Episode 11 - How do I stop stressing?
Jul 24, 2023

For this episode, we have  Avery Virginia, she is an intuitive guide and helps people conquer and work with their limiting beliefs.

In the past episodes, we talked a lot about physical health. I brought  Avery today to touch on the other aspects of our health – emotional and spiritual.

We had a question from Caroline in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is 40 years old and said she is working on taking care of herself, but she feels guilt and worries about it. She is asking for tips on stopping worrying so she can take care of herself.

I work with many women, and I find that we carry so much guilt and shame when we want to take some time off for ourselves. Listen to how Avery and I tackle this question, and I hope this episode helps you one way or another!
