We'd like to welcome you to the Word of God by the branch of the Lord, and we're going to go to the Lord in prayer at this time. For those of you on Facebook Live, we are going live and uh we're going to be in the book of Psalm. Psalm 68. Precious Father God, we thank you, God, for every time and opportunity to go into your word. Your words are words of life, God, and they give us life, Lord. They lift us up, God, and they teach us and guide us in the way that we should go. And therefore we thank you, God, for always keeping thy word protected, Lord. Through the many seasons, through the many generations, God, you have always kept your word so that we may have it this day. And I thank you for that, Lord. As we go into this lesson tonight, God, please open our eyes and our ears of understanding. As we search the scriptures, God, taking a journey through your word to learn what it is that you have spoken and what it is that you have written, so that we may grow thereby, God, and be a help in time of need, Lord. For now we know it is high time that we wake out of sleep, God, and be taught the truth of thy word, Lord. And we say these things in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen and amen. Hallelujah. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. We are in Psalm 68. Um on Monday nights we're in the book of Psalm, but we're in Psalm 68, and we started last week with Scripture one. And uh we only got that far. So uh we're gonna look at Scripture one, but then we're gonna go down into uh two and start from there. Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered, let them also that hate him flee before him. As smoke is driven away, so drive them away. As wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God. Now for there to be smoke that meant there was a fire at some point. And we know in Hebrews twelve twenty-nine it brings up that uh God is a consuming fire. He's also the word in John 1 1. All right, uh it says, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God. The wicked are those who are sinners, they have sin. And so Jesus is come, uh note I said is, come to take sin out of the world. And uh how he does that is by the word of God. Uh in Psalm 107, Scripture 20, it brings out he sent his word and healed them and delivered them from their destructions. Scripture three here. It says, But let the righteous be glad. Righteous means right standing with God. Uh don't let the devil lie to you and tell you, well, no one can be righteous because that's not the truth. Uh and don't never let the devil lie to you and tell you no one can be holy, because that is also a lie. And also don't let the devil tell you that no one can be perfect, because that is also a lie. Because the word of God, when you search the scriptures, brings out uh God said, Be ye holy, for I the Lord thy God am holy. And he also says in another place, be ye perfect, for I the Lord thy God am perfect. So uh let the righteous, those who are in right standing with God, those who are obeying his voice, those who are led by his spirit, let the righteous be glad. Let them rejoice before God. Yea, let them exceedingly rejoice. And rejoice means continue. Uh also, sing unto God, sing praises to his name. This is another part of the uh meaning of rejoice. So listen, sing unto God, sing praises to his name, his name, not the books of men, and not all those teachings out there in the land, but to his name. It says extol him, extol. That means lift him up, extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name, Ja, J-A-H. Now that is the core of our lesson tonight, is Jehovah and Jah and who Jah is. It says, and rejoice before him. All right. So now remember, uh here, let's look at uh scripture four again, and then we're gonna go into tonight's lesson. It says, sing unto God, sing praises to his name, extol him, lift him up, speak about the wonderful things of God. Don't lift up the books of men. They were written by men, but the word of God was written by holy men. So we want to be taught of God so that we can lift him up. Because if you have any of those 45,000 plus religions in you, which is Babylon, then you are lifting that up. But if you want to lift up the name of Jah, Jehovah, then you are gonna be taught who that is. It says, Sing unto God, sing praises to his name, extol him that rideth upon the heavens with an S, by his name Jah, and rejoice before him. Now, as I went into uh searching out the scriptures, because you know Jesus tells us to search the scriptures in John 5.39. He says, Search the scriptures, for in them you may think ye have eternal life, but it is of those who testify of me. So when I came across this name Jah, uh, I knew it meant Jehovah from looking uh uh some time ago. I did remember that. And uh uh different ones come up with so many names, Jehovah this and Jehovah that. But let me tell you something. If it's not written in God's word, don't use it, please. Um remember we excuse me, we speak that we do know, and we testify that we have seen. We don't want to use things