Hey, it's Rob. You know that gap between who you are today and who you're capable of becoming? That's where I live. And I've built something for leaders who are done playing small. Undeniable is my group coaching program where you get the support to step into your next level. We work on the identity, the mindset, and the way of being that turns your vision into who you are. You get me as your coach, a community moving at your speed, and the belief that you belong at the top. If you're ready to become undeniable, go to joinundeniable.com. Right now, Claude is coming in hot, hot, hot, and there is a mass exodus of people that are switching from ChatGPT. And what I want you to do is give an entrepreneurial-driven, non-technical, business outcome focus for how you can use Claude to grow your business. And I also recently had a friend slide into my DMs and say, Rob, I want you to turn me into a Claude God. So, Justin, thank you so very much for inspiring this. I am going to share how you can become a Claude God. And side note, I want to give you some of that good, good right out of the gate. If you're a real one, here's what I would do: I would take this podcast, I would go on YouTube, I would search Rob Cressy, and I would get the transcript from what I'm about to share with you. And then I would copy the transcript, put it into Claude, and then have it create you a blueprint for how you can integrate all of this into your business. Super simple, we'll take 30 seconds and have a massive ROI for you. So let's start with this. Why did I switch from Chat GBT to Claude? And I'm someone who used Chat GBT the first week it came out in December 2022. I have over a thousand days of using Chat GBT in 2025. I was a 0.01% user in the entire world for using Chat GBT. So when it comes to how all in can you be on a platform, I as I am as all in as you can get. But here's the thing: in the AI era, I am not romantic about anything. All of these are just tools to me. So it was probably about eight weeks ago when my friend Colin Scotland and I were having a conversation, and he said, Rob, everything just shifted in the world of AI, and there is a seismic movement happening where I just created three websites over the weekend using Claude. And once he said this to me, all of the alarm bells are going off in my head. And up until that point, I was probably using ChatGBT 98% of the time and Claude for 2% of the time. Claude has always been more emotionally resonant. He was a way better writer. So I always use Claude for my writing, but ChatGBT for everything else. But once Colin said he created three websites over a weekend, I then spent the next three days and I created a website for myself using Claude and Claude code, which I had never used before. And I was like, oh my god, everything just changed. And with this, the big thing that changed. So Claude brought out its Opus model, and I'm not somebody who particularly cares about jumping from model to model where it's like, oh my God, this one's better than this one's better. That's irrelevant to me, right? Because for me, it's more about how you use the tool. But when something becomes loud enough or better enough that the market is like, this is a thing, that was one of those moments. And Claude, unromantically, just crushes Chat GBT from what it can do. Because ChatGBT, great as a chatbot. What Claude is doing right now in April 2026, when I'm recording this thing here, is it allows you to be a builder. It's not just responding to what you're doing. It's like, hey, let's build this thing at the same time. So for me, the Switch had nothing to do about caring one way or another and everything to do with the results. Because my goal is to grow my business and turn a dollar into a dollar fifty. And Claude is that first taste of agentic AI where it's proactively doing things for you that Chat GBT is not even touching. So as I'm looking at all of this, I'm hearing so many challenges from so many people about this, saying things like switching from ChatGBT feels like starting over from scratch. I've spent so much time in Chat GBT. How do I get all that data out? And we also have uh can Claude understand me the same way that ChatGBT does? And I get it, right? Because those of us who have been using AI every single day for a year or two or three, we're very pot committed to what we've been doing right there. And I understand the hesitancy to say, Rob, I've been doing a lot inside of Chat GBT, why would I switch over to Claude? But here's the thing, and this is so important. One of the fundamental things that I live and coach is you want to be platform and tool agnostic. Meaning everything that you do and the way that you grow your business with AI does not live in one tool. So if you think way back in the day of early internet, what did we have? We had Lycos, InfoSeek, Ask Jeeves, Yahoo, Google, and then we look at email and we had Hotmail, Yahoo, Google, and all of these things all over the board. And could you imagine if you said, I'm sorry, I'm just sticking with one of these and I'm done right there? The AI era is moving too fast from an innovation standpoint