Special Episode: Women In Ministry

In this special episode of Sunday Sessions, CVC pastors Joe Valenti and Josh Hamm, and ministry directors Lauren Meyer and Becca Ferguson, engage in a vibrant conversation about women in ministry, examining the complementarian model for understanding the role of men and women in the church and home that is followed by CVC. They look at the Scriptural basis for this position and talk about the ways in which a complementarian perspective on gender is enacted in the practices, policies, and various types of leadership roles at Cuyahoga Valley Church. They talk about what it means to be qualified for ministry, and how both marriage and healthy leadership structure within a local church body are able to image Christ and His Church in unique and meaningful ways.
