This is your daily horoscope for Wednesday, September 17th 2025. The action starts out around 12 am when the moon in Leo forms a trine with Neptune and Aries. This is a gentle, supportive and compassionate connection. When the Moon and Neptune come together in a trine aspect, it really heightens our intuition, and not in like a stressful way, but in a supportive way. So this could be a great time to do divination work. Yes, it's in the middle of the night, but if you are looking for some sort of magic to unfold, it can require sacrifice, right Like waking up in the middle of the night. It can be just a moment where you're having really solid sleep. Maybe you haven't been sleeping well and you need to catch up on sleep. This could be a moment where you are also having a compassionate conversation with someone else. You are feeling supported or vulnerable, or even like a relationship is deepening in some way. Now around 1am, the moon and Leo will form a sextile with Uranus in Gemini, and this energy is a little more exciting. It can bring surprises. It can bring change of plans. It is happening, at least on the West Coast, in the middle of the night.

Sometimes, when there's a strong Uranus aspect, I would say it could be really hard to sleep. Like you wake up, you have some insomnia or you had some sort of like profound dream or visitation and you're like, oh my gosh, like you're riding a high. It's like hard to fall asleep again. However, this is a gentle connection and it's a little bit more subtle. So I would say, if anything, maybe you just have some sort of sign, symbol or synchronicity that shows up in your dreams. Now, if you are in part of the world where you're awake during this time, this could be a welcome surprise, or it could even be that push you've been looking for to take a risk, make a change or try try something new and not feeling this hesitation or resistance to making that change.

Now also, around 1 am, the moon in Leo will form an opposition with Pluto in Aquarius, and Pluto is a planet of power, control, jealousy, depth and transformation. And when we have the moon opposite Pluto, it really kicks up this tendency to fixate on the past or the future. But it's freaking hard to sit in the present moment with your feelings, and Pluto wants us to surrender. So this is really an opportunity to pay attention to what's coming up for you the feelings, the thoughts that you tend to avoid or hide from the taboo topics that other people would rather pretend don't exist or don't deserve attention. Don't exist or don't deserve attention. This is a moment to acquaint yourself with your shadow side, and it can be incredibly healing and cathartic and even empowering. It's an opportunity to choose differently on your own healing journey and get in touch with the parts of yourself that oftentimes we tend to ignore or reject.

Okay, and finally, around 11 am, mercury and Virgo is going to form an opposition with Saturn and Pisces. This is taking place at 28 degrees. So if you have any planets or placements around 28 degrees, especially of the mutable signs, that is, gemini, virgo, sagittarius or Pisces, you're the main characters. This is energy we're going to be feeling throughout the entire day. So when Mercury, which is the planet of the mind and communication, is opposite Saturn and Pisces, saturn is this planet of limitation and restriction and commitment, dedication and also challenges, so this can have an impact on us mentally.

Sometimes we're feeling a little bit more depressed. Sometimes we learn disappointing news, we hear a no when we are hoping for a yes, perhaps a contract ends, maybe we are making a commitment, maybe we are making a sacrifice. This could also be a moment where we're dealing with consequences of our actions and for some, that could look like gaining attention or recognition for their hard work and consistency attention or recognition for their hard work and consistency. For others, if they haven't really been acting in alignment with their best version of themselves, this could be a little reality check as well. Now, interesting because we're going to be having a new moon solar eclipse in the sign of Virgo at 29 degrees on September 21st. So that means that this Mercury opposite Saturn is almost a preview of that upcoming eclipse. So I want you to just put a pin in that today and think about what topics and themes capture your attention today, because they are bound to resurface on the 21st.

Aries, you may have reached a limit with an ongoing project or commitment that is leaving you feeling more exhausted than replenished. When Mercury forms an opposition with Saturn, this is an important day to state your boundaries, especially with people who are adding more to your plate when you're already overworked. You could also learn news that is disappointing today. Maybe there's some sort of frustration that comes up at work, or there's something in your everyday life that has come to an end like. Maybe you're ready to change a habit or behavior.

Taurus, you might be getting a little bit more serious about a hobby. When Mercury forms an opposition with Saturn. Maybe you're ready to sign up for school or learn something new, or just take this hobby and turn it into a more committed practice. At the same time, this can also bring up the need to discuss boundaries and expectations in your romantic relationships and friendships as well.

