Hey, before we start the podcast, if you're a return listener who gets value from this show, then spread the love and share this with someone exceptional. Whether you shoot them a text or a DM or share on your social media, it would mean the world to me, and this is how we can help each other grow. Sending tons of good vibes your way. One decision can alter the trajectory of the rest of your life. And this past weekend, I attended the Ultimate Experience 2026, and the theme was the butterfly effect. And it was a three-day transformational experience filled with love, possibility, creation, and everything in between. And what I wanted to do was share a recap of the best lessons, the wisdom, the things that I created so that I could pay it forward. Because this was truly a life-changing experience. And I'm somebody who takes notes of every conversation, every conference, every podcast I've ever had for the last 15 years. So if you are interested in receiving a copy of my notes, which are world-class, DM me on Instagram at Rob Cressy and send me the word butterfly, and I will email you my notes. So I'm going to start this with a quote from my friend Ankush Jane, who is one of the speakers. And he said, it's all a creation, anyways. And that's what I love about being in this cocoon of possibility and love in the ultimate experience because it's all just a creation, anyways. And you can create it to be whatever you want it to be. And I'm gonna start this out with something that was very important to creating this sacred space in this room, and that is listening. And what you're about to experience, and this is something that I learned from Ken Crenshaw, the director of sports medicine and performance for the Diamondbacks, who was one of the speakers there. He said, Before we start, I want to create a type of listening that can change the world. And he called it Titanic listening. And then, as a yes, and and a few other speakers said, you listen in a way where you look for the gold. And you listen with the intention of this expanding the being of who you are, and you create from a place where you're listening to spirit. So my encouragement for you is that when you are listening to this, moving forward, man, you listen like this is the best listening you've ever had in your life. You take notes of what you're experiencing here because when you do, it can legitimately change your life. And the term that was created there was being listening. And I really enjoyed this because we understand what listening is, but this conference added a little bit more to this and made listening a state of being. Imagine it would be like if you created yourself every single day as being listening, and you came in with this level of listening where you're looking for those inches of gold. And when you do, what would be possible for you? So to sort of um give or set the stage for what sort of experience this is, let's start by looking at the language. And one of the things that I loved about this, because I'm a master of language, was this phrase there's a lot of high vibrational tone here. Man, the language and the reverence for how we hold the power in our language is one of one. There is no room in the entire world that I have ever been a part of that holds their language to a higher standard than this room. And this is something that I live by, right? Abracadabra, I create as I speak. So for me, this is like foundational to who I am. It's my standard of excellence, it's core values, it's it's the power of language. And here's a few of the words that were ever present in the language of the speakers or the people who attended: love, presence, miracles, heart, relationship to time. And through what I'm about to share, I went ahead and I took my notes and I distilled them and then I organized them in a way where I'm gonna peel the layers of what stood out to me so that you can create this for yourself as well. And this is gonna be a mashup of three days of the experience in Scottsdale, Arizona. Um, not the way that the speakers did this, but the way in the way that I heard this, and then now I'm transferring this and delivering this to you. So some of the examples is when I looked at love, one of the things that stood out to me is you can't fear love. There's also, how can I love myself more? And each one of the things that I'm going to share is a creation on its own. That's why I get so excited about all this because legitimately, for the rest of the year, I could just spend time talking about or creating my notes individually from each of these. So now let's move to presence. The present moment me is the past future you. I'll say it again. The present moment me is the past future you. Man, I love that. The next one your presence is medicine, and how you show up is everything. Ain't that the truth? What makes him magical is his presence, his awareness, and to draw the best out of them. One of the things that um I love about the book on Steve Hardison, the ultimate coach, I highly recommend you read it if you've not before. Is on the back cover, Steve says, This is not a book about me. This is a book that I want you to read about you. And the same is true for what I'm sharing right now. Every single thing that I share that I wrote down for myself, that I heard from somebody else, I want you to listen and create as if this is about you. Because this is self-creation one-on-one. And this is one of those things, um, both in the way that I create myself and the way that I coach and work with my clients, that if you can grasp this as a tool on your creator tool belt, there is nothing that you cannot do because there is creation everywhere. So the next one, let's look at a heart. My heart in just one phrase, I love