If you're like a lot of couples maybe you're thinking things like, "It's not that bad!" or "It won't happen to us", or maybe even "well that's true for other couples, but not for us". Well we've got news for you...these common traps or "ruts" as we call them are sneaky, pervasive, and wreak havoc on marriages year in and year out. 

So, what happens if we do nothing? Things only get worse! Your communication suffers, your intimacy dies a slow and painful death, and you become the worst version of yourself instead of your best version.
