Be the creator you're meant to be by joining us in Unlimited. Go to unlimited.coach. If I'm placing bets on how I plan on succeeding for the next decade, it starts with investing in myself, prioritizing AI and chat GBT, and building a powerful brand. And doing so in a way where I lead with my heart. If that vibes with you and you like the idea of being surrounded by exceptional people on the same journey, then join us. Once again, go to unlimited.coach. Are you feeling overwhelmed at trying to stay ahead with AI? If so, this message has the opportunity to change the next 10 years of your life. What's good? I'm Rob Cressy, and I was recently trading some DMs with someone on LinkedIn who is a new contact of mine. And I was sharing what I'm creating in the world of AI and chat GBT, and they responded with, I'm already feeling overwhelmed with all the different AI tech coming at me on the daily. Hard to get through it all. And I know this is a feeling and a perspective that a lot of people have. So I wanted to break this down very simply by sharing six things that you can do very easily to remove the overwhelm and stay ahead of the curve with AI with ease. And those six are number one, the process, aka your learning habit. Number two, audit your relationships. Number three, audit your inputs. Number four, audit the story you're telling yourself. Number five, anchor in your vision. And number six, action. Stack ones over zeros. And let's break each of these down. So, number one, the process, aka your learning habit. And this is the number one thing that I see is challenging for most people, high performers included, because what they do not have is an AI learning process or habit for how do I get better? How do I stay ahead? How do I not feel overwhelmed or behind because things are always changing? It's like new, new, new, new, new. And how can I do the new if I'm not even out of just base zero? So, with this, what I want you to do is to make this nice and simple and easy for yourself. How do you do that? Imagine just creating a process for yourself where five minutes a day or 15 minutes in a given week, you learn AI as a new habit. And this is no different than anything else in your life. Because I see everybody being all romantic or hot about AI like it's this big thing. No, this is just learning. If you want to learn something, what's your process? Let's do it simple, easy, and consistent. Because consistency removes the overwhelm. Because when you're sitting there at zero, you see AI continuing to get new, new, new, more, more, more, and you feel further and further behind. So I'm not going to take the action because I'm so far behind. Let's throw that in the trash. Because AI is a tool for you, not something that is happening to you. And I encourage you to make AI a learning system, not a stressor. And this is so simple because if you said, Rob, once a week or once a day, I'm learning something about AI, boom, you're good. You're going to succeed. But it is a lack of process that creates the overwhelm because you don't feel in control of your journey and your destination for how you are learning and creating and staying ahead with AI. Make it simple. Focus on creating a learning habit around AI. Number two, audit your relationships. Who do you have around you that is a champion for AI and can help you understand and grow? If the answer is no one, well, there you go. There's your answer. You're relying completely on yourself. And if you're sitting there at zero and you don't know anything about this, and you look around and I got no one to help you, I get it. It's easy to feel overwhelmed or lost when you have no idea what you're doing. I encourage you to ask yourself, or actually say to yourself, you're the average of the five people you spend the most amount of time with. As it relates to AI, who is that for you? If the answer is zero, the next thing for you to do is say, let me find one person in my life who can help me stay ahead and not feel overwhelmed and just integrate one thing with AI and Chat GPT. The good news for you is you know that person. Me, our community at Unlimited, whatever it is, it doesn't have to be me, but that's one of the things that I'm here for is to help you along on your journey. So don't make this harder on yourself than it actually is, because it's super simple. Just get yourself around people who are about this life. Because number three, audit your inputs. So, what are your content sources for AI? Because not all of them are created equal. Because if you say, Rob, I'm just going to rely on the news to give me all my information about AI. That is not a winning formula. Instead, what I want you to do is to be very systematic and structured about this. Because gold in, gold out, garbage in, garbage out. So, what are those sources? And I'm gonna make this oh so simple because these are my sources. Because remember, two and a half years ago, I started at zero. No tech background, no AI background, nothing. How do you learn? Well, I'm gonna create structured learning. So, with that, number one is I signed up for three AI newsletters. Just go and find them. That's very simple to find. Just type in best AI newsletters and subscribe to them. Number two, you can create a Google Alert. And in that Google alert, it can say chat GBT or uh AI agents or whatever it is. And you can just be fed once a day, once a week, the best news around those specific terms right there. And then number three, you can go on Twitter and create for yourself an AI list. And what is that? Just find people that are talking about AI and curate that into a list. Rob, I don't know how to do that. Go into Twitter and just search ChatGPT. See who's talking about that, follow them or add them to an AI list. And this is simple, right? So you have your curated sources, any number of them. You can do one of them or all three, and you say, cool, once a day for five minutes, I'm gonna open up Twitter and I'm gonna read some of what's going on in the world of AI. Or I'll read this newsletter, which is doing this for me, or I will go ahead and take these Google alerts. Because this isn't hard. All you're doing is creating your inputs that are going to create the outputs that are going to lie or that are going