Speaker 2:Magical day to all. Welcome to Divas that Care Network. I am Joyce Benning and I will be your host for this magical, robust lifestyle show. I want to thank each one of our listeners that have tuned in to the numerous different podcasts to listen to this magical show today. I am so very grateful and thankful for each and every one of you, and I have with me my amazing returning diva, anne Claussen, and her and I are going to chat about thinking through the heart. Oh my, is this going to be one magical show. And with that, anne, would you please introduce yourself to our listeners today.
Speaker 3:I'm so happy to be back here once again. I enjoy our monthly visits. But yes, my name is Anne Klassing and I am an intuitive mentor, a guide. Kind of you could throw me into that life coach. But I don't really coach like a life coach would, because I tap into your soul, so it's me and you and your soul, and I take dictation. So I channel your soul and we work together through through that Avenue. So I'm more of a, a minister, almost to your soul. That's how spirit has explained it to me. But some people wig out about that minister. If you look up the definition of a minister, it's basically you're the person just delivering the message.
Speaker 2:So yeah, and I have. It's a joy I can tell you love what you do and I love that being intuitive mentor and tapping into your soul, because to me that's that's where the truth really lies, is inside of us, in that soul and in our hearts. So that's perfect. Lead into thinking through the heart, because when you think through the heart, it changes the whole perspective of life. For me, anyway, it's just. It's so much different than thinking through the ego and the mind. So how would you like to start to share with our listeners today?
Speaker 3:I would like to just let everyone know that thinking through your heart is just like doing daily exercises it's learning to shift your perception from your mind to your heart. So for me, it's visualization Shift your perception from your mind to your heart. So for me, it's visualization. So when I meditate in the morning, I think about little Anne and she shrinks herself down and she's inside her body and she's standing outside of her heart and she sees these magical doors to her heart.
Speaker 3:And everybody has the doors on their heart. You can change them. So if you're into changing your decor, you can change what your doors look like. Mine look like big old wooden doors and, for any reason, if you cannot open the doors or they appear locked, you are the only key holder and it is always in your left hand. So, as you use your imagination and you travel inside your heart and you see that the chains are on the doors, if you look in your left hand of that mini you, your key will be in your hand and you simply unlock it. And that is something that I did not realize that I had the key to my heart and I'm the only keeper to the key to my heart, no one else.
Speaker 3:But, to our life's challenges. We have a tendency to, when we experience that you know first love of our life or whatever our hardship was or our heartache was, you know, even the loss of a pet we can have that tendency to guard ourselves and guard that precious heart from hurting. So you feel from your heart. The mind is just a thinking thing, but your feelings occur in the heart and it is from the heart that those energy, that energy from your heart, is delivered to the brain. So when we're hurting and your heart is putting that feeling out, it goes to the brain and that's where we can become entrapped in our thoughts. But when we can bring ourself and open up the doors to our heart and walk inside and you create the room in your heart, whatever it looks like. So for me it's this lovely little cottage with a fireplace and then off to the side is my classroom and a chalkboard, and sometime Albert Einstein comes to the chalkboard and writes messages and then off that I have a pathway. That's my journey path. So sometimes the angels meet me there and right now I'm inspired to work with Albert Einstein and imagination, and he was about imagination. Imagination is the key to your becoming and that's what I'm working on, so it's all self-work. And when we can move to that heart space, you can sit in that sacred space. You ask anything. Space you ask anything. You can ask your guardian angel anything, and it is a precious space. So you can play victim in the heart. You can play victim and ask all those why me, poor me? Type questions, but be prepared for some interesting answers. You may not get them right away, but what I found is when I went to my heart space is when my true healing began.
Speaker 3:When you can go to your heart space and keep a journal next to you, a little notebook where you can write those questions down, and then put the pen down and sit with your hands on your heart and what images come to mind. Some of you are auditory, where you actually hear spirit. What is coming through? For me it's thought, what are the thoughts coming into my mind and are they questions? And many times spirit will ask you questions. You will ask a question and they will answer with a question, because they want you to get curious, dive deeper and what is the emotion behind the strife that you may be experiencing, behind the strife that you may be experiencing?
Speaker 3:This is not just a place, you know, to heal all our wounds, but it is also a space of creativity and that, I believe, has been forgotten by many. And I'm speaking for myself, so becoming curious in the heart space what is my purpose? Who am I? And spirit loves. When you ask who am I? Because you can be or do or have anything in this lifetime, lifetime, who am I? The answer is what you are becoming, but it's the hints and the clues that you're given in that place of discernment. So the heart is really gorgeous because that is a place of discernment, it is a place to heal, but it's also that discovery and growth and that's when it becomes a really fascinating and fun place. So I have many meditations that I use with my clients and it's always given by the soul and some of them are like sacred geometry, where you will take an hour out of your time. The work begins on you and with you and in that beautiful heart space yes, oh, how true that.
