Where Are They Now? M. “Stenny” Stenbeck.
Returning to studio 1812 after a long absence is Mr. Mark Stenbeck. AKA “Stenny.” He’s a runner, coach, and school counselor. Mark is a lifelong resident of Littleton, CO.
Mark and I go back many years. Way back to his early 2000s collegiate days at a D-II school in MO.
To learn more about Mark engage Season 1 Podcast Episodes 18-20. In one episode you discover that Mark was, in part, the 2018 USTFCCCA XC High School National Coach of the Year.
Not long after that achievement, Marked steps away from scholastic coaching duties. Life gets difficult.
Now he is back coaching and wishes to share what this next coaching assignment means to him and his newbie runners like “Captain K.” and “Freshman Franky.”
