Happy Friday everyone its time for the Two Trying Birds podcast once again, the weeks are flying by! We cant believe that this is our penultimate episode this season - there is so much to say still - the journey will continue ! Big thank you to everyone who has listened and all the feedback. We have met so many great people, like this weeks guest Mark Dempster - a Harley Street Counsellor who came from a world of crime and misadventure, such an inspiring story, again, but more interesting how he is now a world re-known drugs recovery coach - when do we need help?  when are we addicts? is there a middle way?  all the usual questions!!  - definitely one to come back to!