you. Man, that just warms me up. He has a heart to serve, right? So we're looking at these little inches here in ways that we can show up better in our language, in our being, in our presence, in the way that our see ourselves as well as the way that we serve others. So this was called the ultimate experience, the butterfly effect. And boy, did that vibe with me because uh the butterfly effect is something where one thing happens and the rest of the trajectory of the world changes forever. So I distilled all of the instances of what I created around the term, the butterfly effect. So let's start there. With the butterfly effect, you can start one, you can change its trajectory, and you can also stop one. And man, this is so important when you think about your goals and your dreams and your vision and what you would love to create. And man, I'm already living this right now to this day because one of the biggest butterfly effects of my life, and it will be of 2026, was me committing to doing Jesse Itzler's Built to Speak Speaking Retreat, which is happening in one week in Atlanta, Georgia. It is something that I wrote it down on my uh letter to my future self of what would create my 2026 best year ever. And it was a big dream, it was a big goal, and it was one that I wasn't sure how the creation was going to manifest and unfold. But guess what? Once I created that commitment, I am showing up in such a different way, and that butterfly effect, man, I am committed to that change in the life for myself, for my family, for my clients, and every single person that I touch because I have a goal of helping 10 million people, of speaking on stage at sold-out arenas, and that is part of that. The next one, I am the butterfly effect, and so are you. Our ability to own that what we are doing, man, that's changing the world every single day, every single moment. Be careful the seeds you plant, because what you plant is what you reap. And this is something that many of these we know or are universal truths, but there's a framework that I created previously called know, believe, live. So KNOW, what do you know to be true? What do you believe to be true? And what are you actually living? And so often I found in auditing my own self that it was the difference between yes, I know this to be true, yes, I believe this to be true, am I living it? And you're like, oh man, I'm not doing that. So when you think about the what you plant is what you reap, what are those areas in your life in which you're planting some things, and unfortunately, you're reaping some things that you do not want. Because the next level of this, it says, we've all been keeping what doesn't need collecting. Where in your life right now are you carrying some stuff that is not necessary, right? All of these are seeds, all of these are the butterfly effect, and then the next thing not putting weights that aren't necessary on my backpack I carry in life. And the yes end was high performers, we typically carry the most in our backpack, and the majority of the time we're the ones putting the weight in there. Man, that just hit me right to the core, right there. Because I was just thinking about how many instances am I just adding unnecessary weights to what I'm carrying in life. So the next one, our willingness to question something in our life we previously wouldn't question. And boy, I love this. And shout out to my friends, um, the Codesys family, they're the ones who helped share that. Our willingness to question something in our life, we previously wouldn't question. And man, that's one that I'm gonna be sitting and pondering as well as sharing a lot more. Because where is there something in your life that is the default, the standard? This is always the way. But nobody ever questions it. And it's a great inquiry. And the example for this was anybody who has children, yeah, we're gonna send them to school. So where I live in Sarasota, Florida, we legitimately have a school right across the street. So of course we would just send our kids there. So that is something that um we typically would not question in our life is is that where our kid is going to school? But what if you did question that? And it's not a right or a wrong, it's just an exploration. So, where are those other areas of your life in which you could start to question things? Next thing things started to change when I started seeing things from the inside out. Wow. And so much of the lens that I create in life is being filtered through a number of things. And one of them right now is the world of AI and what I'm doing as a category leader in AI, as a coach in AI, as a keynote speaker in AI. And I'm always looking to find ways to translate it better, easier, simpler, to make it more resonant, to meet everybody where they are. And when I heard that, things start to change when I started seeing things from the inside out. Immediately for me, I was like, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding. That is one of the keys of creation with AI in Chat GBT. That when you can see this, when you come from an inside out perspective with the way that you create with Chat GBT. And what I call this is heart first, human-first approach, because the majority of the world right now sees AI from an outside in perspective. Tech, tools, coding, automation, right? It's all this very mechanical thing. But the majority of the world, we do not have a tech background, a coding background, and an AI background. So it feels very sterile, it feels very incongruent to the way that we create. And the majority of the world is going to be outsourcing their authenticity and connection to AI because it's the lowest common denominator. I don't get down like that. And as a creator, I choose to