Jill is the founder of Raise your Vibration program, as well as the host of the Intuitive Frequency podcast, and I'm super excited to have you here, jill, because I have had the honor of like being in the front row seats, being one of your students and guys. She has been my intuition coach that she not only helped me to understand that A we are all intuitive, but also she has helped me just to hone in on those gifts, which has helped tremendously in decision-making in my business and also in motherhood and, as you know, just decision-making in general. And so, jill, I'm so excited that you're here.

Speaker 2:

Oh, my goodness, I'm so excited and thank you, what a beautiful intro. I'm so happy to be here.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, Jill. For those of you who are meeting you for the first time, tell us a little bit about what you do and who you help.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, of course. So I'm an intuition and manifestation expert and coach. I help my students increase their frequency so they can strengthen their intuition and manifest faster.

Speaker 1:

I love it yes.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and like you had mentioned earlier, that's what we do inside my signature program Raise your Vibration.

Speaker 1:

Yes, you and I have manifested actually quite a few cool things since working together. For sure, yes, and I will tell you. There has been so much animal medicine that has come through since working with you that it is just wild, wild.

Speaker 2:

Oh my goodness, Now were you familiar with animal medicine before.

Speaker 1:

No. So like I always knew about, okay, cardinals like that could be a loved one visiting and those things, but essentially no, I. I learned so much from you and that's why I wanted to bring you on this podcast, because I have just seen the difference that it makes in my decision making and trusting my decisions, which has helped tremendously with my energy levels. Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Oh my gosh, doesn't it? Yeah, it helps you maintain your energy and it really is coming back to your center and grounding in, and when you do that as well, you also tap into your own authenticity. You're becoming more aligned with your higher self, making decisions that just continue to propel you forward.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and so for those who are like, maybe, where I was in my journey, talk to us a little bit about what is intuition and like how I guess the biggest question I remember asking you when I met you was everyone says I have a gift and I don't know what that is.

Speaker 2:

Okay, well, let's start with. I love that and I actually remember when you came up and asked me that Okay, so let's go back to what is intuition. I know we've all heard of intuition and I know it's kind of like, yeah, but how do you explain it? So you know, when you have that feeling, you just, you just know that you know, but you're not exactly sure how you know that you know, but you're not exactly sure how you know. But you know, it's that gut feeling, it is that tug that is within you. It is logically, on paper it makes absolutely no sense, but inside you you're like I know that's intuition, it is part of your higher self that is guiding you, and your higher self sees the big picture. It knows what is best for you. And then when you ask, well, how do I know my gift?

Speaker 2:

First off, everyone is born with intuition. It is not like Susie was born with intuition and Bob didn't get it. No, everyone has intuition. You were born intuitive and abundance is your birthright. Now, because in the being part of human, we have free will, which means it's a choice. You don't have to listen to your intuition. That doesn't make you bad, it doesn't make you wrong In my world. When you enter my world, there is no right or wrong. Everything is just a lesson for you to continue to grow and evolve. So if you choose choice to keep that door open and strengthen it, it's like a muscle just going to the gym and strengthening your intuition. But it's not like just a one-time thing. It is consistency, and you discover so much about yourself. Now when you talk about your gift, everyone is intuitive and the way we can discover our own gift is simply asking yourself when was the last time you said oh, I knew it, I knew it. I should have trusted my gut. We have all had those moments and they are the most powerful, incredible experiences and I encourage you to fall in love with that moment because, first off, when you say it, you just proved you're intuitive. And then what you do is you got to just pause in that moment and reflect back and go okay, I know, I said I know it, I knew it, I knew it, I knew it. How did you know? Did you see something? Did you feel something? Did you hear it? Did you just Did you hear it? Did you just know? You can't even explain that you know and those moments become pivotal on your journey of not only just discovering about yourself but how you sense energy around you.

Speaker 2:

All the messages, all the guides when you brought up about the cardinal, all the messages are there. Like, oh, I have chills. I remember, on one of the calls in Sideways, your Vibration. I was doing a card poll and it was an animal card and I don't remember the actual card I pulled, but I can tell you it wasn't a cardinal. And I all of a sudden am flipping and I start reading cardinal. And it took me a moment to be like wait, that wasn't the card I pulled, but that message was for you. And I didn't know that. And like, sometimes you just got to be like, oh, and that's what I also mean by there's no mistakes. Also, like here I am going okay, I pull a card, let's just say it was a Hawk, and here I am going to talk about a Hawk, and I somehow end up on cardinal and I go, oh, wait, that's not right, hold on, let me just go over here. And then I start to say sorry, this is the card we're actually supposed to be reading. And you message going, oh, my goodness, I've been seeing cardinals Like that just was confirmation, and so there's a lot of things going on there. I'm obviously using words which is audible, so you're getting that.

