Speaker 1:

Welcome back to another episode of the Unstoppable Mindset Podcast. I'm your host, sean Crane, and thank you guys for tuning in. Everyone's super fired up right now. It's actually January 1st as I'm recording this, so everyone's focused on their goals, making positive changes. Everyone's hyper aware of what they need to do to improve the quality of their lives, so I want you to keep this energy and feeling alive inside of you long enough to see your goals and dreams materialize before you. Like that's the best feeling in the world, and so in this clip, I want to talk to you about why you should write down your goals Right now. I'm sure you have goals related to your health, your finances, just your life in general.

Speaker 1:

Around January 1st, people are making New Year's resolutions, right, and a lot of times, people forget about those goals a couple weeks or months later and they don't change shit. Like statistics and research show that most people who make New Year's resolutions they don't actually fulfill those goals, and so if you're somebody that actually wants to fulfill your goals and you want to change your life, I'm going to give you some insight right here as to how to go about it. I want you to recognize how important it is to write your goals down consistently. Now, if you really really really want to achieve them, you should write them down pretty much every day, but at least a couple times a week, man, you should be journaling and reflecting and making sure that you're making progress towards your goals. So the first thing is to set clearly defined goals. You should set a goal related to your health, and that's like fitness, nutrition supplementation. Maybe you're cutting out alcohol, like. What are your health-related goals? You should set goals related to your family and the amount of time you're spending with them, the experiences you want to have, the stuff that you want to change or improve in your family dynamics. You should set financial goals goals around saving, investing, earning and, in other areas, right Goals to take trips. Goals to improve aspects of your business, like if you run a business, like I do, you got all kinds of goals goals related to marketing, sales, you know, training people, revenue, like there's a lot of goals there. But if you're just an average person or just a normal person, or whatever you want to call it, if you're just a person looking to change and improve their life in 2025, I highly recommend you have a goal around health, family and finance.

Speaker 1:

Okay, and health is a number of things. Like I said, that's the food you eat, your workouts, spiritual health, it's you, your personal development, reading more books. That could all be encompassed under health and wellbeing. But, anyway, you want to set clear goals, like, okay, in 2025, I want to get down to 185 pounds, 10% body fat. That's a number, a target that you can aim for, and then what you do is you reverse engineer it. If you're 220 right now, you got to do a little math. You got to figure out how many calories should I eat per day to make sure that I make it to 185. Okay then, okay, how much should I work out? If you don't know, you should probably hire a coach or Google it and watch some YouTube videos. But the best thing to do is hire a coach or get into a program and you're going to learn. Okay, how much cardio should I do, how much weightlifting should I do? Like, how am I actually going to get to 10%? Right, it's very easy, if you have clear goals, to then reverse engineer them and understand what you got to do day in and day out. In that example, you'll know how many days you got to work out the gym, how many calories you should eat per day, and you'll have a clear blueprint that's going to allow you to meet your goals.

Speaker 1:

Same with financial goals. Those are easy because you have a number you want to hit by the end of the year. You divide it, it by 12. You know how much you should make or save, depending on what goal it is, each month, and then you can break that down even further to weekly and then daily. If it's a revenue goal, you want to know how much do I need to make today to earn seven figures this year? Like how much today? Right, I like to have clarity around my goals and so then you can reverse engineer them and then you can take action.

Speaker 1:

When I have a goal, I reverse engineer it and then immediately, whatever action I can take right now, I'm on it. You know it might be putting stuff in my calendar that's related to that action. It might be putting alarms in my phone to bring awareness to certain times I got to do stuff. It might be phone calls, text messages, like I'm taking action on it immediately and I want a blueprint that I can follow every day. That's going to guarantee, if I stay consistent, I'm going to reach that goal. So the coolest thing about setting goals is when you achieve them. You feel so damn good.