intentionally step into and create the lens for how I create in the AI era, which is why I believe in an inside-out perspective. Because everything you need is already inside of you, and legitimately, this is the foundation of all of the coaching that I do with my clients in the world of AI, where you take what's in your head and you get it into Chat GPT, because you will not hear me talking about how technical you need to be, or how much coding you need to be, or how you need a million tools. No, all I want you to do is to connect to the source of all creation, you and your heart, and create from there. And once you can understand that, that creates infinite possibilities. The next one, be a butterfly in all you do. Because if you know everything you do has the ability to change the world, well, then intentionally, how do you want to positively change the world? Because for me, one of the things that I've really reconnected with um so far in the first month of 2026 is my purpose. I am here to be a source of positive energy for the world. So when I wake up in the morning, I'm thinking about how I can be positive energy? When I think about this exact creation of this podcast right now, where I'm sharing my notes and my experience, the thing that went through my mind was Rob, this is you living your purpose of sharing positive energy with the world. Here's the next one. When I flap my wings like a butterfly, it creates an impact. That certainly is a yes and to what I just said. And then here's the last one, and I love this, and this came from Olga, who said one of the many yeses I chose to say yes to in my life, not knowing what would come from it. And man, I love this because this is also a key to creating in the AI era and with Chat GBT, and I call this the possibility mindset. So, so much of what gives me optimism about coaching and creating in the AI era is that it is completely free and accessible to everybody because the real level up is how you think in the lens that you choose to see creation from. So if you can create from a lens of possibility and not scarcity and not strange or danger, then you've completely set yourself up. Because one of the interesting things about being in the room with the ultimate experience is these are heart-centered, heart-led creators and coaches. They are world class at what they do. So bringing in AI, a lot of people have thoughts around I don't want to outsource my authenticity, my heart, my writing, that I don't want the robots to take over, right? And I understand where they're coming from. And at the same time, I'm the one who can help be that translator of possibility for them that says, hey, imagine if you said yes to this in a way where we came from a possibility mindset. Everything that you do not want, we're not gonna do, and we're gonna discard it and we're gonna throw it in the trash. But everything you do want, let's start to explore this. So now I've got one little nugget about mindset right here that I want to share. Um, and this also came from Ken Crenshaw again. And he said, upgrade your thinking in systems. Don't drive around with your parking brake on because of your thinking. And I'm qualified to share these things and these creations because 15 years ago I was not this person. I had no self-awareness and I did not have a growth mindset. But when I left my corporate job to become a full-time entrepreneur, I was at zero. No clients, no revenue, no website, no nothing. I was like, whoa, I gotta figure this thing out. So I started to implement a reading routine 30 minutes every single day for 15 years in a row. And slowly but surely, brick by brick by brick, I started to improve my thinking, my systems, my heart, the way that I started to see, the way that I could create. So I was no longer going to allow myself to be limited by what I don't know and my thinking. And that would be my encouragement for you. And that's also why I love to be in rooms like this, because I want to be around the best in the world, because you're when you're around the best in the world, you'll see the threads of creation that tie between heartset and mindset and butterfly effect, and creating all that you want to in your life. Cool. So the next section that I have here is just what I'm titling creation. And this is just language, not just this is language that stood out to me of things that I loved. That this is just creation 101. Many of these are just a word or phrase or something where I'm excited to explore deeper. And I would encourage you to do the same. The first one is just the word intentional. This is the most intentional room in the world. And the way that I describe the ultimate experience is it's a cocoon of love and possibility. That with no hyperbole, it is the most powerful, loving room you could conceivably be on in the planet. It is different. These humans are not like everybody else in the world in the best way possible. So getting this drip once a year of being at the ultimate experience is just not only just filling up your cup, it is overflowing your cup, both giving and receiving. It is just the best people in the world to be around because of where they come from and who they are and what they stand for and how they're a portal possibility, right? If one can do it, so can another. So the word intentional, it says, what is being intentional about who you are being actually mean? So I encourage you to ask yourself when you think about being intentional about who you are, what's that mean to you? And for me, I know that systems scale. So immediately I'm like, well, show me your system for how you intentionally create who you are every single day. And for me, this is something where when you've done air quotes, the work, as Byron Katie