Speaker 2:

You're also getting visual the different ways that we receive intuition, how we sense energy. You can feel it, feel it in the body, you can see those Seeing would be someone who clairvoyance that gets a lot of visions. We have dreams that are so intense. Then you also have claircognizant, which is the hardest one. Everyone experiences it, but it's really hard to be like that's what I am and to notice it as intuition, because it's like downloads you all of a sudden, just know it, like you know the sky is blue, there's just no question. You're like I don't know how I know, but I just know. Then we have clairsentient. You feeling it, you might get chills, you can really feel emotions. And then we have clairaugustus, which is a little more on the rare side, that is, you know, smell, taste. Sometimes people can smell loved ones who have passed or have crossed over.

Speaker 2:

So, yeah, we have all these different ways that we're intuitive.

Speaker 1:

Yes, first off, I love that you brought this up, that there's no right or wrong, because I think that as we grow into our human form, like coming from the womb, and then we learn from observing and just experiencing life around. You know, in the 3D world is what we call it right the actual physical, what you see, what you touch, what you taste, what you smell, those things that I almost feel like that. I almost feel like sometimes not always, but sometimes we lose sight of the fact that we are intuitive. And so I love that you brought that up, because I think the question that I originally asked you like when I first met you, was fueled by that.

Speaker 1:

I don't, I don't think I'm intuitive and you just proved it of like. No, we've all had those moments where we're like, oh my gosh, why didn't I think of that? Or oh my gosh, I knew that, why didn't I do that? And it's like, what is your thoughts of like, where it is that we kind of lose touch with our intuition where it is that we kind of lose touch with our intuition.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, oh, what a great question. So obviously we're all born with it and it really gets down to well. We can go a few directions here. Because we're all born with it. It's always there and no matter what age. It's not like you have to tap into it by a certain age. You can be any age and begin to strengthen that muscle. But what does happen is if you look at children and or even look at yourself as a child as you are growing up, think of those moments that you were so fluid in your imagination and that you would just flow from oh, make believe over here, make believe with this. And that was such a natural state. We have a few things going on here. One is the imagination, and I know you've got a little one, and when you start to see your little one's imagination take off, it is the most magical experience. As a parent I just I got. I love it, I'm excited for that moment.

Speaker 2:

Like they start making up all these incredible stories and you're just like chiming in, like what do I get to play too? This is so fun. So what's really important about this? That stage with child development? The imagination is the bridge from spirituality like your higher self, the spirit realm to the 3D. And what makes it hard is that so often when people start to practice intuition, they start to strengthen it. They might have thoughts of oh, but I feel like I'm just making this up in my head, is this real?

Speaker 2:

And that analytical, tonal ego brain will start to talk you out of it and I understand that the imagination will feel like it's. It'll feel like, oh, I'm making it up. But that is where the level of trust and honing in on knowing how you sense energy, where you can then decipher between fear and intuition. So children are naturally gifted with this. All of us are with this, all of us are. But then along that journey there becomes a time in school where it's like, pushed on, like no, no, no, you sit down, do your work, do this, this, this, and that part starts to close.

Speaker 2:

Or you tell someone like, oh, I had this insane dream, I saw this, experienced this and it felt so real. And then someone might say to you oh, it's just a dream, but remember what I said in the beginning is life is choice, everything is choice. But as children, we look at elders as, like you know, a seniority and we believe everything they say. And it's in those pivotal moments that we can close the door. Now, the door can never close completely, but it then begins to be that part of oh, I'm not going to trust myself, I'm going to do X, y, z, instead something externally, and it actually becomes part of society where we are reaching externally instead of internally, because intuition and connecting to your higher self is an internal journey, not externally.

Speaker 2:

So somewhere along that line, and that time is where we begin to close the door. But again, door can never close completely and it's always there, but we just tend to look elsewhere. I mean, we've all heard it. The answers are always within yes.

Speaker 1:

Yes, and there is a reason why we hear these, like you know, cliche terms is because there has to be some truth to it, or else why would we be saying it over and, over and over again?