that God did not say. Why? Because it's not the truth. So um when I looked up Ja, Ja, listen at all of the things, all right? So Jah, um, Ja, you have Jehovah is the uh shortened form of Jehovah, but it's the proper and true name of God. It's used in many compounds. Uh the names beginning with the letters J-E, names ending with I A H or J-A-H. So what we're looking at is uh all the names uh that have J-A-H in them. Because when you do this, now that we know that Jah means Jehovah, the Lord God, uh listen at all these names in the Bible, in the King James Version Bible. Uh I don't read any other books because God said to uh not take away from this book, uh not to add to this book, and he said the book of the law. He says, seek ye out of the book of the Lord uh and read. So uh I want to stay to the book that uh God has instructed me to stay to so that I don't do anything displeasing in his name. I want to be taught what he has to say about it, not what everybody else has to say. So uh listen at all the names, and you can go in and search this out as well. If you go into um, and I hope you do, if you go into the strong's concordance, uh I like to look up um the alayh, which is the blue letter edition of the strong's concordance, because you can look up the words in Greek and the words in Hebrew and the words in Latin. And that's how the scriptures were brought together in our uh language uh was King James and 56 scholars got together, and we're talking about scholars, those who were well taught in the in the scriptures, uh, naturally, uh, and they were able to translate the scripture so that we have it in this English form. All right. Uh remember the word of God is of no private interpretation. God said that he will pour out his spirit upon all flesh, and his spirit is the spirit of truth, which is the Holy Ghost, who will teach us all things and bring all things to our remembrance, whatsoever he has said unto us. So if you come across something uh uh out of the King James Version Bible, and I have through the years, uh there's a lot to learn. Uh, and I've come across several things, uh several, several, uh probably more than several. Several is probably not a really good word because I'm talking about hundreds of words uh that I did not understand, uh being one of them. I knew it was holy, but I didn't have a full understanding on it. So then you search the scriptures, like Jesus says. If you start searching the books of men, you're gonna get the natural, uh, the natural meaning. All right. So uh let's look at uh all these names. And some of these you're probably uh gonna remember or have uh heard before. But I'm gonna say the name and I'm gonna tell you the meaning of the name. And how I found out the meaning of the name is I went into the Strong's Concordance and I typed up uh the name and I hit enter. Uh of course it gives you the scriptures on that name. But if you look above uh where the scriptures are, there is a um lexicon, it's a green bar, and you click it and it will tell you what the name means. And that's what I did, all right? Because I wanted to know. If it had J-A-H in it, which means the Lord God, I wanted to know. Uh, for example, well, you'll see what I'm talking about as I go down through here and read this list, and it's quite a few names. So I'm gonna read the name and I'm gonna read what it means. The first one, and there uh they're not in order because I started to say they were, but I just see an A, and then the next name is with a U. So that's not uh alphabetically in order. But listen, Abiah, A-B-I-J-A-H. It's also spelled A-B-I-A-H or A-B-I-A. All right, and it means Jehovah is my father. Now, these names are very important because when you look up Abiah, uh, go back and look up Zechariah and uh different these different names. The names of God that we come across in the scriptures mean something. Uh, they're not just names. Like, you know, our mama and our daddy gave us a name, they gave us a name because they liked the sound of it. Some gave us a name because it had meaning behind it, like it was uh uh a meaning in our culture or or whatever. But uh the the names that you find written in God's book, the book of life, are works. It's their work. Now listen, Obiah, uh, excuse me, Abiah, not Obiah, Abiah with an A, uh, the name, the works, it means Jehovah is my father. Now the next name is Adonaiah, all right, or Adonijah. Uh most of the time the J is silent, but A-D-O-N-I-J-A-H. There's the J A H again. So you know God's in there somewhere. Uh and it or Lord, and it says, My Lord is Jehovah. And the Lord, if you look up what Lord means, uh, the Lord are those with the authority, and the authority means by the Spirit of God. All right. Uriah, you are I-A-H, and then there's Uriah, you are I J A H. And this name means Jehovah is my light. I love that. My light. That's understanding. Jehovah is my understanding. And uh uh that's what that name means right there, Uriah. So you can see uh the name Uriah, when you go in and look up Uriah and the works of Uriah, uh God