Every vision that I've had, every idea that God put on my heart.
Speaker 1:I've talked about it, I've worked towards it relentlessly, I've journaled about it, I've meditated on it, I've called my shot on social media and then I've manifested that exact outcome.
Speaker 1:There's just something really special that takes place when you fight, fight, fight and you're facing adversity and resistance and then you overcome it Each day, each week, each year. I'm going to get better. Each fucking day I'm going to study, I'm going to learn, I'm going to grow. I'm going so far in this life. If God gives me another year, another 10 years, another 100 years, of course it would. Dr J Dude, I'm going to do some massive things for humanity. When you surround yourself with the right people and you're willing to put in the work for many, many years and you take risks, it's incredible what can take place. Incredible what can take place.
Speaker 1:Welcome back to another episode of the Unstoppable Mindset Podcast. I'm your host, sean Crane, and thank you guys for tuning in Feeling super blessed today. It's just a brand new year, a lot of positive changes in the world, and I always reflect back on the journey that I've been on. Man, this is one of the key things, like if you want to stay grateful for where you're at in life and kind of, you know, not curve your ambition because, like, ambition is a good thing. But a lot of people, when they get so driven and they're so ambitious, they start feeling like they're lacking something because they haven't got to where they want to be at in life. And this is a big problem for a lot of business owners and entrepreneurs. And if you're driven, like me, like obviously you want to get the biggest, best results. But a lot of people in that pursuit they lack gratitude, they lack joy and they're constantly just chasing that next thing, thinking that's going to fulfill them and it's never enough.
Speaker 1:So one thing that I always do, man, is I measure backwards. And there's a great book and I can't think of the name of it. I think it was written by Benjamin Hardy and Dan Sullivan and oh, the Gap in the Gain. Check that book out. Gap in the Gain. I believe it's by Dan Sullivan and Ben Hardy or one of the two. But it talks about like for entrepreneurs getting stuck in that place where you're not fulfilled, and how, if you actually measure backwards and you see the growth you've accumulated, you see all the stuff you've accomplished. It's a way to tap into gratitude while you're still staying driven and ambitious to hit that next level.
Speaker 1:And that's something I've just been naturally blessed to do. Maybe it's because I've been through such crazy shit in my life and there's been so many despairing, difficult moments that when I look back on that stuff and I think about where I'm at now and just what I've been able to do, I feel immense joy. Like I just got to look at my children's face and go, dude, that's a miracle. I'm so lucky to be here. I just got to wake up and realize, dude, I'm free today. Like I almost didn't get this chance. Like I have so much to be grateful for.
Speaker 1:And the fact that everything that I envision that God happens in my life I don't know if I'm different I'm not because I see other people do this but it's a really incredible experience to have. I just want to share this with you. Every vision that I've had, every idea that God put on my heart. I've talked about it, I've worked towards it relentlessly, I've journaled about it, I've meditated on it, I've called my shot on social media and then I've manifested. That exact outcome Like that's how I got here today is really being able to tap in to that purpose that God has put on my heart and really being able to connect to those visions and ideas in such a profound way, in an emotional and energetic way, and then back it up with constant action until it's actually my reality.
Speaker 1:You know, and I did that with my wife and kids, I did that with our beautiful home, I did that becoming a coach and a speaker. And now I'm doing it, building Unstoppable 365 into a nine-figure coaching business. Mark my words Unstoppable 365, if it's not already will be the number one coaching program for men and women who are specifically business owners in the trades and it's already happening. The number one fitness and mindset program for men who want to level up, who are business owners in the trades. But I believe in my heart that Unstoppable will grow beyond that to be the number one personal development program in the world for people who want to level up and grow. It truly is something special and it's been able to develop in such a way because of you know, the core belief and desire behind the impact that we make.
