Our guest today is Julie Condon, Clinic Director at Advanced Health and Hand Therapy and she is no stranger to overcoming a crisis.
In 2019, Townsville was hit by a devastating flood that left their clinic in a bad state. On top of this, client visits began to dwindle in number as everyone was feeling the financial effects of the flooding. This crisis eventually took a hit on their clinic growth and finances
However, through the crisis, Julie was able to boost their team morale, uphold their clinic values, and slowly but surely, was able to lead her team out of the devastating after effects of the flood.
In this special episode, Julie talks about how she was able to lead her team out of the crisis, and how she was able to continually help her clients with their goals. She also talks about the importance of vulnerability and resilience, and what they’re doing now as a clinic through this current COVID-19 crisis.
