This is your daily horoscope for Friday, December 19th, 2025. The action starts out at 8 a.m. when the moon in Sagittarius forms a conjunction with Venus in Sagittarius. The moon represents our inner world, our feelings, our sense of safety, security, and Venus is a planet of connection and also our values and our creativity. So this could be a moment where you are embodying your personal values. Maybe you're standing up for what you believe in, acting in alignment with what's important to you, and that feels good. This could also be a sweet moment with someone else, whether it's a roommate or a friend or a sexy encounter. And you might also experience a boost of creative inspiration as well. Now you're going to want to enjoy that sweet feeling while it lasts because later on around 12 p.m., the moon and Sagittarius will form a square with Saturn and Pisces. This is going to bring up a little bit of a disappointing, restricting energy. Perhaps there is an obligation, a responsibility that pops up that requires our attention. Maybe we hear a no when we were hoping for a yes. Maybe we have to set a boundary and that feels uncomfortable. Now, on the same day, later on at 5 43 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, all of these horoscopes are Pacific Standard Time. I thought I said that in the intro, but I've been getting some comments recently that are like, what time zone is this? And my apologies if that's not in the intro, but I'm on the West Coast, so it is Pacific Standard Time. Okay, we have a new moon in Sagittarius at 5.43 p.m. This is taking place at 28 degrees of Sagittarius. So if you have any planets or placements around 28 degrees of Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, or Pisces, you will feel the benefits of this new moon the most intensely. Or the challenges as well. Because this new moon has that Saturn square baked into it. It's going to bring us back to December 8th, but also to uh one second. Let me look at my notes. It's gonna bring us back to December 16th as well, when the sun clashed into Sagittarius. So similar themes and topics are baked into this new moon cycle. This new moon is also forming a square with Neptune and Pisces at 29 degrees. So that is the anaeretic degree. It creates this extra tension, and this can be a moment where you feel like you're dealing with a sense of loss or you're feeling emotional, or you want to escape. Sometimes there's this extra urge to just check out from reality, whether it has to do with something going on in your personal life or the collective. I mean, the list goes on and on. Am I right? So typically when we have a new moon in Sagittarius, this is going to personally be a moment where we are experiencing a fresh start regarding our the possibilities that lie ahead of us. So maybe there is a new idea we want to chase after, maybe there's something new we want to learn or experience, whether that's signing up for a class, an online workshop, learning a new language, or getting better in touch with our own voice and our beliefs, a new perspective shift, opening our mind, learning about other cultures, the history of other places that aren't in your comfort zone. This is the time to zoom out and consider the big picture philosophically, politically, and to educate ourselves. This is a zodiac sign that is associated with the philosopher and the adventurer and wisdom. So there really is this energy behind taking risks and putting yourself out there. Sagittarius is a mutable fire sign, so it is passionate, but it can also be a little indecisive as well. And since we have this new moon forming a square with Neptune, that definitely can kick up a little uncertainty from time to time as well. Now it's also important to note that this new moon is taking place in the third Deccan of Sagittarius that is associated with the Ten of Wands in the Tarot. And the Ten of Wands is the end of the wand suit, right? Before you get to the page and the knight and the queen and the king. So it can signify the end of something. But if you look at the card, it's exhausting. It's this figure that has 10 wands that are heavy on its back, and it's almost to the village in front of it, but it's got like a couple more grueling steps, and it just really evokes this energy of exhaustion. And that really comes through with that square to Neptune. So please make sure you are drinking water, you are taking care of yourself, and you're just doing what you can to stay grounded. There is gonna be this desire to check out and escape, but unfortunately, that is not the best use of this energy. It can really create extra fog and uncertainty and projections. So just keep that in mind. That square to Neptune goes exact at 7:30 p.m. And then the moon will enter Capricorn around 9 p.m.

Aries, the new moon in Sagittarius is a powerful time to open yourself up to experimentation and new adventures. You could be hit with a wave of inspiration, maybe a new idea you want to pursue. You're also zooming out and thinking about the big picture. What would you go after if you knew and felt like your potential was limitless? Well, guess what? It is limitless. And this can also start new important conversations, encourage you to go back to school, book some travel, or even gain recognition through a writing project or even a podcast appearance. This is also a powerful day to focus on your beliefs. Conversations and dialogue and even debating can open your mind to other people's lived experience and beliefs, and you also have the potential to shift other people's understanding of the world.

Taurus, the new moon in Sagittarius, takes place in your eighth house of intimacy, vulnerability, fears, but also shared resources. So this could mark the beginning of a new relationship, deepening, or maybe you're reaching new levels of trust and intimacy in an already established connection. This could also be a moment that has you reflecting more on the reciprocity in your close one-on-one relationships. Are you showing up and giving more than you are receiving back in return? Practically, this could invite you to get some of your paperwork in order that has to do with taxes, inheritances, paying down debt, and you can also have important conversations regarding shared resources with partners, whether it's a business partner or a romantic partner as well. New contracts and opportunities may also show up.

Gemini, the new moon in Sagittarius, takes place in your seventh house of one-on-one partnerships, and this is going to bring attention to your close relationships. So for singles, this could mean they meet someone who has long-lasting potential, or maybe they're ready to make a relationship official or take the next step with someone important, or even put themselves back out there in the dating world. Couples may also be ready to take the next step in their relationship or address any simmering resentment or issues that they've swept under the rug. This could also bring a new important connection or ally into your life, and it also bodes well for contract and client work as well.

Cancer, the new moon in Sagittarius, helps you rework your daily routine and habits. There could be some habits that you need to kick once and for all, and maybe you're ready to replace them with behaviors that you know are ultimately going to help bring you closer to your dream life. This could also be an important day to set boundaries and even ask for help if you've been feeling a little overwhelmed by all of your obligations. There may also be some sort of new work project or personal commitment that you're making that you know is going to take a lot of your effort and dedication, but will be worth it in the long run. This area of your chart also has to do with pets, so they could also be a focus around this time.

This is also an invitation to shift and change your mindset. Maybe you also want to go back to school and learn a new skill or a hobby. And you could also book some travel around this time.
