Scott Sloan Chief Technical Officer, Kyndryl
Scott Sloan is a Healthcare Architect and Paramedic. With extensive experience across healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences, Scott has centered his efforts on co-creating, with his clients, innovative solutions to business problems through the use of leading-edge technology. In his more than 30 years with IBM, Scott held a breath of leadership roles, including the Global Healthcare Industry Technical Leader.
Scott’s roots in object and architectural modeling grew to a breadth of industry modeling and client implementation experiences, including IBM’s Insurance Application Architecture (IAA), Component Business Modelling (CMB), and the Healthcare Payer Data Model (HPDM), including speaking at a number of international conferences. At Kyndryl, Scott is a Chief Technical Officer for industry accounts and continues business model development in his participation through Kyndryl in the Open Group’s Healthcare Forum.
Scott is certified as a Distinguished Architect by the Open Group, serves on the board of our Kentucky Bluegrass HIMSS chapter as Director of Marketing and Communication, and holds a master's degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Marketing.
