Why am I here? Why don’t I feel content with my achievements? What is happening to me? Why does my heart feel so heavy? What is wrong? Yes! we have so many questions, I have been there, I understand what you are going through, and you are not alone. I am by no means an expert and every episode is inspired by the Holy Spirit. Let us all learn together under the leading of the Holy Spirit. The podcast unexpectedly started in December 2022 Please listen to the first podcast titled My Podcast Testimony for the full story. I know you will be enlightened as you listen. Got questions? Please let me know.

When Battles Come From Within: How Internal Conflict Can Destroy What You’re Building
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
What do you do when the real threat to your vision isn’t external opposition… but internal conflict?
In Nehemiah 5, the wall was rising — but the people were breaking. Financial oppression, injustice, and silent suffering began to threaten everything Nehemiah was building.
In this episode of Jola Speaks, we explore:
• Why internal battles are more dangerous than external opposition
• How leadership distance can blind you to real issues
• The power of servant leadership and proximity
• What happens when you delegate responsibility but forget accountability
• How to prevent internal tension from destroying your vision
If you are building something — a ministry, business, career, family, or team — this episode will challenge you to look inward and lead differently.
Watch till the end and share with someone in leadership.