is there. It says Jehovah is my light. And then here's another name, Ahiah or Ahijah. A-H-I-J-A-H, or A-H-I-A-H. And it means brother of Jehovah. I thought that was really interesting. Brother of Jehovah. Next we have A-I-A-I-A-H, or A-J-A-H, Ijah. And that name means Falcon, like the bird, Falcon, F-A-L-C-O-N. Elijah, we've heard this name many times in the scriptures. So E-L-I-J-A-H, or Elijah, E-L-I-A-H. And see, the the good thing about looking up these names is uh a lot of times you can find, you know, the Bible, uh, the King James Version was written in the Hebrew, Greek, and Latin. So uh you might find, like here we have two different spellings of Elijah. And it's because one is written in the Hebrew, one might be written in the uh the Greek or the Latin. For example, uh I know like in the New Testament, uh, when Jesus is talking, he says, Is it not written in the book or have you not read in the book of the prophet Isaiah? Isaiah is Isaiah. So um now look, Elijah and Eliah means my God is Jehovah. My God is Lord. That's what that means. My God is Jehovah. There is no other God. We read that in Isaiah 44 uh in uh in church on Sunday. Now uh Biz Jothja, Biz Jothja means contempt of Jehovah. Now, contempt of Jehovah, uh is that a good thing? Because when you look up the word contempt, but listen, B-I-Z, J-O-T-H, G, excuse me, J-A-H, Jah. There's Ja on the end. So Bizjath means contempt, and we know Ja means Jehovah. The next name is Hodijah, H O D I J A H. My Majesty is Jehovah. And then Hezekiah, Hezkiah, and his Kaih. So Hezekiah, we've heard of Hezekiah many times in the scriptures, his Kiah and his Kaijah. Jehovah is my strength. Jehovah is my strength. I love it. Now this one, uh Tobadonijah. Tobadonija. T-O-B-A-D N-O-N-I-J-H. My Lord is good. Yes, he is. And remember in Latin, good means God and God means good. Now the next name we've heard of this name, Tobiah. Tobiah and Tobaijah. T-O-B-I-A-H and T-O-B-I-J-A-H. It means Jehovah is good. So you got listen at the similarities. Tobadonijah and Tobiah or Tobiah. So one means my Lord is good, and this one Tobiah means Jehovah is good. Now Ibnijah, I-B-N-I-J-A-H, Ibnijah, whom Jehovah will build up. Alright? And you know, the the Lord God, he does seek to build his people up. You know the devil, his only job is to come to steal, kill, and destroy. But God is come and he sent his son who is come to raise the people out of oppression and out of adversity, uh, to raise them out of lies, out of deceit, out of the hard bondage and labor that's on the people. Um, so uh look at the differences there and then make a choice who you're gonna serve. Jade, J-A-H, D-A-I, Jade, and it says whom he will place. I thought some of these names were so interesting. Whom he will place. And then Jehudijah, J-E-H-U-D-I-J-A-H, means Jewish of uh a celibite, excuse me, Calabite, excuse me. A Jewess, a Calabite, the wife of one named Ezra. And we know about the book of Ezra, he was a scribe and a priest. He could teach the people out of the law, those who knew the law and those who didn't know the law. Next name, Jahaz or Jehaza. Jahaz, J-A-H-A-Z, and Jehaza, J A H A Z A H. Trodden down. Next name is Yado or Jado, and it's spelled J-A-H-D-O. It's pronounced Y-A-A-D-O. So the J's are Y sound. Yado. Yado. J-A-H-D-O, and it means his unity. And you know there's not supposed to be any schism in the body. Uh when you think about that, with there being 45,000 plus uh denominations across the world, and there's only one God and one son, Jesus Christ, uh, that's our Lord and our Savior, and there's none other name under heaven given wherein a man can be saved. So you look at his unity and see if there's not supposed to be any schism in the body, which means division, why are there 45,000? That's a lot. Think about that number for just a minute. Let it sink in. 45,000 plus faults and opinions out there, self-named organizations that say, hey, come over here, serve God with us because we have the truth over here. But see, the thing about it is, uh, God gave that one name, Jesus. Jesus. That's the name God gave. He didn't give all those 45,000 plus names, brothers and sisters. So let's consider that. Let's pray about these things when God shows it to you. Now uh we just looked at Yadu, uh J A H D O, but listen, which means his unity, and then the next one is Jade L or Yad. And it means my unity is God. So Yah, listen, Yadu is his unity, but my unity is God is Yadiel. And then you got Yahaziel, J-A-H-A-Z-I-E-L, Beheld of God. That also means one that is uh God beholds. And then uh Jehaziah, Jehaziah, so it'd be Yehaziah. Remember, J's are Y sounded. We're so used to seeing the J and saying J because in English it does make the J sound, but in it's supposed to be the Y sound in uh Hebrew and Latin and Greek. Uh it says Yehaziah. J-A-H-A-Z-I-H-A, and it means Jehovah, which is Jehovah views. V-I-E-W-S views. So what he sees. And then Yazerah, J A H Z E R A H, Yazerah. It means whom God leads back. Oh, I love that one. That's like redemption, whom God leads back. Where does God