Speaker 2:

And you know, the last place most people look is within themselves. And you know, the last place most people look is within themselves. And even when you're like asking for a sign from the universe or anything, people reach, reach, reach and the signs and messages they're all there, they're always there. But the way our brain is programmed is we are searching for just that one. It's got to look like this, it's got to look like this and we could be missing it when it's right in front of you.

Speaker 1:

Yes, yes, I love this and I love that you know. You bring up this where it's like a muscle. I love that analogy because I genuinely believe that there are no good or bad patterns, but that they're practiced patterns. And when you practice one pattern, it just like if you were to strengthen one bicep right, that bicep would grow and the other one would atrophy, it would weaken, but it's never necessarily gone.

Speaker 2:

Exactly. It's never. It's always a part of you. That's why I say it doesn't matter what age you have, it's, it's your birthright, you're born with it and. I just that's why I love sharing it too, because I'm like everyone has this power and so often society teaches us that the power you seek is outside you. It's like no, no, no, no, the power's in you. And if you start to own it, then watch your entire 3d experience shift.

Speaker 1:

And oh yeah, shift. And oh yeah, yes, I love this too, because that is one of the biggest things that we have to shift that perspective. When people work with me in my program as well, I mean it's this whole thing of we were trained our entire lives. Go to school, get the good grades which is external.

Speaker 1:

Get the praise from your teachers and your parents external get put in the game external, but we stop in a sense, like looking inward for the validation and or the answers that we seek. And time and time again I see so many people come through the doors who are constantly looking for like there's almost like this void, this feeling of of what am I missing? And they continue to look outside of themselves but always falling short. And I don't know if you see that as well with, like some of your clients who come through the doors and who are like Jill. I just want to know how.

Speaker 2:

Yes, and what?

Speaker 2:

When we get to the root of it, the majority gets down to trusting in themselves because they've had to trust so much and like, well, most of the things that they want or most of the things they do, they do it because they think they want it, but when they get down to it it's like, oh, because my parents wanted this for me.

Speaker 2:

And so it's really diving deep down into trusting in yourself and knowing what you want and to give, to be able to give yourself permission to even go there, and then to ask yourself at what, what age did you stop trusting yourself and why did you stop trusting yourself? And you don't have to go too deep into it, but just making sure that you know like it is safe to trust you. And when people tap into that, sky becomes the limit and it's so powerful. You start to stand in your own personal power and obviously, when you do that, not only are you increasing your frequency, but then you are really honing your intuition and it comes in stronger, faster and the same with what you're manifesting and what you're calling in.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and I'd love for you to expand on that, because I think that that is just such a right. Everyone wants to know what is the secret to being able to hit my goals faster without working harder or burning myself out into the ground. And it's like this whole thing of we still look outward but it's like no, no, we need to come inward, and so I'd love for you to expand on. I think you said it earlier in this episode. You said something along the lines of how what we see on the outside is just a mirror of the inside, and you touched on it just here as well. Where it's this beautiful thing? Where you talked about frequency For those who don't know, first off, what is our frequency, and like, how do we even know what frequency we're vibrating at?

Speaker 2:

Oh, so good. Okay, I love it. Okay, so obviously. Um, law of vibration, my favorite universal principle and law that we get to talk about. So everything is energy. As woo as it might sound, that's actually proven. It is science. Everything is energy. Your energy, I'm energy, the mic is energy. Whoever is listening to this podcast episode, they're listening it probably through a phone, your phone's energy too. Now, what's the difference between the phone, the mic and you? It is the speed at which you vibrate and the phone vibrates and the microphone vibrates. That's frequency. Frequency is the speed at which something vibrates. You can have low vibration, high vibration. Now, one way I really like to look at frequency.

Speaker 2:

Okay, I want you to think of a really small puddle or a water that's been stagnant, that's not moving. You might even think of like a fountain that was working and then it broke and now the water just sits. Well, what happens to that water when it just sits? It probably is going to get a little gross. I know, by raising chickens, if I don't clean their big water feeder out and that water just sits, it's going to get smelly, it's going to get green and slimy, and then also it makes them sick. So we know that stagnant water isn't very healthy for chickens, animals, us, right, it just sits there, there's no movement. It creates disease.