Speaker 1:Monetary things are secondary, status is secondary. Stuff like that is always going to be secondary to the true transformation we can enact in another human being, and for me, that's a very personal thing and that stems all the way back to my experience in prison seeing guys who were facing life, who were doing 25 years, who had face tattoos, who were in there for really bad crimes, seeing them being able to change their mindset and their beliefs about themselves, to transform their physique, to enroll in college, to start reading books, and that time that I spent with them and the impact I was able to make on them was so meaningful for me because it was confirmation that what I had done in my own life I could replicate in another human being's life and I knew if I could change those guys in that setting, I could help anybody in the world, change their lives. And that for me, man, that was one of the most beautiful realizations I've ever had, because I think we're all after a greater purpose in life and oftentimes that greater purpose is being of service and helping other people. Like if you figured out how to make a bunch of money in crypto, or you started the business and you scaled it, made a bunch of money, or you figured out how to be a good father and a more devoted husband, whatever it is like, there's a natural thing that takes place where we then want to share it with other people and see that same change take place in them, cause we know what it was like before we made the change. We wouldn't know what it was like to suffer a struggle with the issues at hand and then, when we fix them and remedy them, the feeling that we had of accomplishment, of overcoming, like the, the sigh of relief that we could take, like there's just something really special that takes place when you fight, fight, fight and you're facing adversity and resistance and then you overcome it and a lot of you who are business owners and entrepreneurs can relate to that Like you're in a constant fight and when you get those moments where you get your head above water, maybe you get to a place where, like a guy like Tommy Mello's at, you know where he can really see from, like the fucking mountaintop, like God, what a, what an experience. You know, and I've been able to have a lot of those in my journey. So you know, when I came home from prison, I went right into fitness coaching.
Speaker 1:The second month I was out, I packed all my shit, I left the trailer that I was staying in and I came back to Santa Barbara with like $800 to my name, a duffel bag full of clothes and a personal training certification, and I had nothing else. In that same day I went to the gym, met the owner of the gym, secured my personal training job, found a place to stay. Gave the guy all my money so I had a room to rent for the next month and to stay. Gave the guy all my money so I had a room to rent for the next month and my uncle's mechanic let me borrow a car for two weeks. That was so fucking beat up I parked it around the corner so no one saw me driving that car. But the next morning I was in the gym at five and training my first client, dude. And my first client was a sheriff with the Santa Barbara police department and I just got out of prison, you know, and like months later we talked about he's like dude, I knew who you were right when you walked in and because my picture was on the front page of the news press, everyone knew my story and that's when my journey for redemption really began.
Speaker 1:Like I put in all the work for five years in prison, I built up my discipline, my belief in myself. I was prepared as you could be. I read all the books I studied. I was just like such an insatiable fucking monster when it came to growth and personal development. So when that gym owner spoke to me, he felt my passion and my authenticity. You know, when I got my first clients in the gym, they saw that I was genuine and I started to rebuild my reputation in town. Then I went into starting my own fitness company and I started getting clients all over the place and I started going to all these different gyms. I was making money. Me and Jessica got together. We're having babies. I'm like damn dude, I'm starting to do it.
Speaker 1:All the while I knew that I was more than a fitness coach and I had the vision of building a massive company and just changing millions of lives. But here's the thing like you got to start where you're at and every day you make that incremental growth. There's going to be lessons learned, there's going to be risk-taking, there's going to be new things that you have to develop in your life and stuff that you have to let go of. There's a lot that goes into it. But you got to start the process and never stop. I'd never stopped, not even for a second feeling connected to this vision and this purpose since I made the commitment 12 years ago. Not even for a second.
Speaker 1:And so when COVID hit, dude, I had to pivot quickly, and that's when I started my online coaching business. I lost all my clients overnight, all my revenue. Now I had young children, a family to provide for, and I was broke as hell. I had $1,500 in my bank account. I'm going. How am I going to pay the rent this month? How am I going to take care of my family? I promised my wife, jessica, that I was going to take care of her and I was going to provide. And I had these dreams and visions that God put in my heart, that I obsessed over it Every night in prison.