lead the people back to? To him, to his word. Isn't that beautiful? I learned just as much as uh, you know, like when the Lord blesses me to teach a class, I look forward to it because when I go in and I begin to search and study, I learn too. Uh, and I thank God for his words. Yaliel. J-A-H-L-E-E-L, Yali L. God waits. And then Yali lights, Yali lights. So uh J-A-H-L-E-E-L, I T E S, the hope of God. So you can see the uh Ja uh Yali L and the Yalielites um Yalies are those of Yaliel. So Yameh, J-A-H, M-A-I, Yame, whom Jehovah guards. G-U-A-R-D as guards. And uh I know in John St. John chapter 10, uh there's two scriptures right there together. Jesus said, No man can pluck them out of my hand, and then he said, No man can pluck them out of my father's hand. That means man who was flesh uh uh will try to bring God's people out of heavenly places because God has told us to set our affection on things above, not on things beneath. Uh and so it's like every time you find yourself trying to uh uh gain knowledge and wisdom and understanding of God, the devil's there to try to pull you back down out of heavenly places, but don't let him succeed. You just keep pushing forward. You continue. Jesus said, if ye be my disciple, continue ye in my word. That's another scripture that's very important. He didn't tell us to continue in the books of men. He didn't tell you to continue in those revised uh editions either, because revised means that they had to change 20 words of God's word to make that revised edition. Look it up. Don't take my word for it. Look it up. So you think about over the years how many times people have tried to step in and change God's word, but God has always kept a remnant, he's always kept his scriptures for us. So I'm not gonna support anything that tries to change the truth of God and turn it into a lie, uh, as is written in Romans 1.25. I want to go back to his word. I want to know what he said. He wrote his word, and he is the author of the book of life, and I want to know what he said. So therefore, I'm gonna go to what he said. Understand that? That makes a lot of sense if you think about it. Alright, so um uh Yaziel, and listen, uh, we've got three names here: Yaziel, the Yazielites, and Yaziel. And uh there's a different spelling, but they all mean God divides. So God's separating the wheat from the tares. You can find that written in the four gospels. But Yaziel is spelled J A H Z E E L. And then Yazielite says J A H Z E E L I T E S. And then Yaziel is Y, oh, excuse me. A-A-H-Z-I-E-L. So whereas at one time it had two E's, this time it has an I E. But they all mean, those three names mean God divides. The next name is Yahath. J A H A T H. Now, hath, when you look up that, I just thought about this when I was looking at this word just now. God hath spoken. There's many times that that word H A T H is written in God's word, and it means has. But listen, uh here, uh J A H A T H, Yahath. It means he will snatch up. Um S-N-A-T-C-H. Now I don't know uh down here we're I'm from the South. So down here in the South, I know back in the day, boy, I remember my grandma. If I misbehave myself, she'd tell me, I'm gonna snatch you up. That meant you better get right. So uh here it says he will snatch up. That means grab up quickly. Um swiftly. Uh I know it's one word that's in the scriptures. And then there's a I J A H Ariah, and it means Jehovah sees me. So I want to go back up to uh, well, that's Uriah, and then there's one that says uh Jehovah views, which is Yahaziah, Yahaziah, but this one is Ariah, Jehovah sees me. And then there's Uriah and Jehaiah or Uriah. Now uh let me go back up to Jehovah Sees Me. That is spelled I-R-I-J-A-H, Ariah, Uriah, I Rayah. Uh but uh Uriah and Uriah, listen at the saying. You've got I-Riah, but then you have Yah, Yah, Y-Rayah. So uh J-E-R, J-E-R-I-J-A-H, and then J-E-R-I-A-H, and that means taught by Jehovah. Now see, if you look to the books of men, then that's who's teaching you. And if they speak uh after the flesh and they teach carnal minded teachings and they take the truth of God and turn it into a lie, that's what you're being taught, and that's what you're going to end up speaking. So remember, uh Jesus said there um in John 8, 31 and 32, right in there, he said, and the truth shall make you free. He didn't say anything about the books of men. Because when you look on the outside of that book, and I know you're probably getting tired of hearing me speak on this, but I I just got to. Every time God gives me opportunity to speak, I want us to understand. If there's a man's name on the outside of that book, then man wrote it and man is flesh. But the word of God was written by holy men as they were moved upon by the Spirit of God. There's a big difference, brothers and sisters. All right, so Uriah and Uriah is means taught by Jehovah, taught by the Lord God. Who better to be taught by? And then Ishiah and Yesiah and Ishiah and Ishajah, it means Jehovah will lend.

SPEAKER_00

L-E-N-D. Jehovah will lend. Alright. Now we have just a few more here.