Speaker 2:

Now I want you to think of the largest body of moving water. What comes to your mind? Probably like an ocean. Right, I've got the ocean right behind me. So if you look at the ocean, it's constantly moving. Well, if we go back to the law of vibration, everything is energy and everything is in a constant state of movement, which means it's supposed to be vibrating, it's supposed to be moving. So now, if we look at the small pond not pond puddle of water and then the large ocean of water, how energy is moving through it? Well, the energy is constantly moving through the ocean. That's a higher frequency than the stagnant water. And when you get into low, stagnant like water, if we say frequency is like water, well, that's where we get disease, that's where we feel stuck, that's where we get into our head because there's no movement. That's where we feel and have those moments of like. I just feel frozen by fear. And then you look at the ocean. It's in cycles, it's in rhythms, it is moving, it is flowing, it is strong. That would be a higher frequency. So when I talk about frequency, it's just like a radio. You want to move up into a higher frequency, like the ocean. So energy is in a constant state of movement.

Speaker 2:

Now, if we look at this in regards to our emotions, emotions are just motions of energy. You've got happiness, joy, peace, love, and then on the lower vibration, lower frequencies of emotions, you have shame, guilt, anger. So you have this whole spectrum of emotions. And when I talk about raising your vibration, raising your frequency, there's a few things I want to say here.

Speaker 2:

Okay, so one is you're moving up the emotional scale and the other is you are a light being. You're a spiritual being, having a human being experience. Well, if we break down spiritual being, you're a multidimensional, electromagnetic, luminous, light being. Let's just take a look at the luminous part, your light. So as you raise your frequency, you're calling in more light. When you call in more light, you become lighter like a feather and you can fly, you can soar. But if you're not calling in light and you're not raising your vibration, and then you become stagnant like that puddle, there's no movement. So what happens? You get very dense in matter, very in the 3D. Now we're in the 3D, but we are also expanding to the 5D, and that doesn't mean we're going to like go off into a spaceship.

Speaker 2:

I'm talking about consciousness here. So when you find yourself stagnant, you drop into these lower vibrations guilt, anger, fear. And fear will not only lower your vibration, it'll block your intuition and it will distort perception. You've seen truth, even your own truth. So when I talk about frequency, we are raising your frequency. You're moving up the emotional scale. You're feeling so much lighter and think about also frequency. It's going to be what you frequently see. You're going to see the abundance, you're going to see the joy, you're going to see the magic in everything where, if you have such a low frequency, you'll see how bad everything is. You're going to see the duality of the opposite of all the abundance, all the beautiful things that are around you, and so you see the other things that don't inspire and light you up. I love that. My long-winded answer to what frequency is to what frequency is.

Speaker 1:

Hey, I, I am all for just kind of like. I think myself included, I am very much a learner of like let's use these analogies, let's use this, because it does help us to kind of just like. I know it's like grounding a little bit more in what we do know, yeah, and then expanding upon that, and I think that it's a great way to start to look at where in our lives are and you said it, you said it where it's. You can just feel it, and not only is it what you're seeing more of, but the feeling that you have, and I think emotions are a great segue between the 3D and the 5D, like you were saying.

Speaker 2:

Yes and to go off. Also, what you had asked is like well, how do I know where my frequency is? Love this question. It's so powerful. First off, as you know, everything is a mirror. So if you want to kind of know where the heck am I vibrating, take a look at what's going on externally, because it's all one big reflection Whatever's going on within you, as within, so without. So it's all reflecting Everything in your external. 3d experience is just from past thinking and feeling, both of those and your actions. It's all three of that combined together, which is what's creating your frequency, your thoughts, your emotions and your actions all three of those.

Speaker 2:

Now, but how do you really know where you are in the emotional scale? This is like my favorite question, I believe. I ask you that I start Rage or Vibration with this question. I go okay, let's just say you had the most magical day. Maybe you just got engaged, maybe you just found out you're pregnant, I don't know what it is. Maybe you just closed doors to your program and you hit your goal. Okay, now give it a few days.

