and the influence that you possess, especially in 2024, when you could pick up your phone and share a message that could reach millions of people. Like gosh, that's never been something that you could do in history. In the past, you had to become someone of status, you had to be a king, you had to be a monarch, you had to be the pope, right, you had to be a political figure, a celebrity, to get your message out to the masses. But nowadays, anybody with a phone, with heart, with passion, with consistency, can get messages out to change lives, to impact people. That's the journey that I've been on since I came home from prison. The things that I went through, the lessons that I learned, the changes that I made were so invaluable that I've dedicated my life to sharing my message with the world, every day, until the day I die, because I know that my message can change lives, it can save lives, it can change the way that someone shows up and raises their kids, the way that someone shows up and raises their kids and those kids grow up to have a completely different leader, an example and a completely different life, because of a message I shared from my heart through this medium called a phone. Oh my gosh, this is incredible.
Speaker 1:I just heard Jordan Peterson speak this last week and one of the things he really made sure to reiterate a couple times to the audience is he said you guys have so much power. What are you going to do with that power? You have so much power. What are you going to do with that power? You have so much more influence that you can fathom. What are you going to do with it? He challenged the audience and I think a lot of people realize this.
Speaker 1:Like me, I think a lot of people realize that our voice and our opinion doesn't matter that much, and the reason I say that is because, look at this current election, right, we realize that we do have a voice. We realize that the underdog, the person that the media said would never win, that has been sabotaged and belittled and defamed and all these things. Right, he won. That was a win for the people, that was a win for you and I. Not the person, not the persona, it's the bigger picture. Here, your voice matters.
Speaker 1:When we come together and we unite, we're powerful, whether it's on social media, whether it's uniting on things that we believe in, that we want to see change, we have power, and so it's really inspiring to feel that way, to know that what you do matters. It's encouraging. Don't waste this fucking time, don't make excuses, don't say, oh, it doesn't matter the Illuminati or the elites, no, you, your family, your community, your leadership, your message on social media, your social media platform. You guys should all take your social media platform so seriously and make sure that every day, you're putting out content that depicts who you are and what you stand for. What do you value? Because if you're silent, that's just the same thing as giving up and fighting for the opposite side. If you're silent, that says that you don't care. You don't care about the next man in his family, right. You only care about your selfish needs, right. Being silent is the equivalent of being the opposition. And I think we're seeing right now that, in a time where there's so much change, so much emotion, so much energy, we have a great opportunity to enlighten people, to lead people, to inspire people and to unite in that pursuit of a better life.
Speaker 1:And the coolest thing is I've been very vocal about my opinions. I love what RFK represents Make America healthy again. How could you argue with that statement? I love Trump for not being bought out, for being somebody that could go in there and shake shit up and get the corruption out of there and put amazing people in office that can enact real change in our country. Too many people look at the person, the persona, and they get tunnel vision and they can't see the bigger picture. I love what's happening and I'm going to be very vocal about it. I'm going to educate people and I'm going to share why I believe what I believe and just recently, by posting on social media, I've been able to share valuable content around things like childhood obesity, childhood cancer, the effects of cell phones on children and their mental health, and teenagers. Then people ask me you know, why Trump, why this, why that? And it gives me an opportunity to have a healthy conversation and share why I believe what I believe and back it up with factual information not things I saw on CNN statistics, facts and be able to help them to see the bigger picture of how these things interlock and intertwine. Okay, people just think that someone who voted for Trump wants to wear a MAGA hat and they like him because he's brash and crazy. That's an aspect of it, but I see the bigger picture.
Speaker 1:Bring RFK in. Change the way our kids eat. Bring RFK in and Cali means Change the way the FDA and the CDC are regulated. Big Pharma Change the way that you know the medical system is run, because nowadays what happens is they'll treat you once you're sick, but they don't provide preventative care. Insurance wouldn't pay for your kids to go to the gym, but they'll pay for Ozempic $1,500 a pop. That's fucking ridiculous. Doctors aren't even educated in nutrition. They're not even allowed to give nutrition advice, but they can give your kids pills to numb the symptoms, to mask the symptoms. It's all backwards. So there's something bigger in play here and it's powerful and I'm excited and I'm going to use my platforms to share these messages, to educate people.
Speaker 1:And here's the thing I've been able to have conversations recently where I had people who opposed my viewpoints and didn't understand my opinions, and I've been able to get them to have a conversation with me and I've been able to share and educate them, actually been able to help them to see my viewpoint and understand it, because if you watch CNN or you trust in what people have known and what they reiterate, most of it is nonsense and it's not true. You have to be a free thinker and you have to do your own research. And I've been doing my own research because I'm not going to speak about anything I don't believe in, that I haven't fact checked, that I don't understand, that I don't really know is true and right, like anything that I promote on social media, from the freaking clothes I wear, the food I eat, the supplements I take, the politicians that I believe in, everything that I do, everything that I say, everything that I share, is going to be vetted and it's going to be because I believe in it and because these individuals or these companies are in integrity with my values, bottom line. So my voice is powerful, my message carries weight and so does yours.
Speaker 1:You can change somebody's opinion. You can change somebody's life. You can give them information that can help them. You can inspire them. You can motivate them to become better mothers, better fathers, leaders for their families, better parents, sober, healthier, right, more passionate. Leave that job they hate, go after their passion. The list is endless. You can help people to feel alive again. You have to start with yourself and lead by example, and everything and anything that you do to change for the better, everything that you learn in your pursuit of excellence. You then have an obligation and responsibility to share with the next man so they can follow you and they can become a better version of themselves. Can you imagine a world where everyone did that? Can you imagine how beautiful it would become when we empowered each other and inspired each other to become better every day? I need you. I've told you this from the beginning. God put it on my heart to change the world, but I'm one man. I can't do it alone. I need you to step up and lead the charge with me. Let's go, baby.
