130. Do NOT Over-Identify

This episode is sort of a part two to episode 128. Definitions.  If this one isn’t quite making sense, be sure to listen to 128!

- Beware of over-identifying with your definitions
- The definitions you hold for yourself should be very carefully chosen
- Do not over-identify with what you do, what your job is, or what your circumstance is
- It’s what you do, not who you are
- It’s where you are, not who you are
- You can change anything in a moment
- Our past informs our futures, but it doesn’t necessarily mean anything about what we get to create from here on out!
