It spoke to me and had me thinking about my last session with my son’s therapist and she asked me “What changed your outlook?”
My answer to her was “If I wanted to see change I HAD TO BE THE ONE THAT CHANGE.”
We discuss prioritizing my mental health and steps I need and want to take, finally creating a Family Routine and getting some structure back into my household, and how do you recognize when it’s time to take a break and prioritize yourself?
