Hung Up Cleats
Welcome to the Hung Up Cleats podcast, where former college soccer player and Nashville native, Sophie Harris, brings the human side of sports to life. Founded in January 2022, Hung Up Cleats creates a safe space for athletes to share their untold stories—opening up honest conversations about the struggles, triumphs, and transitions that shape their lives off the field. This podcast dives deep into the real, unfiltered experiences of athletes, their families, and the incredible women behind them.
Sophie doesn’t just talk to the athletes—she also brings on the wives, girlfriends, and families who navigate the whirlwind of life in the spotlight. These are strong, inspiring individuals with powerful stories to tell, and Sophie is here to give them the space to do just that. Tune in every Monday to hear real, raw conversations and join the washed up athlete club. @hungupcleats
