Around 95 percent of Black-owned businesses in this country have no employees, compared to about 78 percent of white-owned businesses. We are staying solo longer, and often without the systems in place to make the next step possible. That gap shows up in our burnout rates too. Women burn out more than men. Roughly 40 percent of Black women leaders report feeling burned out, compared to about 28 percent of white women. That gap is exactly why I built The Leadership Shift.

I built this program because I watched too many talented solopreneurs hit the same wall. They were great at the work, but exhausted from running the business alone. No documented process. No delivery system anyone else could run. No plan to train someone if they did hire.

In this quick episode, I am sharing why I built the program and what it actually includes. It is a 3-month guided implementation program with six modules that unlock as you complete reflection points and real deliverables in your business, biweekly Shift live group clinics, weekly coworking sessions, and touchpoints with me along the way.

Enrollment is open now. If you are ready to stop leading from exhaustion and start building something that can run with intention, this is your moment.