would say, that inner work on yourself, where every single day you are intentional about self-creation and self-cultivation. And for those of us at the ultimate experience, we speak our declarations, those I am statements that declare this is who I am. I am infinite love, I am fearless, I am built for this. I am the gold, right? This is a conscious choice to step into and create ourselves as that person. The next one, and this came from my friend Becky Robbins, um, who I had a great conversation with at lunch, because Becky and I both have the same word of the year: gold. I am the gold, and she was talking about wonderment. And man, I just love that word. It's not a word you hear often, but wonderment, curiosity, joy, and awe. How could you be creating more wonderment in your life? And then here's the next thing it's a yes and soul vitamins. Ah, self respect, joy, love, gratitude, enthusiasm. Right? All right, gotta go take my soul vitamins right now. Looking forward to those things right there. So I'm looking forward to exploring that a lot more deeply. The next one. Intuition, right? You got that feeling inside of you to do something, that calling, and there's so many good stories about intuition. My encouragement for you audit your relationship to intuition. Are you trusting your gut that inkling you have that it's coming from source, or is that out of alignment for you? Next one. Future-oriented potential. Man, I just loved those three words together. Go and put that into Chat GBT. Hey, ChatGBT. Uh, act as Tony Robbins, my world-class coach with Death and Commentary. I am inspired right now by my future-oriented potential. Let's unpack this and the layers and how this comes alive in me right now. Right? Go and you create on top of that in Chat GBT. Here's the next thing related to this: the version of me who creates my future life can create it starting today. So that dream, that goal, that vision that you have, that starts right now. So whatever you want to create, let's be your future self now. Side note, great book if you haven't read it yet. Be your future self now by Dr. Benjamin Hardy. All right, the next one. The reason you are here is because it's time to go all in. You listening or watching to this right now, I encourage you to see this as a signal. Where is that thing or area in your life that is calling for you to go all in on? And maybe just maybe, this is the sign, and this is the signal that says, now is the time that you get to do this. Because the next one, I created my own luck because I didn't wait for permission. Man, so many people are out there like they have infinite amounts of time. And this is a group in the experience where we create an abundance of time, our relationship to time. And at the same time, we can live with a sense of urgency because we are not guaranteed tomorrow. But how many of us are just living in the world of I'll get to it someday? without instead being like, wow, the time is now. Let's go and let's make these things happen. Because guess what happens? We got that little butterfly effect right there. And when we do, the world and the universe is collaborating to help make that happen. The next one, commitment. This room is full of commitment, is the epitome of commitment. And they said, double your commitment to your vision that inspires. So we understand commitment, but what if you doubled your commitment, right? Instead of doing one, I'm gonna do two. Or instead of having no process, let me get a process in there. Instead of keeping something to yourself, what if you shared this with others and you really put yourself out there? Man, it's good inspiration for me because no matter your level of commitment, there can always be a greater commitment. All right, here's an action item for you, and this one I loved. Love, love, love. Write down three impossible dreams you have and put it on paper. Most people are not even aware enough or give themselves the gift of time to even create the space to dream about three impossible dreams. But the good news is we are not most people. We are the best in the world. We are ones of ones. So what I want you to do is write down three impossible dreams that you have and write it down on paper. Because now, once it's on paper, you've got a creation. You can read it every single day, the same way I do, my 2026 best year ever, written for a year from now. And every single day I got six pages right here of my dreams for this year and that awareness and making that happen. And this year came from Ken Crenshaw as well, and he calls it Santa Claus 365, giving my gifts and service to others 365 days a year and acknowledging the greatness in someone else. I heard that and I was like, man, I haven't heard anybody else out there jumping on the Santa Claus bandwagon and using that as a positive yes and Santa Claus 365. Immediately I got that connection. Next thing, one thing that is going to help you collapse time is having inspired thought and taking instant action. So when you have a thought of, oh, I could do this or I would like to do this, or wow, this would be a good piece of content, the key is boom, take instant action. Once again, butterfly effect. And this right here, if you grasp this from a content creation standpoint, you will become prolific and a master creator, where you collapse the time between your idea and your action. Because the reality is you're probably five minutes or less from publishing something that could change your life or somebody else's, right? That's a butterfly effect. The next thing, oh, and I love this. Not from a place of pressure, but from a place of what if. So often we've got that self-limited voice, those fears, those judgments, those limits telling us we can't do this, you