Before we start today's show, if you're looking to grow with ChatGBT, I've got a resource that I shared on stage in my recent keynote that I want to give to you. Follow me on Instagram at Rob Cressy. That way I can send it to you. And then DM me best. It has helped create a lot of momentum for me, and can you too? Once again, follow me on Instagram at RobCresse and DM me best. There are golden possibilities all around you. Are you tuned into them or are you letting this opportunity slip by? And what I want to do is share the lessons, the stories, and the wisdom from the half day AI workshop that I just led in Golden Colorado. Colorado, Colorado, and how this can help you grow on your journey. What's good? I'm Rob Cressy, and I am 15 out of 10 excited and radiating positive energy like a care bearer right now because I just got back from another transformational experience that uh I'm excited to share some of these lessons on. So, starting on the high level here, um, I was in Golden, Colorado for 18 hours where a company flew me out to do a half-day AI workshop to 13 of their employees. The CEO of the company um is part of an entrepreneur organization that I'm a part of called the RT Syndicate. And he had previously watched some of my content online. He was originally um new and maybe even slightly hesitant to AI, but through watching the content, boom, he had some massive realizations to the point where it helped him land a massive deal. And he's like, Rob, I want you to come and talk to my team. So when I went out there, man, I was super excited about this because there's been a very big breakthrough for me that I've continued to share over and over again as a possibility for you. The biggest part of the market right now in the world of AI, where you can see the biggest growth is at the beginning, aka building that foundation. So this four-hour workshop that I did was all around building your high performance foundation, how to think, create, and lead in the AI era. And the good news for me is I can do this in my sleep because I've got hundreds of reps of doing this on the group, the group side of things with unlimited or the one-on-side, one-on-one side with my coaching, or the keynotes that I've been doing there. So this is just flowing this, flowing through me effortlessly. And all I'm doing in this container is creating a deeper experience. And I think the key word here is experience. That was my mindset in this. Uh, I'm someone who by design does not lead with tools, does not lead with tech, does not lead with theory, right? I ain't got time for any of that. I want the practical side of things. What's that good good, as I like to say? What's that good good that you really need to know that's gonna transform you and your business in the way that you leverage AI? So I leave Sunday at 10 a.m. out of Tampa to fly to Denver. And as happens with me, man, uh, one of my declarations is I am a force of attraction, right? I attract things into my life. So, of course, my story starts on the airplane where I sit in the exit row on the aisle seat, and there's a there's a dude in the middle seat next to his wife there. And it's a it's gonna be a full flight. And obviously, for four hours, I would love to be able to sit in the exit row, but at the same time, I'm not trying to go shoulder to shoulder with another big guy. So I ask him, I was like, hey man, is it cool if I sit here? I know there's two dudes, I'm not trying to get all up on your stuff. He's like, Yeah, totally cool. And that started off the conversation with Grant and then his wife, Jessica, right there, where we talk about where you're from, where you're going, what do you do, all of that stuff there. And little do I find that all of a sudden they are working on a massive vision for themselves. They live in Montana and they are building out essentially a pickleball compound complex, right? Imagine a bunch of different pickleball courts all over the place, plus a modular system for food trucks and local vendors and co-working and things like this to support the community because they are entrepreneurs, they are parents, they have children, and they want to be part of the community. So I hear this vision, they've been working on it for two plus years, and I was like, this is incredible. Sign me up for what you're building. And by the way, you could not be sitting next to a better person in the world for this. Uh, and what's up, Tim? Right now, I see you uh on Instagram right now. I want to show you some love. I've got a camera going on here and a camera going on over here. So I'm on the plane with them. I'm like, listen, guys, tell me about where you're at with AI because obviously, if you're building a massive company, the way that you integrate AI is gonna be very important. I believe they said they have three to four employees right now or something like that on their team. So uh they're sitting next to someone who's about to build out or is building out an AI workshop for another company, right? So I'm literally gonna pop up in my hood and be like, what about this? What about this? What about this? Um, so naturally I'm a go-giver for them. And at some point, I'm like, hey man, I actually have to go and work on the things that I'm doing there. And they had gotten back from a wedding, so I didn't want to be all chatty Kathy the entire time uh on this flight, despite the fact that we had a genuine connection. I wanted to help and I want to introduce them to everybody in my network. So I did an Instagram where I did an IG story post on this. So stay tuned for a podcast or something further from Grant and Jessica. But here's where the magic of the universe comes in next. So um, because I'm only in Colorado for legitimately less than two days, like I leave in the morning and I'm coming back night the next day. Uh, I have the opportunity to go meet up with my friends Mike and Ashley for lunch when I land. I've got like three hours before I'm gonna go to dinner for this AI workshop with uh Tim and