SPEAKER_01

Now uh remember uh the next one here is Malchiah and it looks like Malchaiah. So Malcaiah is spelled M-A-L-C-H-I-A-H, and then M-A-L-C-H-I-J-A-H. So you have Malcaiah and Malchaiah, and that means my king is Jehovah. Oh, I love it. My king is Jehovah. Who rules over you? If the books of men rule over you, that's your king. If you follow the books of men, that's who you are a disciple of. Let us please take a hold of what God is telling us. Jesus said, If you be my disciple, continue ye in my word. Did he not? Why do we look into all those books of men? Because someone else told us to? Because the devil came along and said, Hey, you can understand this book better. Why are we leaving out the Holy Ghost? John 14, 26. And remember, uh, even in John 20, 22, Jesus said, Receive you the Holy Ghost. And then John 14, 26 tells us what the purpose of the Holy Ghost is is to teach us what God means by what He said. I don't need to go to a book of man to tell me what God is saying. Now, Malachih and Malachi, it means my king is Jehovah. And then you've got Antothiah. An Tothiah. It means Jehovah's Ans. And then you also have Zedekiah and Zedkiah. So Zedekiah, we've heard that name many times. Z-E-D-E-K-I-A-H, and then Z-I-D-K-I-J-A-H. So Zedekiah and Zedkiah. It means Jehovah is righteous. I love it. So it's like when you learn what these names mean, from now on when you're reading the Word of God, uh God might have you on a particular uh matter or uh topic He's wanting you to search out. But if you see a name or see names in there, take the time to write them down. And uh as you can go in and search them out, all right? Uh because these names mean something. And uh you want to know about these names. You want to know who they are and what's taking place, uh, what's surrounding them. Uh and I love to tell people, you know, I teach language arts, so I like to tell people, uh, when you're searching out anything, now, uh especially God's word, but anything, remember the who, what, when, where, why, and how. Interrogatives. Uh, and uh, when you get uh sitted down, seated down at your table or desk in the morning to read the word of God, wherever you're at, you might be in your office, uh, and and God puts a uh word in your spirit to search out, then uh you want to write down at the top of your paper who, what, when, where, why, and how. And say God tells you to go and search out, uh, well, let's just say Zedekiah. He might give you a name. So then you write down Zedekiah, and then you write down that first question, who? Who was he? Who was Zedekiah? Uh where's the scriptures at concerning Zedekiah? What was going on during the time of Zedekiah? Where was he at? When did these things happen? How did they happen? So uh I think you get my understanding of what the Lord is trying to bring out to us. Uh that has helped me so much in my study time, brothers and sisters. Remember that. Who, what, when, where, why, and how. It's six questions. Write them at the top of your paper every time you go to study. Now, uh, so looking back at that, remember the Lord is Jah, and Jah is a shortened firm form of Jehovah or Yah or Yehovah. We say Jah because of the J sound, but the J is really pronounced with a Y. Uh, I know another uh thing that I had learned is I always said Chaldeans uh when you read about the Chaldeans, which is the rulers of the Babylonians, but it's really pronounced Chaldeans. CH is pronounced with a K. So I was like, okay, Lord, thank you. Uh and these things, uh uh, you know, if you mispronounce a word, uh God understands until you have that understanding. Um I I heard a man, I knew a man, and I know um that the Spirit of God was in him. I know he was full of God. And uh he's gone on, you know, um to be further with the Lord, but uh he didn't have like the highest natural education, but I'm gonna tell you something. God in him could break the scriptures down to even a child could understand it. So uh whether your reading is uh is top-notch or whether you know you struggle a little bit, don't let the devil tell you that he cannot teach that God cannot teach you. Because yes, God can. All right, he will teach you what these words mean. And I'm gonna tell you, uh, you might say, boy, you just rattled them off. And sometimes people pick at me about, well, Angie knows how to say it, but I'm gonna tell you how I know how to say it, and it's the same way you can know how to say it, is I wanted to know how to say these words, so I looked up how to say them. I had a uh Bible uh C D, now this tells you this is a few years ago, uh, and you put it in the DVD player and it opens up and it was the King James Version, it was an audio book Bible, and I would go to where you would see, like in the book of Judges and in the Book of Chronicles and Kings, where you'd see these big long names like this, and I would purposely play it. Uh, and while um uh a certain reader, I I don't want to say names out loud over the thing, but a certain reader that I really enjoyed listening to when he reads the Bible, was reading the names, and I was reading it right along as he was saying it, I was reading it because I'm one of those I have to see and I have to do. And then I was saying it, and I would listen to it several times. So you can actually do that on the Authorized King James Version Bible online. You can go on there, you can listen to it being read to you, and you can follow along, and it'll tell you how to say certain words that may be too big for you to pronounce. Uh, but when it comes to the understanding or the meaning, please, please, please always rely on the Holy Ghost, uh, which is given to those who obey the voice of God. So if you really want to know the truth, you have to go to where the truth is, the spirit of truth, that is the Holy Ghost, and only God can give that to you. The books of man cannot, brothers and sisters. Uh, the books of man lead you away from the word of God, and they will lead you further and further into confusion if you are not careful. Some people don't want to hear that because they like the book they read. But I'm here to tell you, don't take my word for it. You go in and you look at what God is saying, okay? He is not the author of confusion. So back in Psalm 