ArchiMate® 4 Specification
The ArchiMate 4 Specification, a standard of The Open Group, defines an open and independent modeling language for Enterprise Architecture that is supported by different tool vendors and consulting firms. It provides a notation to enable Enterprise Architects to describe, analyze, and visualize the relationships among business domains in an unambiguous way. Version 4 represents a substantial evolution of the standard, including housekeeping to clean up and streamline the standard to improve its ease of adoption and use.

The Open Agile Architecture™ Standard, Version 2.0, a standard of The Open Group, offers an approach to architect at scale with agility. It provides guidance and best practices for Enterprise Architects seeking to transition into Agile and Digital contexts.

The Open Footprint Standard aims to be the leading industry-agnostic open data standard for environmental impact. This mini series will focus on what's new with the Open Group and beyond. In this mini episode, we'll preview what's to come. First, we'll take a look at the new standards from the Open Group that are set to influence how organizations model their enterprises, scale agility, manage sustainability data, and build interoperable industry platforms. We'll briefly introduce the new Archimate 4 specification, Open Agile Architecture Standard Version 2.0, the Open Footprint Standard, and the OSDU Data Platform Standard version 1.0. This isn't a deep dive, think of it as a preview for what's coming. Over the next few episodes, we'll unpack each of these standards in detail, exploring why they matter, who they affect, and what architects, business leaders, and technology professionals need to know.
