This week the astrology moves from background architecture into lived experience. The Saturn–Neptune conjunction in Aries is no longer theoretical — it is personal.

And notably, Venus crosses the threshold first.

Mon. March 2: Mars enters Pisces (until April 9th)

Mars governs will and assertion. In Pisces, that will becomes porous.

The healed expression is compassionate action. The shadow can look like reactivity, blurred anger, or feeling unseen or victimized.

Pause before reacting. Notice where unconscious patterns are steering your will.

Tues. March 3: Full Moon Lunar Eclipse at 13° Virgo

Virgo refines and serves. Eclipses complete cycles.

What are you serving? And what are you still serving that is no longer yours?

This eclipse may illuminate a role or responsibility ready to end.

Wed. March 4: Venus in Pisces sextiles Uranus in Taurus--Subtle awakening.

Before Saturn and Neptune perfected their conjunction, the Moon crossed them at the very end of the previous cycle.

Now Venus becomes the first personal planet to enter the new era.

She is also midwifing the completion of the seven-year Uranus in Taurus cycle. On April 23, she will conjunct Uranus at the final degrees of Taurus — then step into Gemini just ahead of him.

The Goddess crosses the threshold first.
The magnetizing principle precedes the disruptor.

Fri. March 6: Venus enters Aries.
Sat. March 7:
Venus conjunct Neptune.
Sun. March 8:
Venus conjunct Saturn.

Venus governs values, desire, relationship, and self-worth — the Divine Feminine archetype of attraction rather than force.

Neptune asks: What dream still lives?
Saturn asks: What are you willing to build?

This era begins through value realignment — through what we are willing to love into being.

Sat. March 7: Sun conjunct Mercury retrograde in Pisces — illumination within the dissolving narrative.

Sun. March 8: Mercury trines Jupiter in Cancer — insight expands through emotional wisdom.

Venus initiates through value.
Then the story recalibrates.
Heart and mind begin to agree.

We are in the first breaths of Saturn–Neptune in Aries.

The Moon closed the old cycle.
Venus opens the new one.

This era will not be sustained by force alone, but by relational intelligence and narratives rooted in care.

Reflection Questions

Where is my will reacting from old wounds rather than alignment?
• What am I still serving that is no longer mine?
• If my values led first, what would I begin?