Speaker 2:Oh, that is just beautiful. Because when you said, creating that space in my mind, that's I'm out in nature, nature is where my space is and I can see this beautiful running, flowing, beautiful creek and everything's beautifully green and my horses and my dogs are just all around me. And so many times when I go there, it's my angels and my spirits or my dogs that are now my angels that have crossed over. I can feel them. I feel them their nearness and I feel them talking to me and feeling it in my heart space. And when you said they will come back with maybe a question to you, and oh, how true that is because that gets your heart space thinking like, okay, what, what is my real challenge here? What am I to learn from this challenge? And it's always then, when I figure that out through their help, they're like yeah, you got it, girl, you got it now.
Speaker 2:And I always feel like creativity and imagination. It's like going back to when we were a child. We had that creativity and imagination and as we grow older it's gotten gummed down. The programming in this world has shut that off and for me it's. We got to go back and find that because that's in your heart space. It, they want you to be happy. Your angels, your spirits, they, they. You were brought here to be happy looking at the opportunities.
Speaker 2:Yeah, oh, how true that is.
Speaker 3:What I find amazing is when I look back on my childhood and and there's two teachers that come to mind, and both teachers one of them told me that I would never, I'd never, be a good writer. I'm an author and I bet many people tell me wow, you're a really good writer because you, take you, take you. It's like I was right there, I was right next to you, and the other one was I would never be an artist. Yeah, I got all kinds of paintings behind me. I know the listeners can't see them, but Joyce can see them.
Speaker 2:One of them.
Speaker 3:I did when I was a kid, and it doesn't matter, I did them. I'm the one who had the joy in creating them and it doesn't matter what anybody else thinks of them If they brought me that much joy. And my best paintings to me are the ones that I give to my family and they get to. I get to watch their face light up when they, when they receive that gift. So that place in the heart where we can take those recall those old childhood where we were told, no, or you're never good enough, or you're too fat, or you're too this.
Speaker 3:And if you can sit with spirit in your heart and ask, what lesson, what is the golden nugget here? What do I need to learn? Like you just said, what is the takeaway from this? And sit and listen, and sometimes it doesn't come to you right during meditation, and you might put that pressure on yourself when you're sitting in that heart space to sit there and want that and desire that answer immediately. But the reason you do not receive answers immediately is because, number one, you're most likely not ready to hear it yet. And when you're ready and maybe it'll be when you're folding clothes, clothes, or you're doing the dishes at the sink or you're in the shower. Mine, it's two places. I'm either on the latrine or I'm in the shower. When it usually drops in, I think they're like, oh, we have our attention. So yeah, that's when they come through and it's I love epiphanies, you know that aha moment. It's like yes, and it's like the universe is brilliant, extremely brilliant because they know they know just the right timing.
Speaker 2:Like said, in the places where yours come, mine come. A lot of time when I'm cleaning my horse's stalls, I'll go. That's it. It's like it's an aha moment the light bulb come on and I'm sure the angels and spirits are chuckling on. She finally figured it out.
Speaker 3:You notice there's something there. You know I'm sitting on the latrine.
Speaker 2:You're scooping horse manure so there's, there's two things and there's nutrients in both and always we don't have to think a lot about when we're doing no thanks, so it's like okay, they know they can come in and fill our heart and give us those ideas. That just it's just amazing. And sometimes I think too, because they've always told me don't get so stuck on the past, the problems from the past and I think a lot of people do For me I've always felt they're just stepping stones to get us to where I am today, and some of those were pretty hard stepping stones. But if we wouldn't have gone through them maybe we wouldn't have reached where we are today.
Speaker 3:The heart is just it's no conditions, absolutely no conditions, and it's a place where you can literally let your hair down and just be, because it is your sacred space. No one else can get into that space. The only other is creation itself. It's life that is nothing but love, and focusing on yourself is so important right now, when the world looks like it's in utter chaos. The world has always looked in chaos that's how I look at it.
Speaker 3:I listen to the people who get caught up in the politics and that in itself disheartens me and it's like you can pour your energy into that, or you can pour your energy into yourself and when you truly are following your path and maybe politics is your path but can you do it with joy? Can you do it through the eyes of love, versus the resistance and the hatred that is behind it for many I'm not saying everybody, for many and when you hate something, you become the energy of that. So the very thing that you hate, your energy is in that. That is what you contribute to. You get more of that. It's coming and sitting back and looking back and asking yourself where do I want to place my energy?
