This book is a collection of lessons learned, motivational thoughts, and stories culled from the good and bad experiences of his life so you can feel your way through your own life. It's based on the five pillars of leadership that James's father taught him by "sitting in his chair"-by taking the time to advise and inspire because it mattered.