John. And while there, they send me to this random location, I don't know, 35 minutes away. I take an Uber there from the airport. And when I get to this place called Relish, what is it? And I couldn't believe this, that this is real. It is a pickleball plus food court. And I mean, I stepped into the literal vision that the people on the airplane told me that they are building inside of Montana. And I couldn't believe this was real. I was so impressed. This was a 10 out of 10 experience. You walk into this compound, right? So it's pickleball, so there's courts all over the place. Modulo, there's three over here, there's 15 over there, there's a coffee shop, there's a sandwich shop, there's a soup shop, there's a taco shop, there's a bar, there's football with the games on everything. And immediately their vision came to life for me. I send them a message being like, you guys won't believe this. And they're like, Did you do that because of us? I was like, no, this is the synchronicity of the universe working right there. And that's one of the golden opportunities we all have. The opportunity to soak in the magic of the universe and put yourself into positions and have your eyes open and talk with people where you never know what's going to happen because of this, right? This is the dominoes of the universe. So this is incredible. I send all of them messages and then I'm heading off to Golden Colorado, where the course brewing is. And right, I know nothing about course or nothing about Golden Colorado, other than I assume it's going to be a cross between Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and a course original beer bottle. And that was about right. And I loved it. I loved the vibe of Golden Colorado. Um, because I had just a short window of time there. Once I got in, I dropped off my bags. Then I did a little loop around uh the town of Golden, and then I went for a quick run, a two-mile run. And holy smokes, Batman, did I quickly realize how challenging it must be for professional sports teams who are the visitors playing the Nuggets or the Broncos. Maybe not the Rockies, no shade on them, but they haven't been there yet. Because I ran one mile uphill and I was huffing and puffing, and then the mile back, and I was like, wow, you can feel this immediately. But one of the things that I love to do is to take in a city by going for a run. I did this when I was in Austin. I'm doing this in Golden, Colorado because you can feel the vibe, you can feel the energy. I love the outdoor nature of Golden Colorado. So all of this is just the night before. So now time for the AI workshop, right? And in the way that I tell these stories, this is just legitimately what's happening, right? I know there's the good, good in the AI side of things, but one of your keys to seeing more golden opportunities in AI is being more human. It is the lifestyle side of things, right? Because one of the things that is an absolute force multiplier for me and those that I work with is the integration between personal life and personal growth and business growth and the way that you're leveraging AI, right? Because philosophically, what I roll into with these workshops is building that foundation for them. And it starts with your approach. And what is that approach? Heart first, human first. I call it heart wins, right? Because everything you need is already inside of you. And that is the key to success with Chat, GBT, and AI. And most people don't see it. And it's why one of the quotes that I say is the more you see, the more you can see. And it's why I gotta show a ton of love to Tim, because he saw what was possible just by watching my content and he flew me in here to talk with his team. But now this was the next layer of the depth here, and this is where I'm gonna get very specific on some of the takeaways or the things that I noticed from the way that I was sharing things with them. Because once again, a lot of keynotes or people in AI are gonna talk like AI, and I don't relate to that. I don't have an AI background, I don't have a tech background, I don't particularly give a crap about AI, despite the fact that I'm an expert in it and I use it all the time, and I help other companies and organizations do the same, right? To me, it's just a tool, so I'm un-romantic about my relationship with it, and I'm also completely aware that can help me create everything I want for my dreams and my vision. And the key of all of this is the foundation. And what is that foundation built on? Number one, you, your heart, and then number two, possibility. It is all around having this possibility mindset. And one of the challenges I see right now in the market is there's just so much noise, so much thrown at you that you don't know what tools or tech or apps do I need to be using, what's worth my time? Am I doing this right? Because we all live full lives. We've got business, families, kids, all of this stuff together. So a lot of people skip the most important part, which is the beginning. And that's why I love the quote from Ed Milette: the bigger the dreams, the deeper the foundation. So Tim brought me in here to help build this foundation for his team. And I can tell you this is like a 1 million X multiplier because with the right foundation, all the other Lego blocks and dominoes they stack on top of this, right? So, in this here, the number one thing that was the takeaway, and this came from the people in the room, and there's 13 of them, and this came from them. The number one takeaway, they did not know you could personalize your chat GBT experience. So I'm gonna ask you this when you look at the way that you use Chat GBT, is your version personalized? Or are you using a version that is just like everybody else where it's generic and you put something in, you're treating it like Google, and you get something out, right? So we spent a lot of time on personalizing this. Why? Because when you give AI your essence, your heart, your soul, your vision, your values, your goals, those