Why am I here? Why don’t I feel content with my achievements? What is happening to me? Why does my heart feel so heavy? What is wrong? Yes! we have so many questions, I have been there, I understand what you are going through, and you are not alone. I am by no means an expert and every episode is inspired by the Holy Spirit. Let us all learn together under the leading of the Holy Spirit. The podcast unexpectedly started in December 2022 Please listen to the first podcast titled My Podcast Testimony for the full story. I know you will be enlightened as you listen. Got questions? Please let me know.

People Are Not Perfect: Leading With Wisdom When Building With Others
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Have you ever tried building something meaningful… only to realise that the hardest part wasn’t the work — it was the people?
In this episode of Jola Speaks, we explore Nehemiah 5 and uncover a powerful truth: not every battle comes from outside. Sometimes the tension, frustration, and pressure come from within the team.
Even in a God-given vision, people can:
• Act out of selfishness
• Create conflict
• Make costly decisions
• Fall short of expectations
So how do you lead when people aren’t perfect?
In this episode, you’ll learn:
– Why internal conflict is part of the building process
– How Nehemiah handled tension with wisdom
– Why prayer and discernment are critical in leadership
– How to grow through difficult team dynamics
This message is especially for professionals, leaders, founders, and anyone navigating relationships in ministry, business, or community.
