It truly takes a great friend to keep it this real with me.  Cindy and I have a sisterhood that is rooted in faith and light work.   Todays conversation with Cindy was something that I really needed to hear and I know will impact many others.  Cindy works in Vegas nightlife and is also the host of Bottle Girl Diaries, a hilarious podcast centered around the stories that truly only happen in Las Vegas.  In this episode she shares her powerful story of growing up in poverty, moving to Vegas with only $700 and how she overcame hardship to become the entrepreneur she is today. 
We talk about what its like growing up with asian parents and how to find inner healing through prayer and meditation.  Cindy also shares how exercising and having a solid morning routine has changed her life.

After the pandemic, my perspective on life changed completely.
Even though I grew up in the church and had faith in God, I felt so lost and hopeless.
I had to face my greatest fears and my days were filled with anxiety and depression. 
Through the ups and downs, I learned so much about myself and this life.
I'm ready to open up and shine my light again!