things that are most important to you. Guess what happens? And I love this because a guy in the front row actually said this without me even doing anything. I was having them go through an exercise where I'm very interactive in the way that I do the workshop. So there's one part teaching, and then there's also one part where we're actually gonna be co-creating in short containers, right? Hey, put in this prompt right here and let's build on top of this. What does this activate for you? And one of the guys said unsolicitedly, Wow, this feels like me. And I was like, Boom, shaka lock, let me take that and bottle up and give it to everybody else. Because this would be the next thing I'm gonna encourage you to ask yourself when you use Chat GBT and you see the result, does it feel like you? Or you would legitimately say, Wow, this feels like me. If no, holler at your boy, hit me up on Instagram or LinkedIn at Rob Cressy. I've got a variety of options for ways that I can help you grow with an unlimited potential in a very easy way with AI. So that was a really big possibility there, and I want you to anchor in this. There's only three things that you need to remember to grow with AI, and it's super simple. Number one, personalize. Personalize your experience so it's an extension of you. Number two, think. How are you thinking about AI? Are you taking a possibility mindset? Because that was one of the other big takeaways that ended up happening from this workshop. One of the people there said, and I'm looking at here, uh, I loved the concept of the portal of possibility. I'd just been using it to write emails and posts. I didn't realize how deep you could go with this. And I was like, Yeah, that's the beauty of this. And it's why I love the term portal of possibility, because it has such a different energy, such a different language, such a different vibe. Because another piece of feedback I received was hey, in the past I've often been stopped by the technical side of AI and Chat GBT, where it feels sterile, where people are just talking about coding or talking about tech. But he goes, now I see Chat GBT as an extension of myself. I just haven't learned everything yet, but these are the resources that you need. And I want to say what's up to my guy, John Patrick Morgan. Speaking of people, because there's a lot of people that's coming in this journey. I had an opportunity to have lunch with my coach, John Patrick Morgan, and friend about three days prior to this experience right now. And this all relates right here because one of the things on my mind is how do you create your best year ever? Your best year ever is a series of moments. It's your best month ever, your best week ever, your best day ever, your best hour ever. It's a moment-to-moment basis. So when my coach had thrown an event in uh the east coast of Florida, I was not able to attend because I was doing the uh AI keynote in Second City. And it hurt me because I was like, man, I love my coach. He lives in Hawaii, he's in Florida, he's only three hours away and I can't go. But he's like, hey Rob, I'm gonna be here through Friday. I have Thursday open. So I drove three hours to Jupiter, Florida to have lunch with John Patrick Morgan, all because I wanted that picture. I wanted that picture of him and I because I knew that was what was going to help create my best year ever. So, how does this relate to the workshop that I was doing right there? Because that's the next part of this from a possibility side of things. It's your vision. What does your vision look like? Are your dreams big? Are your goals big? What does your best day ever look like? Your best week ever, your best month ever, right? Because that's the thing that a lot of people miss in this is they treat it very sterile or robotic, like ChatGBT is just Google. But what if you put your heart, your soul, your essence inside of this, and you're like, hey, this is what I would love to create? Because another one of the big takeaways was, and I love doing this exercise. We set, and you can do this for yourself, set a timer for three minutes. And your goal is to create the biggest thing you possibly can with Chat GBT. Shatter your belief ceiling of what is possible. You set your timer for three minutes, boom, go. And one woman in the crowd created something incredible that I was so inspired with, right? Because you can go with anywhere with this. And this speaks to your ability to think differently and to think bigger. And what she created was a personable, wearable um air filtration system so that you had your own bubble of clean air. She's like, listen, if this would have existed during COVID, everybody wouldn't have to wear a mask because you've got like a little clip on your uh collar that is like your own air filtration system. And I was like, wow, that's pretty fun and pretty big in three minutes, right there. And I share this because the point of thinking and dreaming big one, it's a skill set that is a one-of-one that'll make you so much money in the AI era because it's very hard to connect the dots looking forward, but it's much easier to connect those dots looking backwards. So, with that in mind, we can say, hey, I want to build a personal air filtration system for my own little bubble. How do I do that? Dot, dot, dot, dot, dot, dot, dot. And this is a really big breakthrough for a lot of the people there because so often a lack of clarity leads to a lack of an action, right? If you don't know what to do, you're likely to do nothing. On the flip side, if you start with the big goal, the big dream, the big outcome, it is a lot easier for you to figure out a way to do that, certainly in the way that you use Chat GBT. And another one of the pieces of feedback was your thinking determines your outcome. Putting thoughts in context around thinking big, right? So one of the things that Tim said to me in terms of I asked him, hey, what were the the big takeaways for you or the things that you uh that stood out for you from from my experience