that if you do not have this flexibility in what you are doing and how you are growing, you are limiting your growth potential. Because fundamentally, one of the keys to success in the AI era is how you think, how you see the game. This is growth mindset 101. Growth mindset meaning I can always make the situation better. I will always learn something new that is part of the game. Fixed mindset, I'm trapped in this position right here. And so many people are allowing the past to dictate their future. And I get it, it's cool that we use Chat GPT, but this is a signal in the market saying Claude is that big dog right now that is crushing. And that does not mean that that is going to be the case moving forward. But guess what? Right now, I'm advising every single one of my clients to use Claude. Why? Because my usage is now 100% Claude, 0% Chat GBT, and it's not even a thought. So in those moments when Claude goes down for a couple of minutes or an extended period of time, and I have to open up ChatGBT, it feels like I'm opening up hot mail where I'm like, ooh, this is gross. I can barely use this thing. And I get it, I'm saying that in jest, it's because of what I've been seeing in creating inside of Claude. So let's get to the next section here. How I use Claude in my business every single day to grow. And this is what my days look like. I only do three things. I coach, I create, and I use AI. That's it. Right? So all day, every day, I have Claude up nonstop because the ceiling and the capacity that Claude is currently operating on right now has never been matched before in the history of the world. And of course, I'm using other tools. I'm using OpenClaw. I'm using Manus. Uh, I'm using uh any variety of skills. I'm using Claude Code via VS Code right there. You don't need to get all technical and toolsy, but I'm using stuff all over the place. And once again, the light bulb moment for me was when I used Claude Code for the very first time with no experience whatsoever. And I built a website in three days that I migrated off of WordPress, where I was for more than a decade, hundreds of blog posts, ton of SEO and link juice and articles. Claude Code goes, moved it all over to my brand new website. And I was like, whoa, this is a thing, this is a movement. Because the thing that Claude does so much better than anything else is it is a builder, and if you can think it and you can dream it, it can build it. And this is one of those things where the more you see, the more you can see. And for a lot of people, they just can't see that right now. So they're sitting there with their view of Chat GBT, and then they want to use Claude or they do, and they're like, I'm just not seeing what everybody is talking about right now. And when I look at my own usage of Claude, some of the things that I'm doing is building out a full-blown AEO strategy for my business, meaning answer engine optimization. We are going from SEO, people want to show up in Google, to AEO. I want to show up in Chat GBT and Perplexity and Claude and Gemini and everything there. And that is one of those things that's not hard, it's just intentional. Another thing that I'm doing, which is a game changer, is I'm building so many of my projects inside of Claude Projects. And then the next thing, and this one is so important that once you start doing this, everything will change for you. Is I am creating Claude skills. So I'm gonna share my screen right here and show uh what I'm doing with Claude Skills and projects. So right here, this is just what my Claude projects look like, and it's nice and simple right here. You can see I'm working on a variety of things from my undeniable brand to I have a specific project just for how I'm learning Claude and Claude Code because all of this is new, and a lot of people think that somehow we pop out and we just know this stuff. No, part of success and growth in the AI era is your willingness to learn. The way you learn is by doing. By doing, you're going to learn new terms, you're gonna run into walls, you're gonna have challenges and friction and everything in between. Well, great, let's document all of that inside of Claude so that we can learn from all this. When I'm legitimately building new products, so for example, the gold vault, which I'll show you in the second, right there, which is my notion to Claude database that becomes your single source of truth so that your ideas and data compound on everything. All of these are living inside of here. I've got one specific to just dropping in transcripts and then reverse engineering the gold that's inside of them. I have systems design and AI architecture. I'm very intentional about the way that I'm doing this, right? So when I look at this, is you're operating inside my systems design and AI architecture project. This is where I'm designing the systems of how I am using AI. So you can be very intentional about these little nuances and pieces here. And Claude projects are like individual containers where you can go deep with it. And uh, I'll open up my undeniable brand project right now, and you'll see on the side here there's an area for files. And