Hello, welcome to Astrology Alchemy. I'm Sheila Bellagio, your host for this podcast. Alchemy is defined as a seemingly magical process of transformation. Spiritual alchemy is the process of pursuing the gold of your true nature. By transmuting the unrefined limiting parts of yourself. In this podcast, I'll offer you inspiring insights from current astrology cycles that support your path of turning your personal lead into gold. More resources are available at the website on the edges of change.com. Hello and welcome to episode number 354 of the Astrology Alchemy Podcast. This is for the week of March 2nd, 2026. I'm your host and guide Sheila er, a phrase from this week's podcast poem. Learning to love differently is hard. This week, the sky shifts from background architecture to lived experience. We're not just talking about the Saturn Neptune conjunction in Aries anymore. We are feeling it moved through the personal field and Venus, not Mars leads the way. On Monday, March 2nd, Mars enters Pisces where it will travel until April 9th. Mars, the advocate warrior architect is, will drive, assertion the instinct to fight or protect. In the water sign of Pisces, Mars becomes porous, and this is where we need to be honest. The healed expression of Mars in Pisces is compassionate action, spiritual courage. Movement guided by intuition rather than ego. Hmm. But the wounded expression, battle readiness without clarity, reactive defensiveness, unconscious aggression, a sense of being unseen. Unrecognized victimized hopelessness, disguised as withdrawal. Pisces dissolves boundaries. So if old resentment or buried anger has been living below the surface, Mars and Pisces can stir it, not cleanly. But diffusely, some of you may feel tired, you may feel emotionally reactive. You may feel like fighting something you cannot name pause before you act. This six week cycle is not asking you to conquer. It is asking you to notice where unconscious patterns are driving your will. And then on Tuesday, March 3rd, we have the Virgo full moon, lunar eclipse, the second eclipse in the current cycle. We're in the Sine Virgo refines sorts. Clarifies, serves, eclipses, end chapters, and at the full moon eclipse, the sun and moon are balancing each other. The solar lunar, the conscious and deeply intuitive emotional are balancing. And the Full Moon and Virgo asks a very practical question. What are you serving? And more importantly, what are you serving that is no longer yours to serve? Eclipses and chapters. The energy of Virgo can over-function, over carry, overcompensate. This full moon eclipse may illuminate for you a responsibility, habit, or relational dynamic where you have been holding more than is sustainable, and your emotions around these patterns. Remember, this may not be about another human being. It may be your relationship to what's happening in the collective. You may be holding more than is sustainable. This is not about abandoning care. It's about right sizing it. Integrity over martyrdom, discernment over anxiety. You are invited to let something end cleanly. Now let's talk about how Venus leads. The way here is the deeper initiation before Saturn and Neptune perfected their conjunction in Aries last week. The moon crossed them at the very end of their previous cycle that began in 1989. The moon. The instinctive body, the emotional field, witnessing the closing of that old cycle. Then this week, Venus becomes the first personal planet to cross the threshold of their new era at zero degrees Aries, not Mars, the Warrior Venus. The goddess, the relational field, the magnetizing principle, the one who knows value before strategy and that matters. And just before. On Wednesday, March 4th, Venus at the end of Pisces Sex tiles, Uranus at the end of Taurus, a subtle awakening of value, and notice what Venus is doing. Venus is not only opening the Saturn Neptune era. She is also midwifing the completion of the last seven year Uranus and Taurus Cycle. Later this spring on April 23rd, Venus will conjunct Uranus at the very last degree of Taurus closing that chapter and then step into Gemini just ahead of Uranus. The goddess crosses the threshold first. The magnetizing principle precedes the disruptor maverick. The relational field prepares the ground before the lightning strikes. Now this week on Friday, March 6th, Venus enters Aries the next day on Saturday. Venus is conjunct Neptune in Aries, and the day after on Sunday, Venus is conjunct Saturn in Aries. She goes first the planet. Venus as an archetype, governs value, relationship, desire. Money and resources, art and creativity, self-worth before the action of Mars, before the identity of the sun, before the narrative of Mercury Venus. We feel and relate. Neptune asks us newly in its cycle what dreams still lives. Saturn asks newly in its cycle, what will you commit to build in Aries? This is raw beginning. No guarantee, no inherited script. Venus Crossing first tells us something essential about this era of at least 35 years. The new cycle will not be led by force of will alone. It will be led by value Realignment. By relational intelligence by what magnetizes rather than what conquers for centuries of myth and history. History, we have assumed that new eras are forged by conquest, by assertion, by force of will. But this time, the first crossing belongs to the divine feminine archetype. The era is seeded not through domination, but through attraction, through alignment, through what we are willing to love, into being what you love. Enough to begin. What you refuse to betray, what you are willing to initiate even without certainty. And again, notice the timing. Mars does not cross the Saturn Neptune threshold point. First, the Warrior does not initiate this era. That alone tells us something profound. Let's expand the frame a bit by noticing what the sun and Mercury are up to. This week on Saturday, March 7th, the Sun conjuncts Mercury retrograde in Pisces. The sun illuminates something at the heart of this retrograde. This review time, something the mind. Has been quietly dissolving Pisces loosens rigid narratives. It softens certainty. It lets old mental structures melt I and on Sunday, mercury in Pisces, trines Jupiter in cancer, and here the mind aligns with deeper emotional wisdom. Insight expands not through logic alone, but through nurturance memory and instinctive knowing. Let's notice the sequence for a moment. Venus initiates through value and desire. Then the Sun and Mercury recalibrate the story. The heart and the mind begin to agree. Understanding Widens compassion deepens perspective shifts. Venus says, this is what matters. Now. Mercury says, then the story must change. Jupiter says, and let it be rooted in care, not fear. These are not random water tribes, cancer and Pisces. This is emotional intelligence supporting the new relational architecture. Venus's seeding, let me say that again. This is emotional intelligence supporting the new relational architecture that Venus is seeding. Here's a deeper pattern with this. Venus magnetizes the future. Mercury rewrites the narrative to sustain it. Jupiter ensures it is life supporting this week. You may see an old story differently. You may soften around something you once hardened against, against. This is not naivity. It is mature. So let's take in the larger frame for this week. We are in the very first breaths of Saturn, Neptune, and Aries, A new 35 year cycle. The moon closed out the old chapter for them. Venus opens the new one. And now the mind and heart are being asked to come into alignment with what we truly value. This new era will not be sustained by force of will alone. It will require relational intelligence, clean discernment, narratives, rooted in care rather than fear. This architecture is subtle, but it is very personal. Here are three reflection questions for you to be with this week. Where is my will reacting from old wounds rather than moving from conscious alignment? What am I still serving that is no longer mine? And what would integrity in service look like now if my values led first? And my story aligned with them. What would I begin now, the cycles of this week, ask for sincerity, clarity, not force, not drama, clean discernment, honest self valuation. Gentle, but firm beginnings, the warrior will have his or her place or their place. Action will come. But first we must know what we love and what we refuse to build again. The podcast poem that arrived to support these cycles this week is called to Have Without Holding by Marge Pearcy. Learning to love differently is hard love with hands, wide open love with the doors banging on their hinges, the cupboard unlocked. The wind roaring and whimpering in the rooms rustling the sheets and snapping the blinds. That's quack like rubber bands in an open palm. It hurts to love wide open stretching the muscles that feel as if they are made of wet plaster. Van of blunt knives. Van of sharp knives. It hurts to thwart the reflexes of grab of Clutch to love and let go again and again. It pesters to remember the lover who is not in the bed to hold back what is owed to the work that gutters like a candle in a cave without air to love consciously. Conscientiously concretely. Constructively. I can't do it. You say it's killing me, but you thrive. You glow on the street like a neon raspberry. You float and sail a helium balloon, bright bachelor's button blue and bobbing on the cold and hot winds of our breath. As we make and unmake and passionate oli and oli, the rhythm of our unbound bonding to have and not to hold, to love with minimized malice, hunger and anger moment by moment balance. Learning to love differently is hard. And this week we are magnetized and invited to be open to new ways, to love, to trust ourselves in the world, and to have the courage to change our narratives, our thoughts. The courage to align our heart and our mind, not just for ourselves, but especially for our world. Thank you. Thank you for being with me in this journey. I wanna offer you an opportunity.