don't know what you're doing, I'm not enough, versus oh, what if? And there was a game that was played that I love that I will certainly be playing at workshops or with my clients called the What If Game. And this is a game where I want you to write down one goal or dream you have for 2026. Think big. It's like, man, what if this could happen this year? And then once you have that, there is a group of five or six of us. There's exactly five or six. And the goal is for each of us to see the creator in you. So what we would do is we would speak. What is that big goal that we had? So for me, I said, my big goal is to create a diamond partnership, a one-to-many relationship with a group or an organization where how where I can help them integrate Chat GPT and AI into what they are doing from a heart-first, human-first perspective, so that it can change their life forever and I can create more impact all at once. And then the group has two minutes, I'm not allowed to talk, to give you as many what-if ideas. Rob, what if this was easier? Rob, what if that person's already in this room right now? Rob, what if somebody buys your company for millions of dollars? And all of a sudden you're like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, this is amazing, amazing. It's like a constant yes and. And then at the very end, when the two minutes goes up, everybody gives you a roaring applause so that you can anchor in that applause for the rest of the year because that's how we're showing up and seeing you. Man, because it says divine ideas that flow through our imagination because of who we are being. If you're listening and watching to this right now, and this is resonating with you, this is lighting you up, man. You love this stuff. Hit me up on Instagram at Rob Cressy. Let's have a conversation because this is who I am, this is what I do, and this is how I serve others. And I would love to be a positive force for good in your journey. All right, last two things in this section. The question isn't can you? It's will you. Man, there's a lot of people in the graveyard who have great books that they wish they would have written. Oh man, I could have written a book, but dot dot dot. The answer is will you? Man, I'm one of those will you people. This comes from me being from the tree of Jesse Itzler, where we build our life resume. You build your life before your business, right? When you look at this year, you look at this life. What are those things that you're like, I definitely want this on my life resume? And the last one this year came from my friend Seth Pepper, who is a world-class coach for professional athletes for mindset. Winning equals learning. And I've shared this often. One of my favorite quotes came from former Alabama head coach Nick Saban, who said, never waste a failure, right? You go through a challenging time right now, we're gonna learn from that because winning is learning. So when I look at the Ultimate Experience 2026, the butterfly effect, the biggest takeaway for me, if I was to summarize this in one way, it is forgiveness. And there is no way that me going into this would have had any idea this would have been the word. Because this is something that you're gonna go into this world of active creation and possibilities. You don't know what's going to be created, you also don't know who you're sitting next to, and that's one of my favorite things. I learned this last year when I attended the event for the first time, and then I did again this year because um I had a VIP ticket, so I showed up a day early for a half day experience, which is just so powerful. And there was a guy sitting next to me, Dr. Jamil, and he had known who I was through some work he'd done with my coach, John Patrick Morgan. He saw me in some older videos there. He's like, hey Rob, how's it going? So immediately we clicked and vibed, and he became my guy. So we were sitting next to each other, and then all of a sudden they're like, and our next speaker is Dr. Jamil. And I'm like, whoa, you're that dude? Cool, you're one of them ones. And he was one of the sponsors of the event, and he spoke twice. And man, he was a 15 out of 10. Love me some Dr. Jamil. And the thing that he shared was a forgiveness prayer called Ho Po no Po no Po Ho No Po No. It's a Hawaiian forgiveness. Sorry, it's I had to actually look how to pronounce this. Ho po no pono forgiveness prayer. And it's very simple and it goes like this I am sorry, forgive me, thank you, I love you. And he took us through a 30-minute practice of forgiveness. That was one of the most powerful and unexpected things of my entire life. Because this wasn't about judgment, this is all about um cleansing and coming in whole and presence and essence and removing those weights that we high performers are carrying in our backpack that we don't need to. And maybe this can be somebody that you're carrying some stuff with today, or it's your past, or it's somebody close to you, or it's someone you don't think about anymore. And man, this was just so, so powerful. And some of the things that he shared that really resonated with me um getting right within and getting right without this becomes exponential. Man, I really enjoyed that. And then there's a few journaling prompts that were shared throughout the course of the experience. Uh, the first one came from Dr. Jamil, and I encourage you to explore this too. What am I no longer carrying? When you look at this year 2026, what do you say? You know what? I won't carry that anymore. Boom, sit with that as a prompt. And the next one, what am I going forward to committing to doing and being? So going forward, what are you committed to being and doing? So we can get rid of what we were carrying that's not service, but