this is so important because each project operates on its own capacity outside of your overall Claude. So, what you want to do is add in your context and your AI foundational uh data. So, I'm talking about your soul data, your vision, your values, your identity, your business context, your operating context, your 2026 goals, your brand voice, right? Make sure that you're giving Claude that personalization that it needs. And for 99% of people, they don't even know that personalization is a thing. And I'll add on a little nugget for you right now is um one of the things that is a big level up is you create your AI context foundational vault. So up here on my computer, I've got a folder that has reference to where I can just drop all of these various things: my soul data, my business context, my brand voice, my voice DNA document. And the reason this is important is this allows us to be platform agnostic. So when you leave Chat GBT or you still use it and you use Claude and you use Gemini or you use anything else moving forward in the AI era, by having this both locally on your computer as well as in the cloud, this allows you at the push of a button to always give whatever AI tool you are using the exact most important personalized context for you. The beautiful thing is you set this up once and you've got it. And then maybe quarterly or once a year, you're updating some of these things. It's not hard, it is just something that is very intentional. So uh that's how I'm using both personalization and projects for Claude. And the next thing that I want to talk about is how to use Claude skills because this is something that is an absolute game changer once you understand it. So, what you do is you click your name in the bottom left corner, settings, and then you go to capabilities and you'll scroll down all the way at the bottom and you'll see a little button that says go to customize. And some of the skills that I'm creating are created from an inside out perspective, not outside in. And here's what I mean by this. Right now, if you go on Twitter, which is the number one place where you can get information about how to be the best in the world with AI, and you're gonna see so many people slinging, here is a library of 250 Claude skills or all these various things that you can do. Very similar to what was happening back in the day with prompt libraries. But my encouragement for you is to start by building skills by understanding the thinking and vision of how you would build one for your own business. So, for example, here's what I want you to think about. When I'm going to create a Claude skill, I think about am I going to do something more than once? It's gonna be a repeatable task. If so, I don't want to keep doing it. So here is the simplest example of this right now is every time I write my undeniable newsletter, if you want to sign up and get down, go to robcrusty.com backslash newsletter. I send it out every Monday morning, and every single time there is a title that I put in the newsletter. So I take what I've written and I put it into Claude, and then it's like, hey, let's create a stop to scroll clickworthy title that I can use for this newsletter. Well, I could obviously think about this on my own and create a variety of titles there, or I could say, wait a second, this is the formula for how I think about and create a skill every single time. So that's what I went ahead and did is I created what I call the newsletter title writer, right? So the purpose is to generate high-converting newsletter subject lines using data-backed industry best practices combined with my audience, my vibe, my energy. So I do the research, I give it the context, I give it the requirements of hey, this is what I want this thing to look like. Here are the principles. Hey, it's gonna be between 20 and 40 characters. Uh lead with the hook and the most powerful words there, make it curious, make it specific, make it emotionally resonant. So I'm very intentional about all of these various layers. And then what I also do is I'll give it, hey, here's 10 of my last titles that I liked. So now it has an understanding of what this looks like. And maybe it takes me less than 10 minutes to create a skill, but it's something that you're gonna recognize in real time. So the way that it happened for me is I was writing my newsletter. It was time for me to write my newsletter title, and I was like, wait a second, I'm gonna be doing this every single week. Let's turn this into a skill. So the same thing becomes true for when I'm creating my podcast. So I wrote a podcast description writer. Why? Because I've got a script that I use for every single podcast. Boom, I copy that, paste it, put it into Claude, and then say, hey, Claude, based on this script, write my description. I wanted to lead with a hook, and then in the second sentence, say, in this episode of the undeniable leader, Rob Cressy talks about dot dot dot. And then fill in two additional sentences that give a preview and are outcome focused. And you give all of that to Claude, and then Claude will go boom, here's your skill, download it, upload it here. So