Speaker 2:

Where do you fall on a scale of 1 to 10? 1 being low, 10 being high? So the honeymoon phase is over. Where do you fall? Between one and 10? And then most people tend to go oh, five is where I kind of hang out. Or four and three and I go, okay, great. So through our time together we're going to move you up. So after the honeymoon phase, your normal dominant frequency isn't hanging out there. You're hanging up at a seven or an eight or 10 plus, because there is no like limitation but so we'll just add that plus in there. So, yeah, that's a great way to just ask yourself, like, where do I hang out after that amazing experience has ended? Maybe you just had the best vacation, okay. But now you're coming back into reality. Where do you fall?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I still remember doing that exercise and I'm pretty sure I was like at a four.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, Most people are most people, and then by the end they're like whoa, look how much I've started to shift and change internally. And then, giving yourself that grace, your external 3D will start to change too.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, now I'd love for you to expand on that as well, because I think that a lot of the clients that I work with also have this dominant question and you know, I know that it was a question that I most likely brought up on our calls, but it's the question of well, how do I stay in this higher vibration when everything around me is a three, like everything around me? You know my financial circumstance, my support from my spouse, all you know all of the reasons why I can't be at that seven, they're saying the external is so what's the word I'm looking for?

Speaker 2:

I know what you're saying. Like it's so because of what's going on externally. It's like, but how do I not get sucked into that? This is what my scenario is. This is my circumstances.

Speaker 2:

Well, the first thing I want to say is I don't teach people to put their head in the sand, like, if that's where you're at, you've got to look at that and be like okay, this is what's going on.

Speaker 2:

And then to just pause and be like how amazing is it that you are the creator of your reality. You created this, which means you can shift it. That's all you got to do, and easier said than done. Obviously, we give you the tools and raise your vibration to do that. But, yes, you got to make peace with where you're at. You got to make peace of like yeah, this is what's going on. And then you know like but I'm not going to stay here.

Speaker 2:

And when you can make peace is when you are no longer in like a discord, and then you can start making all those internal shifts, and I know I've had situations like that too. Now, first things first is you're, not your circumstances. So, if you can actually just make peace with like yes, this is where I am. And if we were to take like oh, my business isn't where it is or my financial situation, it's taking ownership of this is where I am, and it might be really uncomfortable to look at it. Wherever things are uncomfortable, lean in, lean into the uncomfortable, because that's usually like where our nervous system is not regulated around it, and so our body and our mind will want to pull away and not look at it. Mind will want to pull away and not look at it. So if we can actually honor where we are, then from there we can start to slowly internally shift.

Speaker 2:

And when I found myself in situations like that, what has really helped me is, even if I'm like, oh, but I'm doing the breathing exercises, I am really finding the emotion of what I do want to experience, but 3D wise, it's still not there. What's really helpful is okay, this is still just leftover residue of my past thinking, my past emotions and my past actions. That's what I mean by give yourself the grace, because time is linear here and it's going to move a little bit slower, and so, as long as you don't get sucked back into oh see, I am still stuck in this situation and you can, just as you're making new actions, embodying the new frequencies that you want to experience, give yourself the grace that, yeah, there's a little bit of residue left over, and then it will begin to shift.

Speaker 1:

Yes, and thank you so much for sharing that, because I know that is something that my listeners are most likely asking and it's a valid question, right? It's a valid question of like, how do I not just stick my head in the sand and I would argue, like you said, it's not about not looking at it, it's about changing the way you look at it.

Speaker 2:

Absolutely. And also, if you look at the law of polarity which I love this law, so law of polarity, is that okay? So everything is the same in regards to like, love and hate. It is the same, but they're opposites, right? However, they're different in regards of frequency, in degree of which they vibrate. So if you find yourself in a situation where you're saying, let's make one up, what's something that one of your clients might be coming into your program experiencing in regards to what they don't have, and then what they really want, yeah, I would say.

Speaker 1:

a big one is they don't have the sales that they want yet, so they have some, but they're like. I want more.

Speaker 2:

Okay. So let's put that on a I want you to visualize like a gold bar, okay, and this bar is going to represent, like the law of polarity. So if you remember well, you probably know with children books you got opposite books up is down, open and closed right, so you've got all these opposites. So if you're over on one side of this of the pole and it's I'm only getting three sales, and on the other side you are saying, but I really want 20 sales, but look how it's still. On the other side, you are saying, but I really want 20 sails, but look how it's still on the same bar. It's the same vibration, but different frequency, it's different degrees, which means you need to slide to the other side.

Speaker 2:

And all of that comes from within you, not externally, which is what we were talking about earlier. So as you begin to shift, you're going you might still be looking at, oh, I've only got three sales or no clients, and I really want to. But each day you're going to make a new choice, because that's what's so powerful, is that you have free will and you get to choose. You can choose to stay with I only have three clients or you can choose to be like okay, so the version of me hanging out with the 20 clients that exists on a timeline, what is that version of me doing? And then you can make a choice and as you make that choice, you slowly are going to be shifting that scale and the frequency of you, your business will begin to rise.

