• Why is the current way Churches are doing leadership too heavy to carry? 
• What happened in the mid 1990’s in regards to the church growth movement that changed the landscape of local churches? 
• “The Church is a business and has to run like a business.” I have heard that as well from people I respect greatly. Why is that a problem and what mind shifts do we need to take that is a healthier approach to church and collecting money?  
• You have a powerful quote in The Starfish and the Spirit that says; “When the church is dysfunctional, it is the most appalling of all the institutions.” Explain.  
• Doesn’t someone have to be in charge? Help us understand the main characteristics/duties of a light-load leader?
