Hey, it's Cindy. Thank you so much for joining me on today's bonus episode on The Brave Enough To Try Podcast. On today's episode, we are talking 10 things brave people do differently, and I am so excited to start.

Number one, brave people embrace failure. Okay? Brave people know that failure mistake. Are how they grow. Failure is the opportunity for growth, and without failure, we never learn from our mistakes. When you're brave, you learn to embrace those failures, and instead we use it as a stepping stone to becoming a better version of ourselves.

Number two, brave people aren't afraid of vulnerability and that means that you have the courage enough to be authentic to everyone you meet without the concern of what people are going to think about you. So show up, be silly, be yourself, whatever it is, whoever you are, don't be afraid to share it with the world, cuz what makes you special is you and you never know who you might inspire along.

Number three, brave people aren't afraid to voice their opinion, even if it means going against the flow. Brave people understand that you can't always just agree with everyone else, and you have to stick to your guns and stand up for what you believe in.

Number four, brave people are not afraid to ask for help. A lot of people assume that if you're. You have to be okay with being able to be on your own and making it on your own, and while being independent is very admirable, asking for help does not make you weak, and it does not make you less brave. In fact, there is so much to be said about your character when you have the bravery to stand up and ask for help.

Number five, brave people don't give. Even if things are not going in their way, even if they're facing problems and setbacks, they don't quit. They just look for other ways to go about achieving what they want. They think outside the box and look for other solutions to solve their problems.

Number six, they don't settle for less. They know their worth. They know what they deserve, whether it's in a relationship, career, or personal growth. Brave people know that setting for less is not the brave path. Rather, they're gonna put in the work to make the life that they want.

Number seven, they're not afraid to go outside of their comfort zone. When you're brave, you don't always take the road of familiarity or comfort. Well, it may be the safest route to take. You know that sometimes you're gonna have to step outside of the lines.

Number eight, they know what they want. . Brave people know exactly what they want in their life, what they want their life to look like, and who they want to be. They know what kind of life they want for themselves, whether or not other people approve.

Number nine, they don't seek validation. When you're brave, you are strong enough to know your own worth without the approval or the validation of anyone. , you know that you can hold your own. You know that you can call the shots, you know what you are capable of.

Finally, Number 10, they don't dwell or worry about their fears or the things that scare them. Having fears and doubts are totally normal. Everybody has them. They're part of our every. Single daily life. The difference between brave people and the rest of the world is that they don't let their fears or their worries stop them from getting to the next step on the path to achieving their dreams and crushing their goals.

So, if you aspire to become a brave person, you have to know that it has everything to do with believing in yourself. You need to be willing to face your fears head on. It doesn't matter if you think you can't achieve your goals. What matters is that you have the bravery to at least try.

At the end of the day, what matters most is that you dared to take a leap of. In your life and you are willing to bet on yourself, whether it's a job that you really want, whether it's a new relationship that you're taking a risk on, whatever matters to you most, is that you are brave enough to try.