Speaker 1:

Yes, yeah and yes. I do have a lot of opposite books right now, Hot and cold.

Speaker 2:

Hot and cold. They're the same but different, and that's what I mean with like hot and cold are still on the same pole. They're just different in degree, and so it's not about creating something new, it's okay. Where can we shift our whole like actions, emotions, feelings, that's more in alignment with the other side?

Speaker 1:

And actually on a science level I know this is really nerdy, but hot the particles are moving faster, so the frequency is different?

Speaker 2:

Absolutely Well, that's the whole. I mean what you just talked about exactly. Going back to frequency when we talk about energy and you talk about raising your frequency, the energy is moving much faster, much faster. Higher, higher frequencies. Absolutely yes, yes.

Speaker 1:

And that segues into kind of. The last question is if listeners are starting to hear this and they're like Jill. Okay, now I realize my frequency is way over in this stagnant puddle and I want to be here. What would you, I guess, recommend as far as ways that they can start to really raise their vibration?

Speaker 2:

Yeah Well, the first thing to anything is the awareness. We've got to start with awareness. If you have the awareness of, like this is where I'm at and this is where I want to go amazing, then you need to take a look at what's going on internally, because you've already noticed externally what's going on. Like this, I'm at A, I want to get over to B or C or wherever you want to go. Then you got to go inwards, because transformation is an inside job. You want to change your life, you want to transform it. It's all in your vibration and that starts from within. So you need to see where your thoughts are going on autopilot and most people run their life on autopilot, not realizing they have the choice to turn that off and step into the seat of the observer. Most people are just in go, go, go. So you want to become aware. You're going to shift inwards, you're going to start to become aware of the noise, your emotions, and when you start to do that, you start to realize wow, those two are really like controlling my actions that I'm taking. So then we're going into noticing where you're taking your actions, where you're not taking actions. Some people might not be taking any actions because they're so deep in fear. So there's also looking at that. And what becomes really important when you do this is turning down that monkey mind. When you can turn down your monkey mind, the noise in your head, the thought that inner critic, the thoughts that keep telling you like, oh, I can't do this. Look at my scenario, there's no way I'm ever going to get out of this, it sucks. Oh, when you can turn that down, you can step back. And when you can step back, you can then start to actually hear and sense your intuition. If you had two boom boxes on and no matter how often you went to the gym and you worked your intuition, if the monkey mind is turned up full blast, you still won't be able to hear your intuition. So we've got to turn down the noise in the head because it's coming from the subconscious, it is running the show, and this really helps too. Just a tool that you guys can take. Put it in your toolbox, but don't forget about it when those negative, heavy thoughts come in of I can't do this. Look at my situation. I'm never going to get out of this hole I dug myself into.

Speaker 2:

You are not your thoughts. You're not your thoughts, they're just thoughts. You are the listener of the thoughts, but you are not them, and you can choose to shift that. Where you place your attention dominantly, place your attention is what you'll see, it's what you'll create, it's who you will become. So, really becoming aware of where you keep your attention is huge. And remind yourself I'm not my thoughts. Yeah, those thoughts might hurt. Slow down, step back. I'm not those thoughts. They're just thoughts. Yes, they're just thoughts, and you can shift it to a better feeling thought. And when you have a better feeling thought, you're going to begin to raise your frequency. When you begin to feel lighter, you're going to feel more inspired to take actions that are more in alignment with what you want, because what you want, it really really does want you to, and you got to own that and know that. Yeah, I am meant for this. The sky is the limit for everyone, not just Bob and Joe or Susie. Everyone has this.

Speaker 1:

Yes, and I couldn't agree more, and I couldn't have said it better in the sense of like this, guys, is the work is how you make magic. Yeah, this is how you make more, while working less and not burning out is really tapping into that inspired action, not fear-based action.

Speaker 2:

Not fear-based, Because if you look at how I mean, we've talked about energy, so you can take actions all day long, but let's take a look at the energy behind the action and that's the signal you're sending out. Now I'm not saying you don't ever have to be afraid. Fear is something you experience when you step outside your comfort zone and you're going to take a new action for your business, but can we shift it and fuel it into excitement? Can we still put more faith in yourself than in your fears? And that's what I mean by you can still do it afraid, but just shift it into the unlimited possibilities that are waiting for you.