Speaker 1:I've been able to slowly move towards manifesting those things and then, oh my gosh, dude, covid, it's shutting everything down. Like, how am I going to overcome this? And here's the thing, dude when you fucking want to achieve a goal, bad enough. When you truly want it, as bad as you want to breathe air a lot of people say that, but I don't see them living it out you will find a way Like. These words are not just fabricated. I've proven it thousands of times through situations like this. What I'm made of and what I want in this life and like my actions will depict who I am, what I value and what I want A hundred percent. And so in that moment, I said dude, I'm going online, I'm going to start my online coaching business and I'm going to share my story and I'm going to help these people right now who are suffering from this fucking lockdown and this mass manipulation. I'm going to help them develop the mindset to overcome. I'm going to help them to get sober. I'm going to help them battle this depression. I'm going to help them stay fit and not just turn into couch potatoes during this lockdown. I'm going to serve these people.
Speaker 1:And I started sharing about my time in prison and being locked down and getting sober and fighting my demons and overcoming all the stuff that I faced and people. They loved the message, they vibed with it, they connected with it because it was real, it was authentic, and I wasn't thinking, oh, what is the message I need to share today to get coaching clients? What is that perfect thing I need to say to get them to sign up with me? Dude, I was just spitting the truth and I was passionate and I was consistent and so I was providing value. That's the first thing that helped me start to build my coaching company is really being able to provide value for people in the way that I speak and the passion behind my words. But then in my own results, I got to be the guy that you see, that you trust and believe in because of the way I look, the way I move. You got to be able to look at my life and what I've created and go, dude, if I work with this guy, he could fucking help me too. Like, as a good coach or a leader, you have to demonstrate results in every aspect of life and you want to have the best results the best physique, the best marriage, finances, investments, wealth strategies, the best dad, the most devoted family man, like all the things that I know my audience wants to be. I have to demonstrate that at the highest level. This is where a lot of coaches and people who want to do well online go wrong. They're just trying to skip all these steps. They make money and they're trying to look cool and post these perfect fucking reels and get the Lambo and flash and this and that dude.
Speaker 1:How much value can you truly pass on to another person? Like can you transmit so much value in a message that you can change someone's lives across the country just by them listening to you? Like that's profound, and I've been able to develop that skillset because it comes from a place of true, genuine desire to help people. Like that's where it comes from and people feel it. Dude. It comes from my heart and soul. Like these messages, the energy behind them. It's been cultivated for decades, over a decade through positive action, through staying in alignment with the vision that God put on my heart.
Speaker 1:So when I speak it, I'm so convicted and that's what people feel. They feel the conviction and belief behind what I say. Therefore, they trust me and they're willing to reach out and ask for help or they're willing to talk about their own issues because I've been transparent and vulnerable, and so that's the first thing that I developed in about 2018 or 19 was the ability to truly create value in my messaging that attracted other people, and I remember my first year in the online space hit over six figures. I thought that was so cool, like coming out of prison. I just wanted to hit 10k a month as a personal trainer. I thought my life would be great and all my problems would be over if I hit 10k a month and, uh, you know, that's where I was at at the time. But hitting six figures online, my first year was a big level up for me, and so each year since then I'd two or three x my revenue, my growth, just by myself, online.
Speaker 1:Um, and specifically, learning the skillset like I said earlier, creating value through content and the transmutation of positive energy and emotion. Um, and then secondly, uh, the ability to, you know, get people in the DMS to open up and share about their problems. That's a skillset. You're almost like a therapist when you're a good coach, you get them to open up and share and trust in you and confide in you. And then the ability to actually close people on calls and generate revenue and then get them life changing results. Like I did all that every day, every day, every day, every day, every day for three or four years while I was raising my kids with my wife, and so I'm growing this business.
Speaker 1:I'm starting to speak on stages, people are starting to hear about me. You know, they're reading my book, they're seeing my story, and so I got to a place where I was like doing seven figures as a coach by myself on my phone. I'm just rinse and repeat, just hustling, grinding. But I love what I'm doing because I'm seeing the growth, not just in myself, but I'm seeing my family thriving. I'm seeing these men that I'm working with completely transformed, get sober, lose weight, rekindle their marriage and relationships. I'm like, damn, thank you God for giving me this opportunity. Like I had to do the work right Relentlessly, but I got the opportunity to become this person and make this impact, you know, and not a day goes by where I don't feel so grateful for this life, man, because a lot of people I know growing up died. My dad didn't overcome his demons, like. Sometimes I'm like damn, I was like chosen man. You know, like when you hear my let's say, the one, the one man, I'm the fucking one. I'm the one in my family, I'm the one for my children, dude, I'm the one.
