Stephanie Gray is an intuitive artist, writer and creative transformation guide with almost 3 decades experience practicing process art. She is passionate about using the creative process to assist others in finding their own wisdom and power so that they may live a more conscious and connected life. Her personal experience with health transitions, trauma, grief and spiritual awakening has deeply influenced how she creates safe space for others, bringing together a unique combination of art making, creative writing, grounding techniques, active listening, somatic movement and heart-centered discussion in order to facilitate inner transformation.
