Helena Morrissey, on empowering women and narrowing the gender wealth gap
The gender pay gap has lifelong implications for women. In the UK, women on average have saved less than half of what their male counterparts have, when you exclude property. It’s a disparity that Baroness Helena Morrissey just can’t abide. That’s why she’s spent much of her career working toward solutions.
She’s the founder of the 30% Club, a global campaign that’s pushing for greater gender balance in boardrooms and across senior management ranks. She’s also the mother of nine children. And she recently visited the Finimize Podcast studio to speak with our own Michelle Sims.
