Exercise is a good thing, we can all agree. But for some, what starts as a means to improving their health, can turn into obsession which affects their food choices. This can develop into an eating disorder for some people. So, does exercise make you more vulnerable to an eating disorder? How can we have a 'healthy relationship' with exercise?

His upcoming work includes featuring in Men's Fitness magazine as well as filming for an ITV documentary about eating disorders and men.