Speaker 3:The importance of thinking through the heart and following your passion and your purpose is so far greater than throwing your energy into the chaos because you become the chaos. You are far greater, you are more powerful than the chaos, and when you follow your passion and your purpose and I'll just say I'm going to use my daughter as an example she is working on a ranch, but she's also raising her children, so she's a rock star stay-at-home mom raising her children. Her light illuminates everything, illuminates everyone. She comes in contact with every person that she meets on the ranch. Because of her positivity, because she's happy. They love those boys. The boys are happy. They're only two and seven months now, two and a half Actually. He'll be three. Chase will be three, but that vibrant energy that she spreads out is when you're in your heart space. It just illuminates, and people want that, far more important than getting in the chaos of what appears to be falling and crumbling.
Speaker 2:Yeah, oh, that is so true because to me, that vibrant energy just radiates. Like you said, people love to be around her because they see that energy that she is giving off to the rest of the world. And, yeah, some people in her situation go oh my word, how am I going to do all this? I got this to do and that to do and the kids to raise. And, yeah, they wouldn't see it in the light that she is taking to see it. And that's because she's living from her heart would be how I interpret it, because she's, it's her passion. It's just like people say well, how can you go out when it's so bitterly cold to take care of the animals?
Speaker 2:I said the animals are my passion. I love to be with them, so it doesn't matter what it's doing out there. They're where my passion is and I love being out there. Yeah, is it always? It's not always fun when it's that cold, but that's just part of it. You take. You take the good with the bad in some ways and you make the best of it because you know how much they appreciate you coming out there to feed them and take care of them. And it's just like with your daughter how much people appreciate that radiant energy that she is just radiating around the world in the vibrance that she's giving out so yeah, that's beautiful, I love that yeah, when she comes back.
Speaker 3:And you know I worked when I raised her, yeah, so it was always. You know we were always on a time frame and I cooked with her, you know, as she got older, but she's involved. Jace is a toddler from the get go. That's his thing. In the morning he pulls up his chair next to mom. They make the breakfast. He gets to. You know he's getting to the point where he has a small kind of knife that she watches him with and he cuts up his stuff and yeah, yeah, and it's just part, and then when she she's here, she's like mom, you gotta let him do that.
Speaker 3:I'm like really, and he gets very upset if he gets cut out of that. He's quite the independent little man.
Speaker 2:But that is raising him to show what he can do and help with. It makes him feel important as a little one, because that's his job and that's very important to him.
Speaker 3:It is very important to him, and when he doesn't feel included, he, he lashes out big time. Yeah, so I've had conversations with her on you're going to have to take a different approach with him, and I said kudos. I said Malin, you're doing a great job with him, but he is very much learned that I'm part of the process here. I have a mind too. I have a voice. I think it's great.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I do too. I do too. I think it's just, it's just beautiful, because there's so many parents that both work and there's not time to include them like that. Like you said, you're on a time schedule, gotta get this done, gotta get this done, this has got got to get done and there's no time to take the time like what she is doing. And that is just beautiful.
Speaker 2:And sometimes I think the kids feel a little left out because they're not involved in what they could be helping with. So it's, it's taking those few moments, even if you are on a time schedule. Take, go from the heart and see where they're coming from and go okay, now, if I was them, yeah, I'd want to be helping too. So just take those few extra minutes. It may only take five extra minutes to just include them in something small, but yeah, when you're living from the heart rather than our mind, that's telling us we got this and that and this to do, it kind of changes the whole perspective on everything yeah, and the idea of of thinking from the heart is not to dismiss your feelings but to recognize them.
Speaker 3:And if you're angry, process it. Yeah, right, but don't stay there. So it's not like you're going to. You know, build a house there, right. It's feeling it, acknowledging it, and then it's like, okay, now show me what lesson there is here. So it's like, if you felt like you've been wronged by someone, ask your angels to see it from a new perception. Can I see this from the lens of compassion? I always say that God goggles. I need to borrow the God goggles today. I would like the goggles of compassion, I would like the goggles of grace and wear those for a while and see.
Speaker 3:You know, what do you see in your heart? And I loved how you brought in your animals. So here's Joyce. I can see her. She opens the doors of her heart and there's these luscious green meadows and horses and water flowing. I mean, you just took me to your heart space. It was gorgeous, you know, and for me it's that comfy cottage with my wingback chairs, and then my Alice she passed in 2023. And she's there with me. She always sat at my feet and she'd lean into me and I'd always pet her on the, on the, from her nose all the way to the top, back to her ears. She loved her ears. So in my meditation that's what I do is I, I feel her, what I remember, what she felt like, and she's there oh yeah, they're there, they're, they're right there.
