Hi, I'm Janice! I couldn't be more thrilled to be here and on this journey with my sister, Jane, to bring you a platform for, well...trash!

I'm a mom of six in a blended family (our kids are ages 15-32 years), a grammy to two, an educator (former teacher and middle/high school principal), a Regional Director in a national non-profit, an author, a wellness coach, a parenting guru....whew!

Like you I wear lots of hats and, over the years, those hats have resulted in my having some expertise in supporting others with the challenges that life brings. This podcast is a platform for Jane and I to merge our expertise. You can expect that my core values of Honesty, Service, Kindness, and Compassionate Empathy will drive how I show up each and every episode.

It's my hope to serve you by supporting you - wherever you are in life's journey - and I know that part of doing that will mean being really open and vulnerable about my own journey.
