About us:
Eximus Education is an award-winning UK tutoring company that, using artificial intelligence, specialises in providing personalised but highly affordable tutoring at-scale nationwide in the UK for ALL subjects and at ALL levels.
We are a corporate member of the UK Tutors Association (TTA) and have been awarded the "Tutoring Company of the Year" award at UK Enterprise Awards 2023. Eximus Education deploys technology in fulfilling its impact agenda as it firmly believes that it is only through tech solutions that value can be created at-scale at an affordable price. We aim to solve the following three key problems faced by the UK tutoring industry:
(1) Affordability of tutors - we provide up to 50% cheaper price than the average market rate;
(2) Reliability of tutors - using professional teachers and not just side-hustlers / university students;
(3) Availability of tutors - a huge volume of vetted tutors across all subjects including STEM and the Arts.

Laura has been transforming the education landscape for the past 20 years. Through her ground-breaking work, she has empowered teachers, enlightened students, and pushed for real change in schools across the UK. Since 2013, she has been a columnist for The Guardian and has written for several other publications including The Observer, the New Statesman, The TES, and Prospect.
Laura is also the author of four acclaimed books on education leadership, including The Leadership Factor and The Leadership Juggling Act. She completed her teacher training through TeachFirst and was honoured with the 2008 Award for Outstanding Teaching.