was how much of it was mindset related? And I was like, yeah, when the rest of the industry sling in tech and tools, what matters more is your approach. How in the world are you thinking about this? Because tech and tools are gonna go come and go. There's always a new one, there's always a new model, this is good at this, this is good at that. Versus, I would rather teach you how to fish than give you a fish, right? I want you thinking and understanding your approach and your relationship to AI. So here's another one of the questions that I asked everybody. I would love for you to describe to me your approach to using AI. What is that relationship you have to it? And in a non-judgment way, a lot of the people went to tactics or outcomes. I want to be more efficient, or these are the things that I want to do. But an approach is a foundational level thing. It's why I'm heart wins, right? I'm a human first, heart first approach to the way that we create with AI. And by peeling these layers on these very specific things, these questions, it creates a new level of awareness. And a new level of awareness creates a new way of thinking. A new way of thinking creates a new way of creating, a new way of creating creates a whole new level of outputs for you. Especially when you start to tack on some of these high performance mindsets and actions, like system scale. So, one of the other takeaways that came out from this from the audience that, and I hear this one all the time, and I was originally one of the people where this was a challenge for me too, is we went through a prompt that was like um very self-reflective. And I'm paraphrasing here, and it was like, hey, what are the things that I'm doing right now that are holding me back from being great? Right? So it's gonna mirror to you the things that might not be so pleasing. And I was very intentional during this workshop to play with a few different levers. We're gonna go super big and macro, live in vision, and then we're gonna go way down there in the dirts, stacking those ones over those zeros. And at the same time, I'm gonna help you see what you can't see. I'm gonna help you create a bigger vision, but I'm also going to help you identify those holes in your boat. In that area right there, that is where most people are like, ooh, I don't want to touch that part of me. I don't want to know the things that I'm not good at. I don't want to know the things that I don't exactly like. We don't live in there all the time, but it's a very good thing to do. Why? Because when you can identify the holes in your boat, you can build a better boat. And one of the guys said, and I'm paraphrasing, Chad GBT mirrored back to them man, you always do the hard thing by design in a good way. You've got such good energy, you've got such good action, but you really lack systems and structure. And I heard that, and I was Like, man, brother, I feel that. For the longest time in my life and business, I did not have systems and structure. And I want all of you to remember this right now because it is so important. One of the big keys to success and growth in the AI era will be structure and organization. Why? I hear this a million times. I got stuff in Google Drive and Doc in Dropbox and in my Apple Notes and in my NeverNote and in my email and in my Slack. And there's just stuff all over the place, right? So it's kind of hard to make progress when you've got information all over the place. It's why one of the things I believe in and is part of how I help people in businesses create is creating that single source of truth, creating that personal AI operating system where everything flows into one thing because systems scale. And in the AI era, the better your systems, the more you're going to grow at an exponential basis. Because without jumping too far into the future, one of the things that we want to do is make ourselves AI future ready. So you hear about the term AI agents, aka digital labor, where AI is not only going to be able to think with you, it's also going to do the thing for you. All you have to do is tell it to do it. But here's the hole in most people's boats. They're like, boom, I can do that, except for all your knowledge and your processes live inside your head. So in order for digital labor, aka AI agents to be able to execute for you, you need to be able to say, do number one, do number two, do number three, do number four, do number five. And what is that actually? It's just a system and system scale. So the biggest level up you can have in your business and using AI is thinking in systems. So that was another one of the big takeaways and breakthroughs there. And then another thing that I heard, and this may seem uh kind of obvious to someone listening or watching this right now, but to me, I know this is part of who I am, but I didn't necessarily think of it this way or design it this way. Was one of the people there was like, wow, Rob, I feel like I got like an AI masterclass and motivation at the same time. Like, I feel excited and energized on all of this. Like he used the word motivation multiple times, and I get it. This is a natural part of who I am. I'm loud, I'm energetic, I'm passionate, and I love what I do. Why? Because I love helping people, and I've seen these portal possibilities for myself, and I want to share them along the way. And one of the things that I always pick up on is anytime someone mentions motivation or inspiration or Tony Robbins around me, right? Because there's levels to this game, and I am creating and operating on the highest level right there. So one of the little seeds I'm planting in the back of my mind is all around, huh, Rob, where does motivation and inspiration come into what you're doing? It comes natural and effortless for me. But what if it was a little bit more intentional? What if it's part of the design there? To where when someone comes and signs up for a workshop or a keynote or a 90-minute uh kickoff session, they know that this is going to be a part of it. Because