to create gold for you. And with this, instead of passively consuming, you are creating a system. Google alerts, Twitter lists, AI newsletters. Super duper simple. Number four, audit the story you are telling yourself. Air quotes feeling overwhelmed by the rate of change. That's something that unfortunately is self-limiting because we live in a world of rapid change. So if it's like this is moving too fast for me, that's a problem. Because uh we always want to be growing. This is growth mindset 101. Think back to the people who are like, we can't use the internet, strangers are gonna steal our identity. Guess what? This is the exact same thing. So you can either sit there and kick and scream and say to yourself, I'm just overwhelmed by how much stuff there is, or you can say, wait a second, I want to reframe the story that I'm telling myself. Because think of it this way, nice and simple. You watch Netflix. You know what you don't say to your friends, I'm just so overwhelmed by the amount of movies they have there. I just can't choose to do anything, so I'm just not going to do anything. No, you're just gonna choose one and you're going to watch it. You're not saying because Netflix is creating 50 new movies or videos a day that you're not gonna watch Netflix. So why are we being so romantic about this with AI? I get it. Every industry changes, it is evolving, and it just so happens that technology is rapidly advancing in the world of AI. But that's a good thing because there are new possibilities, new worlds to play in the same way. It's like, wow, there's a new Netflix show that I like. Do not focus on that which is not serving you. Keep it simple, keep it small. Start with just one thing. If you're sitting there at zero and you've got no AI, no chat GBT, no nothing, just do this. Just sign up for the free version of Chat GPT and get the party started. Because once you do that, okay, now we're taking positive actions. Because number five, vision. There are those who would take advantage of AI in this opportunity, and then there will be those who create reasons and excuses for why they cannot. This is ownership versus avoidance. And right now, why in the world am I doing this? Because this is one of, if not the greatest opportunities we have for our entire life, for to create our vision and to bring everything we want to life faster, easier, more scalable, in a way that leads with your heart and authenticity. That's a vision for how I see the world. So I encourage you to audit yourself. When you look at your relationship to AI, what is that vision that you see? Do you see this is too much? I don't have time, I'm overwhelmed, or do you see endless possibilities? But Rob, I don't see what you see. That's okay. You don't have to, but you can be open to the possibility that there are some other perspectives that you don't know about that could be there. Huh? Maybe I want to surround myself with people that are doing this. If so, go to unlimited.coach. We've got calls once a week around AI. Nice and simple, just 45 minutes. We have people of all levels there, just starting out all the way to mastery level because we are all actively co-creating with this, because AI can bring your vision to life faster. But it starts with you auditing your vision of what's possible with AI. And even if you don't know, do not use that as something that limits you. Because number six, the last thing, action. Stack ones over zeros. Overwhelm leads to not doing anything. And not doing anything means that you are falling behind and moving backwards. Any progress or movement that you make moves you forward. So overwhelm, I'm stuck. Progress, I'm doing something. Ones over zeros. Use Chat GBT once a day for a week and see what happens. It is literally impossible to use Chat GBT for a week for 10 minutes a day and not immediately have your mind explode about the possibilities. Or have a conversation with me where we'll sit there and say, hey, what would you love to create in your life? Let's pop open the hood on Chat GBT and let's see what's possible. Because those of us who are operating on the highest level, the high performers, the ones with big dreams and goals and visions, the ones who are changing the world, we see this and you're like, I'm using this all day, every day. Not because I'm romantic about it, not because it is anything other than a tool to support our journey. So let's stack some ones living in this world more versus zeros. But Rob, I don't have the time. That's fine. She's another self-limiting excuse. Overwhelm, lack of time, lack of knowledge. We're all sitting there with the exact same canvas. We all started at zero. Those of us who invest in our personal growth and development around AI and Chat GPT, who build a structured learning path, systems and processes and consistencies for creating this, we're going to win. And for those people who say, I don't have the time or I'm overwhelmed, I hear you and I feel you, and I want to help you, but you have to be willing to help yourself. And getting off of zero is the best thing that you can do. So the last thing that I want to do here is leave you with something practical that you can do. Every single person listening or watching right now can do this. What I want you to do is to go to Chat GBT and just spend three minutes and ask it this question What is one simple way I can use AI in my daily life? And whatever it spits out for you, take action on what it tells you. Because there is so much more power accessible for each of us. You just got to experience it for yourself instead of saying, oh, she's moving so fast, there's so much going on. Listen, so many people are using like a fraction of the possibilities there. And even someone like me who lives in this world for two and a half years, I get all the rapid advancements. I might only use 10 things in the world of AI: the things that serve me and my vision and my growth and how I can serve the world. And I'm going to do so by leading with my heart because heart wins. So if this inspired you or you've got questions or thoughts about your AI journey, let's have a conversation. Or if you're someone who says, wow, Rob, this resonates with me. I want to learn faster. I want to operate at the top of the level.