68, uh, let's look at, I'm gonna read uh scripture four, and then uh we'll go into five. Uh actually I'll read I'll start at three. It says, But let the righteous be glad, let them rejoice before God, yea, let them exceedingly rejoice, sing unto God, sing praises to his name, extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name Jah, and rejoice before him. He's a father, a father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows is God in his holy habitation. Now this is the second part of tonight's message. Um, and and what we want to listen, a father of the fatherless, and remember he said, Call no man upon earth your father. He is a father of the fatherless and a judge of the widows. A widow, uh, we see a natural widow, her husband, she was married at one time. Uh maybe they had children, and her husband has died. But understand uh also that if a wife uh is a widower, that means that her husband has died. Uh, and to be carnally minded is death. So uh if you go into 1 Corinthians 7, uh look these things up. Uh remember, Jesus said, uh, this is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church. So uh also the widows were neglected in the daily ministration. That means that they were not being taught. There was no husband over them. Uh, and remember, man is the head of woman, uh, Christ is the head of man, and God is the head of Christ. That's written in the scriptures. So that meant that they had no leaders over them trying to teach them the right way. So he's a father of the fatherless and a judge of the widows, righteous judgment, not after the outward appearance, and says, Is God in his holy habitation? Well, we all know uh that God dwells in heaven. But listen where else God dwells that people don't understand or comprehend. This is so beautiful. So beautiful. You can ask a little child, where does Jesus dwell at? And they'll say, in your heart. And they are absolutely right. So why can't we as adults comprehend that? A little child can. Now listen, his holy habitation. Remember uh what the Lord brought out earlier. God said, Be ye holy, for I the Lord thy God am holy, and be ye perfect, for I the Lord thy God am perfect. So where does God dwell? Where is his holy habitation? First Corinthians 6 19. What? Listen at this, I love it. What? It's a question. What? That's one of those interrogatives I was telling you about. What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own. So how can the Holy Ghost dwell in you if you reject the Holy Ghost and run to the books of men? Now you know I'm gonna keep it real with you. Think about that. Well, I don't understand the King James Version. I'm gonna run over here and read these books and see people get upset with me, but I'm gonna tell you the truth of the matter, and whether you receive it or whether you forbear, that's between you and God. But I know what God Almighty has shown me about uh staying true to his word. Keep my words. Jesus said, Keep my sayings, continue ye in my word. He did not tell us, nor did God to run to the books of men. So listen, uh it says, What know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, which is in you? And then first Corinthians three sixteen reads, Know ye not that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? And listen at this. Uh 1 John 4, Scriptures 12 and 15. No man, man is flesh, no man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us. Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. Now I love that. You cannot dispute what God is saying. If you have the Spirit of God dwell in you, and every and we're gonna read a scripture that said, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you, he's in you. Uh also Matthew 1, Scripture 23 uh brings out about Emmanuel, God with us. God is in us. He's not way off out during the clouds somewhere, brothers and sisters. There is not one second of any of your days that you can't say God, and he will let you know I'm here. But he expects us to say the same when he calls for us. Hearing my Lord, he said, Who shall I send? Who will go for me? So remember, God means or uh Jah, Yah means God, Jehovah, and uh look where God dwells, he dwells in us. So he dwells within in you, if so be that the Spirit of God is in you. Romans 8, Scripture 9. It says, But ye are not in the flesh, but in the spirit. He doesn't talk about this natural flesh, he's talking about the works of flesh, adultery. Look at uh Galatians 5, uh 19, it'll tell you all those works of the flesh, and there's many places in the scripture where it'll bring out flesh. Envy, strife, jealousy, all those things. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the spirit. If so be, now that I want you to write IF on your paper, if, because there's a whole message on that one little bitty two-letter word, if. If so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now, if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. I don't care what you call yourself. So uh let's turn to John 17, and we're gonna read here uh a couple of things. This is a um this is a prayer that Jesus prayed on our behalf. So now we looked at Jehovah, Jehovah, Yah, uh, and we also learned that Yehavah, Yehovah, excuse me, uh Yah and Jehovah, uh they dwell within us, if so be that the Spirit of God is in us. Now listen um more evidence out of the scriptures. We're taking a journey through the scriptures. Uh John 17, and this is where we will close. John, Saint John 17, Scripture 1. It says, These words spake Jesus and lifted up his eyes to heaven and said, Father, the hour is come. Glorify thy son, that thy son also may glorify thee. As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. And this is life eternal, that they might know thee, the only true God and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent. I have glorified thee on the earth, I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self, with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. Now that kind of kicks that thought in the bucket to uh Jesus only come in Matthew. It says, uh right here now, thou me, uh thou, let me write, let me just start over that one scripture. And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self, with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. Now, uh let's think about St. John 1, Scripture 1, because it brings out in the beginning was the Word, the Word was with God, the Word was with God, and in Revelation 19, 13 it says, And his name is called the Word of God. So in the beginning was the Word, the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Scripture six, I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world. Thine they were, and thou gavest them me, and they have kept thy word, not the words of men, they have kept the words of God. Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee, for I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me, and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me. I pray for them, I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me, for they are thine. And all mine are thine, that means all mine is yours. All mine are thine and thine are mine. Well, I need this book over here to tell me what some of these words mean, because thine T H I and E, what does that mean? If you have the strength and the money to go out and buy a book to tell you what T H I N E is, why not just look it up and save your money and your strength? Think about it. It's so easy. See, the devil is so crafty, brothers and sisters. You know that the devil is crafty. Don't let things pull you away from God's word. If you come across the word you don't understand, get out the dictionary and look it up. If you don't feel like getting up, use your phone. Most people keep their phone to them attached to them at the hip. Look up Zine on the uh uh on the dictionary there. Look up what these words mean naturally, and then you can go into the scriptures of God and look them up spiritually, uh the scriptures, get the scriptures on them so that God can give you the understanding. Sometimes we don't think about things until someone uh well God, until God really uh moves upon someone to speak to shake the people's mind. So all mine are thine and thine are mine, and I am glorified in them. And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world. See, we are in the world, but we're not of the world. Because we don't speak like the world, we don't act like the world, we don't teach like the world, we don't talk like the world, we don't sing like the world, we don't behave like the world, we don't run after things like the world. Because when you come up out of those things uh and your mind, that means you set your affection on things above, and you begin to allow God to teach you what his words mean, uh your the desires that you used to have when you were in the flesh, you don't you don't have those anymore. You still have to get up in the morning and eat breakfast and take a bath and all these things. But your mind is more geared toward God and his truth and how God can teach you so that you can help others. That's really laying down your life for his name's sake and for the brethren. It says, and now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee, holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, no division, remember, no schism in the body, that they may be one as we are. While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name. What is his name? God and he he's the word. So he kept the people in the word. We've got to keep people in the word. Of God. We got to take them back to the correct book, the book of life, the book that the author, the holy author, wrote. That's the book that people need to be hearing. Because those books of men, if they were healing the land, then the land would be healed. But when you look out in the land, is it healed, I ask you? Because you know that it's not, because the wrong word is going out into the people. God said, My word, my word, not the books of men, please let us take a hold of this. I cannot plead hard enough to the people to please take a hold of what God is saying. He said, While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name. Those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition, that the scripture might be fulfilled. Who is that son of perdition? Those who turned away from God. It says, And now come I to thee, and these things I speak in the world. Now he speaks these things in the world, and he does that through those that are taught of God. But if you're teaching the books of men, you're not going to be able to help the people. That they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves. I have given them thy word. See, we give the people the word of God. We don't give them the books of men. I will not sit before you and give you any book of man, except for tell you to go to the dictionary and look up what a word means naturally, and then go to the strongs and search it out so you can go in and read the scriptures and get to understanding. But any book that tries to say that they are the Bible, no. Bible means book of life, brothers and sisters. How can a book that a man wrote be the book of life? Because it was written by a man who was flesh, but who wrote all things is God. It says, I have given them thy word, and the world hath hated them because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. And you know, you hear people uh say uh, and even I experienced that when I became a Christian, I lost a lot of friends, but they were not your friends, because if they would have been your friends, they would have continued with you. But because you didn't continue with them, then how can they be your friend? Remember, Abraham, uh he was a friend of God because he was faithful. And are we not supposed to be the children of Abraham? Having the works of Abraham faithful, faithful and true, faith and works, says that I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. Now remember, if you put a D in front of that word, it spells devil, and that thou shouldest keep them from the devil, that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. They are not of the and and another thing too, uh the Lord showed me this some time ago, and then another sister brought it out a few months later, and I just I just uh clapped for joy because if you turn the word evil around, E-V-I-L, it spells live. And did not Lucifer once live in heaven? But then he fell. He exalted himself above God and he fell, and that became evil. So it flipped completely around. