So today, I'm back for a solo podcast just to explain my educated understanding of the three main therapies we may experience. I offer this educational podcast to try to help people find a therapy that is suited to them. Often, we can start therapy with little understanding of what that style of therapy can do for us; by just listening to this podcast, I hope you can have a better understanding and be able to confidently walk into the right type of therapy!