Speaker 1:

And the other day I was in my office doing a coaching call and I saw a piece of paper sitting there on the desk. It was like a ripped corner of a piece of paper, of a page of paper, and I looked at it and it said get my wife pregnant, build a team with Unstoppable 365, work with Dr J to optimize my health, get to 225 pound muscle and under 10% body fat, and put my family in a new home. I was like, wow, man, I did all that stuff. These were just random goals I must have jotted down one day. Maybe I was talking to someone on a coaching call, maybe I had a burst of inspiration, but I was like, dude, check, check, check, check, did all that stuff. And those are some pretty big goals, pretty audacious goals. Right, getting my wife pregnant obviously she's got to be on the same page with that and that's a fun goal to achieve. Build a team with Unstoppable that was a huge one. I mean I built a team with Unstoppable this year because I had that as a goal and those pieces started to fall into place.

Speaker 1:

Here's what I want to share with you about writing your goals down and putting it out into the ether, meaning the universe, the world. When I have something that I'm passionate about or that I want to change, I write, write it down every fucking day. I talk about it on social media, I text people about it, I tell my wife about it, I tell everybody that I work with or that I interact with about it. I talk about it until and work towards it and write it down until it manifests into a reality. That's what happened with unstoppable.

Speaker 1:

I remember telling one of my team members I think I had like two team members at the beginning of this year I said we got to build a badass team with Unstoppable. We got to build a badass team with Unstoppable and we got to be the number one personal development coaching program for blue collar business owners. I literally sent that text message to Tommy Mello. He texted me back. He said dude, this has been on my mind for a while. Let's talk If you don't know who Tommy Mello is. He's a massive success in the blue collar service-based business world. He's grown his A1 garage door repair company into a nine-figure business and he's in something like 20 states. Guy's a brilliant business mind and entrepreneur and just a great human being, and so we started talking about my coaching business, his desire to teach people about health and to give back to that community, and we combined forces and we started having discussions with other people. That's how I met Dr J and brought him in as a business partner. That's how I met Joe Polish. That's how I met Whitney Jones. That's how I met Ashley Garcia. These are all now my team members and business partners.

Speaker 1:

It happened because I had this vision and this idea and I was talking to Matt Fleming, who was a coach with me at the time. I was talking to other people around me my wife all the time about the growth that I wanted to acquire and how I knew I needed to build a team if I wanted to make the level of impact that I'm intending to make on the world. I can't do it by myself. I need other world changers around me and brilliant minds and people that think differently and tick differently than I do. That's what makes a dynamic team People that have the same vision, who bring different attributes and skill sets into the mix, and together you become more dynamic and more of a force than you could ever by yourself. And so that's what happened.

Speaker 1:

And Unstoppable 365, we absolutely crushed it. In seven months we did over seven figures revenue and we're just getting started, man, you know, and it's just incredible to see everyone come together and the level of impact we can have in people's lives. And we just acquired a brick and mortar. So now we're going to be able to do in-person health and fitness training, coaching, consulting in Arizona. The goal is to be able to provide a number of services in person blood work, stem cell therapy, everything and anything related to optimizing health. We're going to be doing that. So we just acquired. So now Unstoppable is growing and today is the first day of 2025, and we're not looking back and, honestly, my goal for Unstoppable this year is eight figures. Right. So going from a seven-figure business to an eight-figure business, that's a stretch, but we're going to do it because we have all the right pieces, we have the goals set in place, we have the right people and we're going to achieve it. I'm calling my shot right here, because that's what I do and I always fucking produce baby.

Speaker 1:

So, going down this list, the third thing I wrote down was optimize my health with Dr J. You know I wanted to get to 225 lean muscle under 10% body fat and I did that. I did that because I optimized my hormones. I started eating in a calorie surplus 4,000 to 5,000 calories a day. I was lifting like a beast, I was dedicated and I have good genetics man and I've trained for so long that I stay low in body fat. So I went into that goal at around six 7% body fat and as I started adding on muscle and eating so much food because I was lifting consistently, I didn't add on a lot of body fat.

