Hi, welcome to Light Your Load, hello, this is Tanille, your host, and I am jumping on here really quickly to give a little bit of help, support, and encouragement for tonight. Tonight is April 19th, 2023, which means it is a hybrid solar eclipse and we have solar eclipses and some people are aware of them. This is a hybrid, which apparently happens every decade, so it is.
Very rare, and it also comes with a lot of energy. So the moon, the full moon, the new moon that happens all the time will give us. Energy shifts and we will all feel these. Not everyone is aware of them. If you start to watch it, you really can see, um, extra tantrums in your kids or extra pissiness like for you or extra fights with people in your family.
Just heavy energies, lots of emotions for people who are like in adolescence with their hormones balancing and. There's lots of effects of the moons on us, and this one is really strong. It feels, um, It feels kind of epic. It feels very, um, unique to itself and also an interesting time to experience it. So I wanted to give a little bit of just quick support for people who might be completely unaware that tonight is this hybrid solar eclipse.
And I don't think we're gonna be able to see it in America. From what I understand, there's other parts of the world that will be able to view the eclipse, but I don't think that America will be able to, but it does not mean that we all aren't feeling the effects of it. So here's what moon energy can look like in your body, like real life thinks.
Um, is your two year old extra is what me and my husband call it. He's just being extra where he's maybe extra emotionally or tantrum or wanting his way or being really loud or even energetically in a good way, just bouncing off the walls or, oh my gosh, this is so much fun and screaming with excitement and then bawling his eyes out the next minute and you just think, oh my God, what was today about?
That is a really good inclination that you're little is affected by moon energy and my son is two and a half and he will do that, um, in any given moon. But today he is extra. He actually is the reason I'm recording this for y'all because if you don't know about the energy. You don't really know how to shift it for yourself and your family.
Mm-hmm. It feels like a day that you no longer want to be in, because it can be a lot. Right. So a teenager, someone who's got some emotions, um, hormones that are kind of big anyways, they might be super rude. They might be bawling their eyes out or mean, or they. No one to be around them, like not a person.
No one needs to be around me. Don't touch me. Don't talk to. Or maybe you felt like that. I felt like that today I would like everyone to go a lot farther away. That's how I feel. And for the last few, even weeks, I haven't felt too much like that as a mom, I haven't felt overwhelmed. I haven't felt like bothered.
You know, I do go through phases where I just need to not be touched, like very overstimulated. And sometimes just by the end of the day, I will get there and I do. I would say issues with being overstimulated sometimes. So it could just be a me thing, but I think as a mom, you're just being asked all the time, like, mom, hey, guess what?
Where's this? What's that? I'm hungry. It's just all day. And then you kind of get to a point where you're like, if anyone else speaks to me or addresses me or breathes near me, I might throw you across the room. I mean, not really. I'm joking, but you know what I mean. Like I need everyone farther, like other side of the room.
That'd be great. That's how I feel today. And then I have my two year old being so big and extra and needy, and then I have a Frenchie bulldog. Who is one years old and she acts equal to my two and a half year old. So it's a very odd version of twins and she's ringing the bell to go outside constantly cuz we have all this wind and she just cannot contain herself that she wants to go have the zoomies outside.
So she's ringing our bell on our door like every two to three minutes and she's just beating on the bell to go outside and she doesn't need to go outside. And I have to walk her outside because she recently jumped the fence and it just feels like, oh my gosh, not like I'm gonna lose it. I could see how people would feel that today, but just, oh my God, everyone leave me alone.
Or relationships. So if you have a relationship that already has some disagreements in it, like maybe you ignore each other a lot or you're fighting today, it might feel unbearable or it might get big like too, too big, you know? It also could be where something might end or be in the middle of ending. So if there is something that you aren't sure is good for you either relationship, maybe a job, maybe.
Um, a project you're working on or maybe a way of parenting that you have been in and you're not sure is good anymore? Let's see. Maybe a way of eating, like it can be anything in your life that you just aren't sure is for you. Like, it's not going great. It could get big today, and the energy of it could be magnified to where it's either very obvious that it's a no for.
Right. That inner gut feeling of, okay, this is really a no, and that's okay. It's not fun when things get big, but it does provide that information to you that it's a no, right? It's that contrast of, oh, I don't want this, so you can just take it as a messenger. Also, let's see. Your boss might be extra pissy or rude.