I've got a variety of skills, one called the gold mine, where I can take any transcript or piece of content, run this thing, and it'll extract the best mindset, language, nuances, wisdom, and themes from it. Oh, that's nice and simple. I've got one right here that can take my newsletter and turn it into an Instagram carousel. I've got another one. I love this one. I created this with a client in real time called the client wow machine. I wanted to show them the true potential of Claude. So I created a prompt that essentially said, Hey, Claude, I want to melt the brain of my client in real time here. Let's wow them. Create something for me that is gonna blow both of our minds. And it goes, and then after we did that, I was like, hey, Claude, uh, there feels like there's something good here. Give me an option of some skills that we could create based on what we just did. And it's like, hey Rob, let's create the client wow machine, build the moment they'll never forget. So now anytime I'm on a call with a prospective client or a current client, I can run the skill of the client wow machine, and it'll build a cinematic, personalized, interactive artifact that can show them something in real time that they're like, I cannot believe what I just saw. So these are just some simple examples of how I'm using Claude skills on an everyday basis in my business. So the next thing there will be once you've understood the power of Claude projects and the understood the power of Claude Skills, I'm gonna want you to create your first project because this is a very big level up when you understand this. And for most people who are switching over from ChatGBT, the two contexts we have are number one, many of us have created custom GPTs, and number two, many of us have created projects inside of ChatGBT. They all work very similar there. You can ask ChatGBT to extract your data from each project so that it becomes platform agnostic and it'll give you this deep dive there. Uh, I just published a YouTube video on this uh earlier this week. So check out Rob Cressy on YouTube, subscribe, and you'll see uh you can migrate everything out of ChatGBT in less than five minutes. It is a piece of cake. There's just three simple steps. Most people only do one of them. Do all three, and you'll be an ace and you'll move all of your data over there. And with the Claude projects, I want to share something that is such an easy tip. So, and I'll share my screen again real quick here for those who can uh see this. So, what you can do in Claude is when you create a new project, um call it test project, right? And in there, there are the files that you can upload, but then there's instructions for hey, what is this thing about? What I always do is I will speak into Claude. Uh, hey Claude, I'm creating a new project all around uh growing my undeniable brand. And what I want you to do is to help me create the custom instructions, the specificity with this, because inside of this project, I'm going to be talking about my newsletter, my social media strategy, my group coaching program, and everything in between. And I want to make sure that we can seamlessly create on a world class level. And it'll go brr boom, Rob, here's your instructions, copy, paste, drop them in there. And it is such a simple key. Only takes one minute to do do that every time that you create a project. So the next thing there is your approach to using Claude. And hopefully, it's very similar to what you were doing with Chat GBT. And quite frankly, this is something that should be with you everywhere you go with AI. And for me, that's that human-first approach to using AI, where you lead with your vision, your identity, and your values. So as tools like Claude are getting better at building in agentic AI is starting to come a lot more. It is gonna be very easy for people to outsource their authenticity and connection to the robots, where they allow AI to lead where it's the boss, not them. And this is something that is completely contrarian to the way the majority of the market operates. Because so often everybody's talking about tech and tools and updates and everything, it's very sterile. No, there's one thing that AI will never have soul. So your ability to infuse your essence, your heartbeat, your vision, your identity, your values come from that human-first perspective where you have a lens of service and growth and everything that you do is so important, especially when you're using Claude, because Claude is more emotionally resonant than Chad GBT is. Chad GBT, especially, can come off sterile sometimes, where it's just here's a question, here's the answer. But when you're working with Claude, especially when you're doing this as a builder, you want to be able to feel this, what you're building. And with that, adopt a human-first approach to it because that foundationally will separate you from everybody else who is just slinging this to automate and build a sterile business. And before we wrap a bow on this, I want to make sure to uh shatter some beliefs or some things that most people get wrong and the biggest mistakes they're making with Claude right