Dr. Scott McNeal (Dr. M) talks with Mr. Jay “Jay-Jay” Grainger. Former D-II runner. College coach and man of faith.
Jay resides in Colorado Springs, CO where he is an assistant coach at the UCCS (University of Colorado Colorado Springs).
Jay takes his strong and focused work ethic, and he insatiable thirst for facts (relevant or not) on a multi-year sports journey:
- Running competitively at D-II Southwest Baptist University and Dallas Baptist University;
- Volunteering as coach at Missouri Southern State University;
- And finally, securing an official assistant coach position at the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs.
