LEARN to Lead

Where does leadership start? I beleive it starts with the individual.  Today we talk about the show and why it was started. Then we will dive into Joe's story a little so you get to know the host a little better. 

After that we talk about self leadership using LEARN.

• Reward Progress: Celebrate your victories, no matter how small. Acknowledge and reward your progress, for it reinforces positive habits and fosters self-confidence.
• Nurture Self-awareness: Cultivate a deep understanding of yourself - your strengths, weaknesses, values, and aspirations. Self-awareness is the cornerstone of effective self-leadership.