Speaker 1:What I'm going to do in my life with unstoppable and just on a personal level is going to be fucking massive, like I'm 36. I'm just getting started, dude. Each day, each week, each year, I'm going to get better. Each fucking day I'm going to study, I'm going to learn, I'm going to grow Like I'm going so far in this life. If God gives me another year, another 10 years, another hundred years, I'm, of course, with Dr J dude.
Speaker 1:I'm going to do some massive things for humanity and that's on my heart and that's what God put on my heart and that's how I know it's my path and I never question it and I feel honored and grateful every day and I'm so excited to do the work. I'm so excited to get up early and work hard and put forth more energy and effort and become a better version of myself, like I'm so grateful for the lessons. I'm going to have to learn the struggle I'll go through, the pressure that I've endured. I fucking love it. I love this journey of entrepreneurship, of personal excellence. I truly do. And so you know, the coolest thing in the last year so I did all that on my own, just following that path that God put on my heart. You know my personal development has been the key to me getting here.
Speaker 1:I'd get up early every day, just like I did in prison. I'd connect to that message. I'd get up early every day, just like I did in prison. I'd connect to that message. I'd meditate, I'd read, I'd write, I'd go out and run and I'd get so fired up, dude, I would just share this fire, fucking message. It'd be like dark out, right, you know. You could see the mist coming off of my breath. It's like 30 degrees. I'm running fucking five, 10 miles and I would just spit fire into my phone every morning. That's how I started my day. That was a catalyst for success across the board. I would get so fired up that like nothing would stop me. I'd have such positive thoughts. Any fear or doubt, I'd smash right through it. Any challenge in my life, I'd overcome it. That's my personal development, you know. And it got started getting the attention of people on Facebook.
Speaker 1:I remember Victor Rancor reached out and this was right when he was on Bradley's podcast. Victor was growing absolute air flows HVAC business that he sold and he was putting on events. He had an event with Ed, my leg, grant Cardone, joe Montana was there and I see him watching my stories every morning and he starts heartening them and he's like fuck, yeah, you know. And uh, he reached out for coaching and he hired me to coach him for the year a personal relationship. And so I started doing podcasts with Victor speaking at his events, getting introduced to his audience he's a blue collar business owner, right.
Speaker 1:And at the same time, I had Josh Taylor another one of my first one-on-one clients who's in the trades, reach out for coaching. Same thing he saw my passion, he saw my videos. He's like dude, sean, I want to fucking feel like that. And so I started getting introduced to the world of the trades. And then Josh Taylor would tell me dude, you got to reach out to Tommy Mello. Dude, you got to connect with Lance Bachman. He starts connecting me with all these guys saying, dude, sean's got the fire man, sean's a good coach. Like, he helped me change my life you got to connect with Sean. And so over the next year and a half and this was like 2019, 20, 21, or what year are we in? Fuck? We're in 2025. This is 22 and 23.
Speaker 1:I'm speaking on stages with Tim Grover. I'm speaking on stages with Marcus Luttrell. I'm speaking on stages with Ed Milet, jesse Itzler, bradley Like that was a vision of mine for years is to be on stages with these guys and to share my story. And through everything I'm sharing with you guys by posting content online, being valuable, building relationships. I manifested that, you know, and then, through my relationship with Victor, I got introduced to the trades and hit his stages and got on these big podcasts and then, all of a sudden, man, all these different guys from the trades were reaching out for coaching and at the same time, I start building my team. I hired my first coach, matt Fleming. I hired my COO, joss Braden, who's a genius with the tech stuff and really helped me integrate everything and put all my passion and creativity into a system that we could scale.
Speaker 1:And I remember like a year ago I told Matt I'm like dude, we are going to become the number one coaching company for business owners in the trades. Like I just see it, you know now I got personal relationships with Tommy, spoke on his stages. Lance Bachman same thing. Go out there and see him and spend time at his house and work out and eat dinner with his family and speak on his stage. It's like I just saw it. I could see it.