Speaker 1:

So I was able to get to 225 of lean muscle and stay below 10% body fat, which if you're a man, you should all be under 10% body fat. Like, if you're a man, you should be under 10% body fat and you should be over 200 pounds and you should be able to lift heavy weight and run far and protect your family and look like a fucking superhero. That's my standard for you, because I know that it's capable. I know that you're capable, but you're selling yourself short. So you're okay with a guy. You're okay with fucking being lazy. You're okay with being a lesser version of yourself. Not around me, motherfucker. If you get around me. I'm going to hold such a high standard. I guarantee you're going to reach that standard, because I believe in you more than you do, because I know what's possible, because I had to believe in myself when I was at the depths of fucking despair in a dungeon rock bottom, and it was that belief in myself that changed my whole life. So I want to infuse that in you and everyone I come across, because that's where it starts.

Speaker 1:

And so the last thing I wrote down was a new home, me and my wife and my family. We moved into a beautiful home earlier this year. It's like, honestly, it's amazing, you know, the kids have so much space. It's like they're living in a fucking palace. It's just so cool to see the look on my wife's face, man, like she's so happy. And that's one of the main things is every day I strive to make my wife proud of me and the way that I show up for our family and I seek to spend quality time with my kids, where they're like Dad's the best dad in the world. He's a superhero Like I. Just that means so much to me and and every day I'm dedicated to being that person and to doing those things, and one thing that really helps me, you guys, is writing down my goals and who I want to be nearly every day.

Speaker 1:

You know they say that when you write down your goals, you're 42% more likely to achieve those goals. And now, how often should you write down your goals? Well, let me ask you to achieve those goals. And now, how often should you write down your goals? Well, let me ask you, if you wrote down your goals January 1st and you didn't do it again for the entire year, would you be more likely to achieve those goals or less likely, than if you wrote them down every week and you focused on them and you held yourself accountable to the progress or changes you needed to make to achieve those goals? It's common sense Now, if you got up every day and you wrote down five things you were grateful for and centered your energy and focus around gratitude, then you wrote down your goals and said I will achieve this.

Speaker 1:

I am in the process of achieving this. Every fucking day, you looked at those goals. You knew what they were important to you. Do you think that that person is more likely to achieve those outcomes versus the guy that wrote them down one time? Absolutely. Do you think that person goes into their life with more awareness and more focus and more passion behind their goals? Do you think that person walks a little differently? Do you think that person's a little more focused and dedicated? Then, when it comes down to making decisions, you have more awareness as to what you should do and what you shouldn't do, based on those goals, based on why it's important to you Absolutely so. This is why I love to write stuff down.

Speaker 1:

Every morning. I get up 5 am, sit in my chair, sip coffee and I have a notepad out, just like this, and whatever comes to mind, whatever passions and creative ideas start to emerge, I capture those ideas, I write them down, I write down why they're important, I write down what I'm going to do to start moving towards those outcomes, how I'm going to make that change, how I'm going to get that result. Your brain is a supercomputer and when you feed it the right thoughts and ideas and information, you can achieve anything that you want. The fucking path will emerge before you, the people will come into your life, you'll start to see stuff all around you that you didn't see previously, because you're training your mind to look for it. The law of attraction is real, but you got to turn that beacon on inside of you to pull these opportunities towards you. Otherwise you'll never see them. So write down your goals every day. I'd recommend Write down that gratitude list of five things that you're grateful for every morning when you wake up.

Speaker 1:

If you're someone who struggles with motivation or to see the good in your life, recognize that the more you write stuff down, the more that you're going to see the opportunities in your environment to pursue those things. Things are going to start to happen Like people will come into your life. Doors will open. You'll see a tick talk ad, or, or, or someone on Instagram. You're like, oh, dude, that's the person I want to reach out to, or that's the event I got to go to, right. You'll start talking to people at work and you'll realize that you guys have similar goals and maybe you can collaborate on some stuff. Like the craziest stuff starts to happen. You got to write down your goals. You got to get super focused on who you're becoming. The more attention to detail, the better. The more consistent and diligent you are, the more likely it is that these things that you write down on paper will materialize into your reality one day, and I want that for you. So let's go out and change the world together. I love you guys. I'm signing off.