Traffic might not be fun. I would not want to be in traffic. Today if I didn't have to be, I might take the long way home. I might take a less trafficked road, that kind of thing. If you can do that, give yourself a little bit of time and free yourself from the crazy of traffic because people just get annoyed, cranky and pissy.
So imagine someone who, through their life, has gone through a lot of things that make them. And they have stored a lot of anger in their energy field. And now it's a hybrid solar eclipse that happens once every decade and they're in traffic in la And they might do something really stupid because their anger is a lot within their energy field, right?
Say they have 10 different things in their life that trigger big anger. It just compiles until you are basically triggering all of that piled up together plus the moon and it can get overboard. So some people act straight up crazy on the moon phases, and I would think today is no exception. And I do think that the energy of today, Just this day in history, April 19th, April 20th is not a great one.
Uh, a friend of mine just recently told me about it and it, it clicked like, oh my gosh. Yes. This is kind of an interesting day in history in America where some very sad, sad things have happened, and so it feels a little bit chaotic. And maybe like people don't have great control of themselves, you know, or they're, um, following other people's footsteps and trying to do things to solve this inner turmoil that they have.
So if people are acting crazy or you're acting crazy, just give a little bit of grace that the energies around you are affecting you very, very strongly. And you can do something about it. So just like every other episode, I'd like to give you something that can help you shift the energy to be more at peace and a little bit happier.
You do actually have control over the energies that affect you, even the moon. So this is what I use that I've learned over the course of a few years of using it. With Raymond Grace, he is a gentleman I mentioned, I think in the last episode or two. He is a gentleman who shifts energy for a living. He's really good at teaching people themselves how to shift energy if it's in your home, if it's in your land, your water, um, in your body, yourself.
All different types of things. And so one of the things he does is neutralizing the negative effects of so, So you're taking the negative effect of the moon phase or this hybrid solar eclipse, or EMFs, right, or 5G or all the people around me right now in this very chaotic atmosphere. Say if you're at a concert and it feels like it's getting big or just anywhere you don't feel quite comfortable.
The effects of this place, whatever it is, take the negative effects, neutralize these negative effects. So you're taking the energy and neutralizing it. And what is neutral energy? It's neither good nor bad, and you're neutralizing the negative effects of this on me. So how you would say that for today is neutralize the negative effects of this hybrid solar eclipse on.
My family, my house, my cars, and my land, and maybe my animals. If you have. So your animals might be crazy if you live on a farm or a ranch and everybody's stuck in a fence. Everybody's getting out, and you just feel like it's straight chaotic. The moon can do that as well, and you can watch that phase over full moons and over new moons.
And I do this all the time. I think almost every moon phase I end up neutralizing the negative effects on one of us. So if you are a farmer or a ranch, This could be something that you do every moon phase, full moon, you have an alarm that goes off in your phone or maybe the night before, and neutralize the negative effects of this on all of my animals and all of the land here.
And that can help shift that energy into more of a neutral space. And you're just doing the negative effects, right? There are benefits of the shifts that we experience, but the negative effects. Can make you feel really outta balance, not grounded. Maybe you're very anxious because you don't feel grounded, which makes you feel safe.
So you could have really high anxiety during these times. You could feel fine, joyful, sweet, kind, but you are exhausted. So this could be you. This could be how you are affected by moons or by today, that you're not really annoyed with anyone. Pretty pleasant, but you are just sheerly exhausted and you cannot lift your head up and you can't figure out what's wrong.
And then a day or two later, you kind of snap out of it and you feel fine and you're not sure what happened. So for some people that is not feeling coordinated, going to the gym, dropping everything. Um, I've dropped like four things today. It's like everything is kind of shifting and it feels like it's tilting and you're just not balanced.
You're not really great into your body, so you can ground yourself. Of course. Which is picturing these roots down from your feet all the way into the ground, and then having that healing energy come up through you and you're really grounding into the ground so you feel surefooted. And that is so useful when you're doing sports and stuff, but today is a day you could feel ungrounded.
So I hope that this helps you shift the energy in your world, in your house, around your family, in your land, maybe if your car's acting up, if your computer's being weird. Anything that you can think of that feels off today with no explanation, go ahead and neutralize the negative effects of this hybrid solar eclipse on anything you can think of and see how the energy shifts.