then now what are we committed to being and doing? And then here, this was a separate um section, but here's two more journaling prompts. What am I no longer willing to tolerate going forward? Man, I loved that one. The next one, what is one positive action I can begin today that aligns with the life I desire? Do you hear the intention and the vision in these words, but also the ownership? Because once again, this is the butterfly effect. We can remove those things in our backpack that we're carrying, and we can create the new version of ourselves. And then there was also um a very simple thing called a cleanup, which is a forgiveness tool that was originated for children, but immediately with creation, I was like, oh, if it works for kids, then it works for me. And it was essentially our ability to say to someone, will you forgive me? And then what can I do to make it right? Right? So simple. And when I look at the next level of who I am and how I want to show up, forgiving myself and forgiving others is something that just creates a cleansed palate, right? There's just so much more freedom in that space. So, last two things here. We look at parenting and family and relationships. This is something that there was some themes inside of that. And I loved this quote. If you want to change the world, go home and love your family. And that came from Mother Teresa. And one of the things that I was intentionally coming into the Ultimate Experience with was all around being better with relationships and certainly at home with my wife and my son and my family. So there's two families there that shared their various practices, and both of them had one common theme: the way that we can use the dinner table to create conversations. And one of them gave a very simple structure, and they're both almost the same thing, just phrased slightly differently. Number one question What was the best part of your day? Have everybody answered that. Number two, what was the most challenging part of your day, and how did you overcome it? Number three, what are you grateful for? And then number four, acknowledging. What's one thing you want to acknowledge by somebody else at the table there? And I loved this because systems scale and it creates a space for the good, the challenging, the gratitude, and the acknowledgement. And it was such a simple practice. And this next thing that I'm going to share came from um my friend Dr. Aaron, who is there with his wife Desiree. And I love them. They are just such uh amazing people with such a good heart and are a portal possibility. And one of the things that Dr. Aaron shared was writing a letter of gratitude to someone. He did it to his mom. But I saw it as writing a letter of gratitude for my wife, for my son, for my in-laws, for my mom, for my dad. And how powerful would that be if we just took a couple minutes once a day in the month, just wrote a letter of gratitude to someone and showed them that. And then the last thing here my perception of someone isn't who they are, they are who I create them to be. Right? So this is our ability. This is self-creation 101. Because if you're caring some stuff about someone, that's us creating that. And man, that's one of those audits in my world when I look at if there's relationships that aren't uh all puppy dogs and rainbows, how am I creating that to be the case? And the last thing here, and I gotta give it a shout-out to my friend and world-class coaching creator Aloke. And one of my big impossible dreams, and I've already spoken it, I'm gonna speak it again, was speaking on stage at sold-out arenas. And I shared that with Aloke because we were paired up with a partner. And uh later on in the day, he pulled me aside and he said something that's gonna change the trajectory of the rest of my life, and you're gonna get experience it as well. He said, Rob, be Kobe. Kobe Bryant looked at everything about Michael Jordan, his footwork, um, his shot, his routine, everything he did, how he showed up. He was fanatical about studying the best. He goes, Rob, I watched your content. The next level for you is your ability to shift emotions in people, your pacing, your energy, going high and then going low. The ability to use space and everything in between. And immediately I was like, man, nailed it. And that's one of the things that I'm definitely gonna be working on uh at Jesse Itzler's Built to Speak retreat coming up, but even more moving forward, I know it because when I watch Ed Milette speak, man, he can get you so fired up and they can have you crying, and they can have you inspired, and they can teach you a lesson. And that is part of becoming a world-class speaker. So I want to thank Aloke for that because it was just it was such a powerful lesson for me. So um landed the airplane on this. That was the ultimate experience 2026. I have to thank uh Judy and Eric Thurston for putting this on. They are two of the best, most loving, amazing people on the planet. Uh, they are the epitome and the example of the butterfly effect, right? For what they created and bringing these people together. They are changing the world on the highest level. Thank you to Steve Hardison for being who he is in the way that he shows up and creates himself and helps create his clients. And once again, if you have not read the book, The Ultimate Coach, I highly recommend you read it. It'll change your life. And thank you for all the people that were at the Ultimate Experience, my friends that I met, and you know who you are. We took pictures together, we smiled, we gave the best hugs in the world. This room is the number one room in the world for hugs. So I would love to hear from you what stood out or resonated from you from all that I shared and created.