Speaker 2:I can, I can feel them. Sometimes I even get glimpses of them because something will, will move, and I'll go. What was that?
Speaker 3:I go, that's just me so yeah, and then you know, like our walks, I it's been a while since I've been on a walk, because the weather's been kind of weird here in Wisconsin but and it's been muddy too. But last fall I took a walk with my two and I was on a stretch and it was like she's here, I could just sense her and it's like well, you never stuck with me before, but you are now.
Speaker 2:She used to go run off that's good, but yeah, it's, and when you're in your mind you can't feel those feelings. You need to get to your heart space in order to connect and feel them, because they're there, but our mind has taken over with everything else that's going on in the chaotic world.
Speaker 3:That is such an excellent point. When you numb out from your feelings, then you know you're living in your head and not your heart. Yes, and it's been there done that yeah.
Speaker 3:Yeah, we all have Our minds are brilliant and it's just phenomenal. But it's marrying the two, and I just listened to Greg Braden. This was one of his older talks about marrying the emotion and the thought. So the emotion from the heart and the thought is what our manifestation is all about. And he talked about praying, for I'm praying for rain. He says whenever you're praying for anything, it's telling the universe that you don't have it. So if you're praying for rain.
Speaker 1:You're actually praying for drought.
Speaker 3:I am receiving rain. I mean, you put yourself in that the rain is falling, you can smell it, you can sense it, you can see it. There's the difference. So that's where I'm practicing marrying. You know, my manifestation is bringing that sense back and removing the lack and bringing the senses that I already have it. And that has been a challenge, that has really been a challenge for me, and I've done it in other areas of my life, right, and it's like why am I so hung up on this one?
Speaker 2:It's a bigger stepping stone for you.
Speaker 3:It is, it really is, and it's staying in that headspace and not from my heart. So that's where my practice is coming. So just because I can channel doesn't mean that I've got the world by the hinder. I don't.
Speaker 2:You have your challenges, just like the rest of us.
Speaker 3:I do, I do, yes, yes, you do, dear I'm just just like I do.
Speaker 2:I do, yes. Yes, you do dear Well, and I knew this show would go so quickly because there's so much to share about thinking through your heart, and I feel we've just barely touched on it as we're coming to a close of this show. So I would love to have you back and we can talk more about this. We can talk more about what ever comes to you that the angels would like to share with our listeners next month. So I would love to have you back and I would love to have you share the best ways to connect with you, ann.
Speaker 3:I would love to come back and I have a challenge for your listeners is to get in contact with Joyce to let her know what you would like us to talk about with Joyce, to let her know what you would like us to talk about. Awesome, I love that and we will tackle it. So a good way to get a hold of me is through my email, or you can get on my website and get on my email list, which is fun. I do a weekly newsletter and sometimes I do channelings through there, but I usually have it's a value program. My emails are not just to say, hey, how you doing, blah, blah, blah, blah, which I hey, how are you doing? But also to give you some value.
Speaker 3:So either experiences that I had and things that I did to heal and move on, I usually have something and I usually ask spirit, what they want me to talk about, and then also upcoming programs and things that are going on in my world, and then there's always an invitation to work one-to-one with me. So my email is anne at anneclossingcom, and that is probably the best way, but I'm also on LinkedIn and I'm also on Facebook and it's all my name, just to keep it easy. Oh perfect.
Speaker 2:Oh, thank you so much. And and your newsletters are fabulous. They are very touching and you could tell they come from the heart. They're not coming from Ann's head, they're coming from the heart to help, to touch others lives.
Speaker 3:So yeah, and I'm having fun with LinkedIn too. I'm doing news articles on LinkedIn and those are different, a little more business flavor to them, like this last one we did, coming from a place of loathing, you know so you're. If you're in a job that you really don't like, how do you, how do you get beyond that? So it's like from loathing to gratitude and being in appreciation, so that you can really figure out what you want to do with your life well beautiful.
Speaker 2:I need to check that out.
Speaker 3:Thank you for sharing that yes, and that should be in the featured. So I'm still getting used to LinkedIn and, yeah, but I'm enjoying enjoying it. It's not as busy.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I agree with you so well. Thank you so much, anne, and I want to wish you and all your families four-legged, two-legged, magical days until you and I connect again on Robust Lifestyles next month. You and I connect again on Robust Lifestyles next month. Thank you, you're so welcome, and I want to thank all of our listeners for listening to this magical show with our amazing diva, anne Claussen.

You hold the key to your heart in your left hand and feel from the heart and let that heart space is where the true healing is and pour it all, pour energy into yourself so you can feel from the heart and with that, I want to wish each of you a very magical day.
