Threshold of Becoming: Structure, Healing, and Transformational Change

This week brings us deeper into a powerful threshold as Aries energy strengthens and begins to take form.

We are moving out of the dissolving waters of Pisces and into a phase of emergence. Not fully formed, not fully clear. But undeniably in motion.

There’s nothing wrong with you if this feels intense or demanding. This is part of a larger initiation.

The focus now shifts toward taking responsibility for what is emerging and beginning to shape it in real time.

Key Archetypal Astrology Cycles for This Week:

Wednesday, March 25: Sun conjunct Saturn in Aries and sextile Pluto in Aquarius
A moment of clarity and commitment. What is essential now? What are you being asked to take responsibility for as a new identity begins to form?

Thursday, March 26: Venus conjunct Chiron in Aries
A tender opening of the heart. Old wounds around identity, visibility, and self-expression may surface. Not to stop you, but to be integrated.

Saturday, March 28: Saturn in Aries sextile Pluto in Aquarius
A significant aspect for long-term transformation. This is about building structures that align with a deeper future, both personally and collectively.

Themes for the Week:

• Stepping into a new level of personal responsibility
• Meeting vulnerability without collapsing into old patterns
• Beginning to build what can support lasting change
• Aligning personal choices with larger collective transformation

This is not about having it all figured out.

It is about participating in the threshold with awareness.

Reflection Questions:

• Where am I being asked to take myself more seriously?
• What old pattern or wound is asking for attention and integration?
• What small, intentional step aligns with the future I sense emerging?

If you’re feeling the fire of change and want support working with it consciously, the Alchemize the Old group coaching journey begins April 6.

This six-session immersion offers a grounded space to engage what is ending, what is emerging, and what is ready to take form in your life.

More resources are available at the website on the edges of change.com. Hello and welcome to episode number 357 of the Astrology Alchemy Podcast. I'm your host and guide, Sheila Bje, and this is for the week of March 23rd, 2026. Here's a phrase from this week's poem, how Quickly Joy can find Legs. Welcome everyone. We are moving deeper into a profound threshold. There's nothing wrong with you if things feel intense, unclear, or newly demanding. This is not a small week. This is part of a larger initiation that has been building since the recent Pisces New Moon of last week, and the movement of the planets into Aries. We are now crossing from dissolution into emergence and emergence, especially in Aries, asks something of us. It acts for pre, it asks for presence. It asks for responsibility. It asks for courage to begin again without fully knowing. This week carries a very strong current of structuring the new, not conceptually, not someday, but in real time through your choices. Your boundaries and your willingness to stand inside a deeper truth. On Wednesday, March 25th, the sun is conjunct. Saturn in Aries and the Sun also sextiles Pluto in Aquarius. This is a defining moment in the early days of Aries. The sun meeting Saturn is. A movement of reality, a moment where something clarifies what is essential, what is no longer negotiable, and what you are being asked to take responsibility for. With the planets and Aries, this is deeply personal. Not personal in the small sense, personal in the sense of identity. Who are you becoming now and what are you willing to stand for? Even when it feels uncomfortable, even when there is no guarantee. And with this, the Sun Sextiling Pluto offers support Pluto. The transformer archetype in Aquarius reminds us that this is not just about individual will. This is about participation in a larger restructuring of the collective field. There is power available here, but it is not surface power. It is not force. It is the power that comes from alignment with something deeper, something more true, something that serves beyond the old paradigms. This week you might notice where you are being asked to grow up into yourself, not as pressure, but as initiation. On Thursday, March 26th, Venus is conjunct Chiron in Aries. This is a tender and potent moment. Venus, the relational one, and Chiron, the wounded healer together often bring forward places where the heart has been hurt, where the sense of self has been shaped by past wounds. When they're in Aries, this can touch the core question, is it safe to be who I am? Is it safe to want what I want? I is it safe to take up space in the way my authentic self is asking? You may feel move moments of vulnerability this week. Moments where old patterns surface, where the survival identity tries to protect by pulling back, by doubting, by bracing. Nothing has gone wrong. This is part of the spiral of change. The wound is not appearing to stop you. It's appearing to be integrated so that your way of being can come from a deeper place, not from defense, but from truth. There's a quiet invitation here toward self-compassion, toward allowing the heart to be present, even if it feels exposed. And then on Saturday, March 28th, Saturn in Aries sex tiles, Pluto in Aquarius. This is one of the most significant aspects of this period. Saturn the builder and Pluto the transformer working together in a supportive sex tile is not loud, but it is powerful. This is transformational restructuring. This is where something begins to take form that can actually hold the changes we are moving through. Saturn in areas is about disciplined new beginnings. Pluto in Aquarius. Is about deep collective transformation, and together they ask, what are you building now that is aligned with the future that is emerging? Not the old systems, not the inherited expectations. But something that reflects a deeper intelligence, a deeper alignment with the web of life. This is not about rushing. It is about steady, intentional movement. You might notice where there is an opportunity to make a choice. Take a step or establish a structure that feels small on the surface, but is actually foundational. This is how long-term change happens, not through dramatic gestures alone, but through consistent alignment over time. This week is not about having everything figured out. It's about participation in the threshold. Here are some reflection questions to be with sometime this week to notice. Where am I being asked to take myself more seriously right now? Where is an old pattern or wound asking for my attention, not to stop me, but to be included in this becoming. And what is one small, intentional step that feels aligned with what is trying to emerge? Stay close to yourself this week. Stay curious about what is unfolding and remember, you are not separate from these cycles. You are part of this living process of change I, the poem I offer you this week in support of the deep healing and of changes. Deep changes that set the foundation for what is emerging. It's called the Trap by Rosemary Ola Trumer. The trap for Coleman barks April 23rd, 1937 to February 23rd, 2026. It took me six months. To get Coleman barks to grant me permission to use his translations of Rumi. Six months of fretting. Six months of worry. Six months of feeling unworthy. One day my friend asked what was taken so long, I told her I hadn't yet summoned the courage to ask him. In five minutes, she found me his email that night. I wrote him the next day. He responded, of course, please use them. Fear is a trap. It uses self-doubt as bait, but sometimes generosity breaks the steel wire. The trap never works as well again, years later. I remember his kindness and the clarity of my friend how quickly joy can find legs. Joy is the mouse that sees the trap and knows there are better places to find nourishment. Joy is the mouse that sees the trap and walks the other way. So, dear ones, as you travel through the streams of change with the astrological, archetypal energies, knocking on your door, inviting you in, may you have. The great wisdom and intuitive knowing to notice the traps and walk the other way. Thanks as always for the gift of your time and your heart ears if you'd like to support working more consciously. With the deep fires of transformation of spring, I'm offering a six session group coaching program. That starts Monday, April 6th. Alchemize the Old. It's a way to work with these deep energies of change, personally and collectively right now in a grounded and supported way in a closed cohort of kindred spirits.