now. And the number one is they're hesitant to switch from Chat GPT because of all of the context. And I get it, but all you have to do is ask the AI how to overcome that. And this is some simple beginner-level stuff, but most people just don't see that that's a possibility, right? So in your business or in your mindset or as you're an AI, what I call this is a friction trap. If you run into something that is a point of friction or it's a challenge for you and your business, oh my God, I've got years of data in Chat GPT. How in the world could I ever get it out and move to Claude where everybody's doing stuff? How about we just ask the AI how to do it? Right? It'll do it in 30 seconds, and you're like, oh, this was way easier than I thought. Number two, not learning how to use Claude and thinking that you can just start and pick up and get world-class results. And this is something that is probably the number one thing that is stopping and limiting people from their growth right now. I get it. You can sign up for Chat GBT or Claude or Gemini or any AI tool and you can use it, and then it will give you results. But it does not mean that they are good results. But it is so easy to say, I just don't see what everybody's talking about with how good Claude is. Do you think there's any shred of a possibility that it's not about the platform, but it's about users and the user error or the lack of growth and learning that they are doing? Because it would be like picking up a bike and not knowing how to ride a bike and then falling off of it and being like, I don't get what everybody's talking about with bikes. These things don't work. Without understanding, part of the game of anything, especially in the AI era, is learning your ability to learn something new. And I get it, most of us don't read directions, we don't watch the instruction manuals or videos, yet somehow we think that AI is different and it's so good it can take a user who's doing everything wrong and giving you gold results. No, this is just a foundational mindset for success in AI. And if you can understand this, because for me it's a superpower for me, I understand that if I don't know how to do something, that is not a challenge, that's the opportunity. I'm like, ooh, new world to play in. All right, now it's time for me to start learning. So that can be watching a YouTube video, listening to a podcast, signing up for a course, or God forbid, you work with an AI coach who can help accelerate this significantly faster for you, and do so in a way where you can quantum leap the time that it takes for you to become the best in the world. Another thing that's really limiting people is not using projects. One of the things that can be challenging in the AI era is so often you can just lose where everything goes. You're creating so many ideas, so many projects, and they do not have what I call a single source of truth. So, what I'm gonna share with you is something that is an absolute game changer for me and my business, and is the thing that is going to help me succeed and win in the agentic era for the next 10 plus years. And it's something that I've implemented for all my clients as well. And this is what I call the gold vault. And this is just a simple thing that I created using Claude and Notion connected via their MCP server, which you don't even have to know what it is, it's just a push of a button. And I have no background or experience whatsoever in Notion. But what ended up happening for me is Claude got so good at building that I was legitimately creating three to five projects a day, but then at the end of the day or the end of the week, I've now got what 15, 20 projects, and I'm like, where'd all of them go? How am I prioritizing this? And I don't even know where any of this stuff lives because I've got so many chats in the sidebar. So I created something called the build tracker, and I can seamlessly go from idea to step one of building that triggers in me. Oh, Rob, you're starting to build something. Let's send this to the build tracker in Notion, log this. So I can go ahead and click any one of these things in here in my build tracker, and it'll give me all of the data that I need, the frameworks, how to work with this. And best of all, there's some magic phrases that I say. I'll say, uh, hey Claude, let's send this to the build tracker, write this so that agentic AI can understand this too. Why? Because one of the big holes in the boat for most people in the AI era is their ideas and their data and their projects are not compounding. Why? Because they live in their head or they're in a Google Drive or they're in Dropbox or they're in their phone and it's all over the place. What they do not have is a single source of truth that says this is where everything flows. So that's why I built a build tracker for my ability to track my builds. Then I built a signal bank, which is something where I can track all of my ideas. Hey, I see something cool, I'll drop it in here, I'll get to it later. I also built out a playbook library. Why? Because systems scale. So for you andor your team andor agencai, it would really help for