Main baahar se ek simple lady lagti hoon - lekin mere andar jhaank kar dekhenge toh aapko milega, duniya ko dekhne ka ek alag hi nazariya. Aur meri chhoti si aawaz mein, main share karna chahti hoon, woh saari wisdom jo Life ne har taraf bikheri hai.

Parenting ek mauka hai jo humen life se milta hai. Kis cheez ka mauka? Apna jeevan ek naye sirey se create karne ka. Jitni bhi mental conditioning banaa rakhi hain usse baahar nikalkar jaankne ka. Life ko ek bachche ke nazariye se dekhne ka taaki ek fresh perspective baney. Lekin hum uljhanon mein fans jaate hain ye samajhne ki taak mein ki humare parenting style mein kya sahi aur kya galat hai. Isliye iss role mein humne expert advice lee hai ek well-qualified life-coach aur art therapist ki, jo ek experiencd mom bhi hain.
Kavita Saraf ne Applied Arts aur Multimedia Design mein graduation kiya hai aur Psychotherapy & Counseling mein post-graduation. Multiple trainings aur certifications ke saath-saath unhone art therapy aur psychology mein research work bhi kiya hai. Institutions aur individuals ke saath extensive work experience aur khud ki experiential learning ne unke approach ko shape kiya hai. Woh creative, artistic, play-way method aur alag-alag therapies ka combination use karti hain, practical aur application-based solutions dene ke liye. Woh believe karti hain ‘Prevention is better than cure.’ aur iss thought ko hi follow bhi karti hain.
