Mindfulness kya hota hai? Ye mere liye hai ya nahi? Aur iske kya faayde hain? Agar aise sawaal aapke mann mein uthte hain aur aapko samajh nahi aaya ho ki kaise iss concept ko kaise samjhein toh ye duvidha ka solution lekar aayi hain humari iss baar ki guest, Geetika Arora Bhojak, jo University of Oxford se trained ek Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy coach hain. 

Geetika ne humein minfulness ke fundamentals aur history ko samjhaya hai.