uh one of the things that I said to Tim afterwards is like, hey Rob, how can I help you? And I was asking him a few questions, getting his perspective. And one thing that he said was, was like, hey Tim, like, did I hit your expectations? He's like, Rob, there's a 10 out of 10. Uh I just didn't know what to expect. And I heard that and I was like, Tim, that is actually an opportunity of growth for me because that's a hole in my boat. It is, if someone doesn't know what to expect, happiness is a function of expectations. It's great that once you get inside Rob's world, boom, shaka laka, you're gonna grow. We're gonna create a lot of possibility and knowledge and foundation to all of this. But at the same time, you want to make it easy for someone to buy. So it can be challenging if someone doesn't know what to expect when they're trying to purchase something from you. So, what I'm doing is going back to the drawing board to create more clear expectations of what's included and what's involved in an AI workshop that I lead. And this is the next thing that was super good for me is even though I've done these things over and over and over again, what I'm doing is I'm creating new containers and I'm templatizing them and I'm making them very systems-oriented, but at the same time free-flowing yet structured. So this is my um professional host background plus improv background plus coaching background, all mixed up inside of one. So, with that, um, I was showing them and walking them through the unlimited method. If you're someone who wants to go from AI dabbling to AI dangerous, go to RobCressy.ai backslash dangerous. This will completely transform your life and the way that you leverage AI. So I was giving them the step-by-step walkthrough of this. We've got it on the screen of a vibe board, and I'm just walking them through this process right there and seeing where I can be better. So, one of the things that I do is after every single experience, I've got an after-action report that looks at hey, uh, what was your favorite part? What was the big wins? How would you grade yourself? What was the feedback from the key decision maker? Uh, where could your judgment be? BS, anything in between? Where can you improve? Things like that. And in doing this, I was actually walking uh right past baggage clean when I thought of this. I thought about Brendan Bruchard about 10 years ago. Uh, a friend of mine purchased one of his programs and I was watching it with him. And it was when Brendan was doing high performance habits, and he's doing these seminars for multi-days in these hotel uh lobbies or the conference rooms there. And I thought about myself because there's 13 people in this room right now, and I was like, what would it take for me to scale what I'm doing right now and add more zeros onto it? Make that 130. Well, I know I can do that because I just did 150 at a keynote in Chicago two weeks prior. Cool. What about 1500? Boom, I can do that virtually, but what about in person? Could I follow that same structure? Dink da dink to dink. So the good news is, and this is another piece of the gold of the possibility, is this created a new standard for myself and for everybody else. So going through this workshop of these fundamentals for how to think and create and lead in AI, they created a new floor for how they create in the AI era. The same way where I created a new floor for the way that I run half-day AI workshops. And this is one of the things that uh I say this often when I'm doing this stuff live is this is a mindset, a lifestyle, and a way of being, and none of this costs any money, but you can just choose to adopt the thinking and the approach. And that's why I make this so accessible and why I love this so much is I started at zero just like everybody else. So the only thing stopping you is yourself, and the best way to change is to change. And you don't need a tech background, you don't need education, any of this stuff. You just need the perspectives and the right foundation that can help you scale and grow with this because you can be going three years in the wrong direction, or take one hour or four hours or a week or learning from someone and doing so and building that right foundation to set you up for the next decade of your business. So, uh, as I always like to do, and you can expect this moving forward, every experience I have in my life, whether I'm running a marathon, doing AI keynote in Chicago, or doing workshops for others, I am going to share what I'm learning because there's not a lot of people out there who are doing this. So uh this is a yes and and a value add for you. I always encourage you to listen to the language that I use. What do you see? What do you hear? Is it a word? Is it a sentence? It is a framing, is it something that you hear over and over and over again, right? Because there is so much gold in this when you set yourself up for those possibilities to receive the gold. So, shout out to Golden Colorado, shout out to the people that I met, from Grant and Jessica to my friends, uh, Mike and Ashley, uh, to Tim, and shout out to John. Uh, Tim and John are both part of the RT syndicate that I'm a part of. It was great to meet two of those brothers in person for the first time. Man, I just love being around high-performing people, the ones who do things the right way, who have integrity, who have values, who take action. There's an energy, there's a pulse, there's a way of being around those people, and I absolutely love it. Uh, thank you and shout out to the people who are in attendance there, who showed up and poured their heart and gave me the feedback and the love after the event there, and then everything in between. So I would love to hear you, I would love to hear from you. Is there anything that I talked about that caused you to think or take action or stand out? You can hit me up on all social media platforms at Rob Crassy. Sending tons of love and good vibes your way. Hope you have yourself. Amazing rest of the day.