Gemini, you might be feeling a little bit more emotional and tender today, when Mercury forms an opposition with Saturn. There could be something serious that you're dealing with in your personal and private life, maybe something regarding a living situation or a family member. You may also feel overextended in your professional life and with your personal obligations, and maybe there's a need to set boundaries and new expectations moving forward.

Cancer, This is a very important day to set boundaries and to have serious conversations, even if they feel a little uncomfortable in the moment when Mercury forms an opposition with Saturn. This could also mark a moment of proficiency in something you're learning, or maybe you're ready to commit to learn a new skill or even become a teacher or a mentor to someone else. If you are traveling or commuting today, it can feel a little bit more frustrating. Maybe you encounter some annoying delays. Conversations also feel just a little bit more serious and it is possible that you learn some news that feels disappointing in some way, or maybe receive a no when you are hoping for a yes.

Leo, you are reaching an important realization regarding your finances and your spending habits. When Mercury forms an opposition with Saturn. This can help you get back on track with your budget, but it can also help you realize that you veered too far off track from your original goals. Maybe you've racked up some debt that you need to pay down, or maybe you need to ask for help from a loved one or a partner to help you get back on track. It's also possible some sort of work contract comes to an end, or maybe you're discussing new terms for a project or commitment.

Virgo, you are the main character when Mercury in your sign forms an opposition with Saturn and Pisces, and this is going to require you to say what you've avoided saying, to have the more difficult conversations in your one-on-one relationships, to stand your ground, to set your boundaries and to make your needs known. For some, partnerships and contracts may come to a close, and for others, you're discussing difficult topics that can ultimately help you create a more solid foundation for your future.

Libra, be gentle with yourself. Today, when Mercury forms an opposition with Saturn, it's very easy to get caught up in negative thinking and negative self-talk or limiting beliefs. It's also possible that you're just feeling worn down from your everyday life, your schedule, your responsibilities. You're juggling so much, and it can have an overall impact on your well-being and your health. Engaging in some sort of spiritual grounding or intuitive practice can help regulate your nervous system if you're dealing with exhaustion or any difficult feelings.

Scorpio you are ready to take one of your dreams seriously. When Mercury forms an opposition with Saturn, maybe you are discussing commitments or contracts, or even meet someone serious who can help bring about your goal. It's also possible, in the same vein, that you pitch someone on a project or idea and maybe you hear a no when you were hoping for a yes. Trust that this is a temporary delay and setback, and remember that anything that is meant for you never passes you by. Rejection is the universe's way of extending protection, even if it doesn't feel like it in the moment, and this can also kick up some tension or needs to discuss serious topics or boundaries within your friendship circle communities you're a part of, or even in romantic relationships.

Sagittarius when Mercury forms an opposition with Saturn, you are rethinking some of your life path and your goals. Something that you thought you desired may feel further and further away. It's also possible that you learn some sort of news today that feels disappointing, maybe regarding your career, a loved one, a family member or a living situation. There may also be a need to discuss boundaries, expectations in those close personal relationships, so you can make agreements and commitments moving forward and you're all on the same page.

Capricorn when Mercury forms an opposition with Saturn, you might learn some news that's disappointing. Or maybe there was some sort of ongoing conversation and you were hoping for a yes or some sort of green light and you have to return to the drawing board. This could also be a day where you're dealing with annoying hiccups in travel. People's communication style is also just more gruff and to the point. This is a lovely day to express your boundaries, but not the best day to profess your undying love for someone.

Stephanie Campos:

Aquarius you may experience some sort of important revelation regarding your finances or shared resources. When Mercury forms an opposition with Saturn, maybe you have to have tough and uncomfortable conversations with a partner or business partner regarding finances. This could also mark the end of a contract. On the other hand, it could also mark a commitment to a new contract. The energy today is just a little bit more difficult and emotional, so if you're feeling triggered in any way, especially by anything that's lingering in your psyche, just carve out time and space to regulate your nervous system, if and when possible.

Pisces, this is an important day for discussing boundaries and expectations. When Mercury forms an opposition with Saturn in your sign, it is possible that someone else tries to add some more pressure to your plate or more responsibility, and maybe you have to push back and say, hey, no. It's also possible someone important in your life is moving through a more challenging situation and maybe they are coming to you for support or advice. This is a productive day for discussing boundaries, making commitments and making sure you're on the same page as roommates, family members, lovers or anyone important in your life.