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth. Listen, thy word is truth, thy word, God's word, not the books of men. As thou hast sent me into the world, even so I have also sent them into the world. Now Jesus sent the disciples into the world, and he told them there in Matthew 28 and Mark 16 what they should go and do. He's telling us the same thing. But the first thing that we've got to do is be taught of God. Do not run out there thinking you know a little something without God sending you and try to teach to people because if you go on your own, then you are on your own. But you will always be learning. But let God send you. And what happens is how you might say, well, how do I know when God is sending me? He will open doors of opportunity. It says, and for their sakes I sanctify myself. What? Jesus sanctifies himself? Yeah, because he is the word, the word of truth, the word of God. And his name is called the Word of God. It says, and for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth, not through the books of men. See, I don't want my brothers and sisters deceived anymore. God, uh Jesus has instructed us to be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove. And anything that seduces you away from God's word, how can it be good? Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word, that they all may be one as thou Father art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us, that the world may believe that thou hast sent me, and the glory which thou gavest me I have given them, that they may be one, even as we are one. Why? Because we have the same mind. If you have the listen, remember the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, and these three are one. Remember that. Why? Because it's the same Spirit. I in them, so Jesus is in us, and thou in me, and God is in Jesus, that they may be made perfect in one. One name, not forty-five thousand plus of them, brothers and sisters. If somebody tries to take you away from what God has told you, think about it. Who should you listen to, God or man? Who is it better to listen to, God or man? And look, and here's that word again, perfect. Uh remember uh the Lord brought out to you not to let the devil try to tell you that you cannot be perfect in God. It says, I in them and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that thou hast sent me and hast loved them as thou hast loved me. Father, listen, I love that. Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am. Now where is Jesus at? We know he has come, but spiritually he sits at the right hand of the Father. And has not God instructed us to set our affection on things above and not on things beneath? So listen, Father, I will that they also whom thou hast given me be with me where I am, that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me, for thou lovest me before the foundation of the world. Oh, wait a minute. I thought he didn't come to Matthew. Which thou hast given me for thou lovest me before the foundation of the world. There's more evidence that Jesus was with God in the beginning. And also listen at this scripture right there in Genesis chapter one, scripture 26, uh it said, uh, and this is God speaking, he said, let us create man in our image and in our likeness. So who was he talking to? If there wasn't nobody else created at that time, who was he talking to? Search these things out. Let us quit overlooking these things. Uh, you know, we read sometimes and we say, well, I don't really get that, and we just keep going on and we we attach ourselves to things that we think we have a knowledge of. No, challenge yourself. When you come across something that you don't understand, say, you know what, God, I'm gonna take the time to search this out because I want to know. Let the knowledge, wisdom, and understanding of God uh uh increase in you. And that is my prayer for my brothers and sisters, is that the that God may enrich you in all his knowledge, wisdom, and understanding. But note that I said, his knowledge, wisdom, and understanding. It says uh uh right here, it says, For thou lovest me before the foundation of the world. O righteous father, the world hath not known thee. Why? Because the world looks after the things of the world. Says, but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. Why? Because they believed the beloved, the only begotten Son of God. And I have declared unto them thy name. Will you declare the name of God unto the people, or will you declare the books of men? Which one are you declaring? You examine yourself this night when you stand behind the pulpit and you preach to the people of God because they're his people. They're not yours, they're his people. Which word are you teaching the people? Are you teaching them your words? Are you teaching them the words of God? Because remember, the words of God is going to heal the people. The words of man will not. And it says, and I have declared unto them thy name and will declare it, that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them and I in them. So where is Jesus at again? Remember that little child that said, He's in my heart. Where is he at? The word of God. His name is called the Word of God. Where is he at? Is the Word of God in you? If the Word of God is in you, then Jesus is in you. I pray this message has really helped you this night. It helped me uh as I was going through and searching the scriptures. And uh we're gonna go to the Lord in prayer at this time and we're gonna pray Psalm 19, 14. You can turn over there in the Bible uh with me if you want to and read it if you don't know it. But if you know it, uh it's just one scripture, but I want us to get this prayer in our heart and in our mind because as we go forth into the land, whether we're a preacher or not or a teacher, maybe we just we love God and we want others to know how much we love God and how good God has been to us. Uh, and you just speak with someone and you let that light shine. Uh uh keeping this scripture in your heart and mind will really help you. So after we say this, we will say have a blessed night. Psalm nineteen fourteen. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength and my redeemer.
