tastelife is a UK nationwide charity dedicated to helping people break free from their eating disorders and rediscover life in all its fullness.
Our Back to the Table podcast series features conversations between recovered sufferers, their family and friends and experts. Together they articulate a message of hope and recovery. Special thanks to Fuzbox Productions for enabling this series to happen.
Our Bite Size podcast series is drawn from our free Lunchtime Webinars, hosted by our Youth and Online Learning Lead, Cherry Dakin. The series explores a wide range of topics related to eating disorders and includes guests with lived experience who speak with honesty and insight.
To attend upcoming live webinars, you can book via Eventbrite.

Bite Size: What is DISORDERED eating?
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this webinar, we will discuss what disordered eating is, how it is different from eating disorders, and why it shouldn't be ignored.
What is DISORDERED eating?
Join us for a 30-minute lunchtime webinar where members of the tastelife team will discuss what disordered eating is.
This podcast-style webinar will be an easy way to hear about the experiences of those who have faced the difficulties of disordered eating, either personally or as a parent. Although not a full-blown eating disorder, disordered eating should not be ignored and in this short webinar we will give you a little insight into how to stop it from progressing into something more serious - and what you can do if you are worried for yourself or a loved one.
There will be examples of lived experiences and materials from the accredited Community Recovery Course and Youth Track resource.
