This is your daily horoscope for Thursday, September 18th 2025. The action starts out around 3am when Mercury enters Libra. Mercury is the planet of communication, information. It is our mind, it is our opinions, our interests, but also how we listen. And when Mercury moves through the sign of Libra, which is represented by the scales, it is all about balance, seeking justice. It is an air sign, it is a social sign, and Libra's natural ruling planet is Venus, so naturally we are also more concerned with our relationships. So when Mercury moves through the sign of Libra, this can also be a period of time where we are feeling more indecisive. It's difficult for us to make decisions. We're making pro and con lists, we are playing devil's advocate, we are feeling uncertain about, or maybe we just want to take more time to really weigh our options before making decisions, our options before making decisions. This is also a time that is so incredibly powerful for focusing on our relationship with justice and what is right and seeking peace in the collective, and so you may feel called to get more involved in your community in the fight for collective liberation. And this is also going to be a time where you're focused on relationships. So if there are ways in which you don't advocate for yourself, this could be an invitation to be more assertive, to stand up for your desires, your needs. If there are conflicts that you've been avoiding in your relationships, maybe they bubble up to the surface and it's an invitation to kind of confront some of that as well.

Stephanie Campos:

Now, around 3 pm, mercury and Libra will immediately form an opposition with Neptune and Aries. This has never happened in our lifetimes and that's because Neptune entered Aries for the first time at the end of March of this year, for the first time since 1861, right, so it's been a while. So when Mercury forms an opposition to Neptune, first of all this is happening at zero degrees. In astrology, anytime a planet in a cardinal sign is having some sort of important moment at zero degrees, it is called a critical point. So that means collectively we're like ding, ding, ding, this is going to bring up some sort of important moment in the collective. Definitely pay attention to the news around this time.

Stephanie Campos:

Mercury again is our communication planet. Neptune is a planet of fog, compassion, but also delusion, and it can also bring up martyrdom and spirituality. When Mercury is opposite Neptune, this can also kick up kind of like a mini Mercury retrograde vibe. Neptune brings confusion and fog and this is not the best day to make important life decisions. If you can avoid it, if you can't, that's okay, you have to live. But if you can kind of just recognize that there is more of a tendency to give into our projections, our insecurities, our assumptions, we're not seeing the picture fully clear now, it's possible for more misunderstandings to take place. It's possible that you show up late or miss a meeting, something like that. So just triple check your calendar, triple check who you're texting or emailing before you hit send that kind of thing.

Now. What's also interesting the same day, around 10 pm, we have Mercury and Libra forming a trine with Uranus and Gemini. This is at one degree. And then we have Mercury and Libra forming a trine with Pluto and Aquarius at 11.30 pm, also at one degree. And Uranus is this planet of innovation, revolution and insight and change, and Pluto is a planet of transformation and power. So in general, it's very interesting because this is also going to foreshadow September 22nd, which is when the sun is going to trace over Mercury's steps and bring us back to this day. So really also put a pin in this day.

Think about themes and topics that are coming up for you, because this is just the first chapter and part of that story. But I will say, when Mercury and Uranus form a gentle trine together, this is a great time, especially with Pluto involved as well. This is a powerful moment to change your perspective, to shift your limiting beliefs, to change the way you speak to yourself, to use your mind, the power of visualization to co-create the world we deserve and we know is possible. This can be a great time for friendships, connection, building community and for having meaningful interactions with other people. You could learn some sort of news that feels unexpected or transformative. You could have a conversation that also feels very empowering and very healing.

Aries, once Mercury enters Libra, it brings attention to your close one-on-one relationships. Maybe you're having more important conversations about your future in your relationships, maybe you're negotiating contracts, or perhaps there's someone important in your life who is seeking more guidance and support from you. This can be a really productive time for collaborative projects, for coming up with ideas and for bringing more client and contract work your way Now. At the same time, this is also your house of open enemies, so it is possible that you feel like someone may be in competition with you.

Taurus, once Mercury enters Libra, it brings attention to your daily routine and your life. Your schedule can totally pick up. Maybe you feel like there are a million responsibilities and commitments and obligations and meetings and appointments that are just pouring over onto your plate. So this is going to be an even more important time for you to exert boundaries. More important time for you to exert boundaries. Focusing on your own well-being and engaging in some self-care and grounding exercises can also be really healing and help you avoid catching a cold or overworking yourself. You may also be dealing with some drama or interpersonal issues at work or in your personal life.

Gemini, once Mercury enters Libra, it brings attention to your creativity, your romance, your relationship with children and joy and yes, that includes your inner child and your inner teen. This can be a lovely time to do some inner child healing and really let your younger version of yourself call the shots and make decisions for where you wanna head next. You may also be spending more time focused on a hobby or activity that brings you joy. If you are single, this is a great time to put yourself out there and start dating again, and for couples to pour more effort and energy into their romantic and sexual connection. It's also possible over the next few weeks, you learn some lucky news or receive some exciting opportunities or invitations.

Cancer, once Mercury enters Libra, it brings attention to your family life and your personal life. Maybe you hear some important news about a chosen family member, or maybe you're just spending more time with family or there's a family reunion. You could also be reflecting more on the past, feeling more sentimental, nostalgic and sensitive. There could be wisdom or ideas found from your past. Right now, your intuition is also very much heightened, and when you spend time alone, slow down to rest is also very much heightened. And when you spend time alone, slow down to rest, make sure your needs are met. You're feeling safe and comforted. This can help you come up with new, exciting ideas to pursue as well. You may also be making decisions regarding your living environment, like finding a new roommate, doing a big purge or deep clean of your space, or deciding to move.

This can also be a great time for learning something new, for signing up for a class and sharing your own wisdom to help teach others.

Capricorn, once Mercury enters Libra, it brings attention to your long-term goals and it can also bring recognition your way for hard work.