you to be able to open up a document that's like, hey, here's how you run an AEO site audit and optimize what you're doing because systems scale. But most people don't have systems and infrastructure, especially in the AI era. And then I also created something called the intelligence vault. I'm having so many high-level conversations with world-class experts in the world of AI that when we're on a Zoom call and we both have Fathom running, I want to take that transcript, open it up, and be like, hey, here's a call that I had with my friend Suzanne Taylor King. Here's the intelligence, and here's all that good, good that she said to me that I can implement into my AI. So I just use Notion to log this. And then while doing this, I also created what I call the Field Notes library. Because as I'm learning Claude and Claude Code and Claude Co-work and OpenClaw and Mainus, all of this is new for me. Remember, I don't have a tech background, I don't have an AI background. So to think that somehow I just pop out like that is the complete opposite. I know zero just like everybody else, but I keep showing up and shipping every single day. So what I end up doing is just documenting this inside of Notion that says, hey, uh, for example, the AI Context Foundation, the document that teaches AI who you are. Here's the five various things. And this is something that I say, hey Claude, let's turn this into a field note, write it for my clients so that they can use this step by step and understand the context as well as agentic AI. And what this does is it'll give the daily flow, the big idea, the key terms, what to log and where in the one big key takeaway. And then I do this every single day, multiple times a day, to log my progress for the data. I spend very little time inside of Notion, but I log and build everything that I do, and I send it to Notion as my single source of truth. So here's my encouragement for you, and here's how you can get started with Claude today and become a Claude bot and become a Claude God. Number one, migrate your data from Chat GBT to Claude. You can go to RobCressy.com, click on the blog, or go to my YouTube channel at RobCressy. I've got a five-minute video that'll show you exactly what to do to do this. It is super simple. Number two, sign up for the pro plan for Claude and it is only $20 a month. This is a non-negotiable. If you're a high performer and leader in the AI era, you do not use free tools. You always sign up for the lowest level and you build from there. So I went from the $20 a month Claude to the $100 a month Claude once I started building with it and seeing what was possible. Because literally within like one day, it was like, you've hit your limit. I was like, whoa, yeah, I'm building pretty fast. And then probably a month later, I hit my limit on the $100 version. So now I'm on the $200 version. So if you're sitting there being like, I just don't see what the big deal is about Claude, here's the thing maybe there's just not some things that you're seeing because I'm the example of someone who went from barely using Claude to now on the biggest plan that they have possible. And then the next thing that I want you to do is add in your personalization, your AI context, foundational documents, your soul data, your business context, your brand voice. And then I want you to use Claude every single day and then track how much time you're spending there, and then track how much time you're learning. So if you say to me, Rob, I just switched over to Claude, I'm using it one hour a week and I'm learning zero hours a week. You're telling me everything that you need me to know, right? Because the AI era is unromantic about who you are, what you do, and how much money's in your bank account. It says, show me your receipts. And when you do some of the things that I shared in this video and podcast, this is how you become a claw god one day at a time. You learn, you build, you ship, you rinse and repeat, you document this in a single source of truth. I use Notion. If this vibes with you, go to Robcresy.com backslash gold vault. This is where you can legitimately copy and paste everything that I've done inside of Notion with this intelligence system and integrate it into what you're doing. It'll legitimately change the next decade of your business because I've seen it do it for myself and all my clients as well. Um, Claude is something that has changed the landscape of business, and the best time for you to switch from Chat GBT to Claude is right now. It does not mean that you can completely get rid of Chat GBT. I still have it there because things change, new things upgrade. But you gotta be playing inside of Claude because the things that are happening right now are just completely transformative and will change the landscape of your business for the next decade. So I would love to hear from you. Are you currently using Claude? What have been your big breakthroughs there? Are you hesitant to switch from Chat GPT? If so, why hit me up at Rob Cressy on Instagram or YouTube? Sending tons of love and good vibes your way. Hope you have yourself an amazing rest of the day.