Speaker 1:There's nobody helping guys that are blue collar business owners with their habits, with their health and fitness, with their mindset. And I know that if you can dial those areas in of your life, it's going to help to amplify your business. You're going to be a better leader in your business, you're going to make more money and then you're going to be a better version of yourself when you go home, because a lot of these guys go home and drink, they're not present with their kids. There's just all these symptoms, and I figured out how to fix these guys and not just fix them, but help them to hit a whole other level where they can thrive and crush it across the board. And so a year ago, I told Matt that that's what we're going to do, and literally our company has blown up since and we're working with some of the most successful men and women who are in the trades guys like Chris Yano of Rhino Marketing right, I believe it's Rhino Marketing Tommy Mello, if you guys know who Tommy Mello is David Carroll, dope Marketing. Ryan Fenn of Chirp. Like.
Speaker 1:We've been able to attract and then build relationships with guys who have very successful companies, who are doing massive things, and then reach their audiences and all their team members, all their followers. And so what I learned, man, in this last little period of growth? It's all about having the right team members and then having the right relationships, because I started off on my own and I developed value and skills and I was able to make money and build momentum in my business. But in order to go to that next, next, next level, like in order to go from seven to nine figures where we're going I knew I needed to have a badass team of rock stars. And I remember, like a year ago, I did mentorship with Andy Elliott, who's my boy and he's like Sean, I love what you're doing, dude. I see where you're going, but you got to build a team. You got to build a team because if you want to go alone or if you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far, build a team. And so since then, in the last you know year, I've been able to build a team of 15 employees, investors, owners, team members, like I put together an amazing group of people and we're now growing at such a rapid rate, dude, we got Dr J, who's doing blood work for all our clients, madeline, our dietician, a host of other coaches and amazing people and team members.
Speaker 1:And it's true, because now I feel like I'm not having to wear all the hats in my business, I'm not doing all the work I used to do. I could focus on what I love doing, what I'm good at, and I can focus on leading the other individuals within my business to make sure they're doing their job. So I've had to grow, I've had to learn new things, I've had to level up. One of the coolest things is a lot of my coaching clients that I work with personally are very successful business owners eight, nine figure business owners. I've learned a lot working with them, seeing how they run their operations, seeing how they have their system set up, seeing how they have their KPIs, see how they look at their numbers, and so it's the evolution man. It's the evolution of a kid who just wanted to have redemption, coming from prison in a broken home, to a man that found a passion and believed in himself, to a guy that then developed skills to be able to help other people, and now growing into a successful business owner and entrepreneur who could do a lot of good in the world.
Speaker 1:You know it's been an incredible journey and, like what I'd say about Unstoppable 365, it's an extension of everything that I felt within me all those years ago, and now it's being manifested into tangible results that people can see. But where this thing's going to go is, honestly, somewhere that I could never have fathomed previously, somewhere that I could never have fathomed previously. When you surround yourself with the right people and you're willing to put in the work for many, many years, and you take risks and you develop the right strategies and systems in your business, dude, it's incredible what can take place. So you know, I'm calling my shot by 2028, probably before then we're going to have a nine figure business and we're going to be reaching people all over the world and by then we'll probably have 100 team members. And we're just getting started.
Speaker 1:Man, I love documenting the journey. I love calling my shot, because that's what God put on my heart. I love to prove myself right and any of the haters out there false, but I know we got a lot of support, a lot of people that have worked with us, that see what we're doing and believe in us. So thank you, guys. If you haven't learned about Unstoppable 365, go to the website unstoppable365.com, keep following me on Facebook, on Instagram, keep tuning into the podcast Unstoppable Mindset.
Speaker 1:I appreciate your support, you guys, and, like I tell you every time, I am going to change the world, but I'm just one guy and you know, honestly, I don't know if I could change the world by myself, but I'm going to try every day with my heart and soul. But I need you to step up and be on this march and in this fight with me. I need you by my side, you at your best, you as the leader and the person that you know. God put you on this earth to be Best father, best wife, best husband, best business owner, best physique, dialed-in mindset. Let's fucking crush it together. Let's take this thing to a whole, nother level. I love you guys. Let's go.
