What if your clearest path forward isn’t a bigger dream, but a truer one? We explore “Dreaming Out Loud” as a practice of practical mysticism—pairing Pisces-season intuition with concrete steps that move life in a kinder, more intentional direction. Instead of chasing far-off fantasies, we focus on right-sized visions you can actually build, starting from where you are and honoring what’s already in motion.

We talk through how clarity is returning after weeks of deep self-care, why this moment feels more focused, and how to translate that focus into choices that matter. You’ll get simple journal prompts to map three- and six-month visions, plus a method for turning each scene into one next right step. Along the way, we share a powerful reframe from the Akashic Records: you didn’t fail—you evolved. Plans that keep changing aren’t proof you’re off track; they’re signs you’re syncing with real life, real people, and a collective timeline that’s alive and shifting.

Key points include:

• weekly energy theme of practical mysticism
• clarity returning after self-care and inner work
• Pisces energy as interconnection and creativity
• right-sized visions that fit current life
• journal prompts for three and six months
• focusing on next right step and traction
• reframe from failure to evolving with others
• syncing hearts and collective timing
• Seven of Air: independence and soul sovereignty
• affirmation for living on your own terms

If you’re ready to write it down, speak it out, and let the universe meet you halfway, this conversation will help you set a course you can hold—light enough for grace, strong enough for progress.

If this resonates, subscribe, share with a friend who needs clarity, and leave a review so more seekers can find the show. Then tell us: what’s your focused intention for the next six months?

Tune in next week for a new episode to support and empower your light.

SPEAKER_00:

Aloha, everybody. Welcome to Your Heart Magic. This is Dr. Bethane Kapansky Wright. And for today's energy update from the Akashic Records, we were given the phrase Dreaming Out Loud as the theme of the energy this week. And it feels like a time for active dreaming, for actively thinking about what we want to create. And I feel a shift that's really happened between the last few weeks and this week. There's been an emphasis on self-care and coming into ourselves and grounding energy. Last week's message was about building the light. The week before that was about extreme self-care. A few weeks back, we had a message on emerging energies. And it was the idea that as the month of February moves along, as we roll into eclipse season and go through Aquarius season into Pisces season, which we are now actively in Pisces season, that more information and more energies would emerge that we were just kind of touching on or circling around during some of January and also February. And it feels like a lot of that's here. And I feel a lot more continuing. I don't necessarily feel like this week brings every single answer, and that all the clouds that have been blocking your sunlight have opened up. But I do feel that this week there is more that we can see, that there are some pieces of the puzzle coming into place, that some of the things that have been tying up our energy or felt like an obstacle have either lifted or they are moving. So I get a sense of seeing more clearly this week and being in a place that we're better able to focus, better able to think about what I would like to create? What direction is my life going at this time? And how do I want to keep constructively working with it? If the emphasis the last few weeks was on coming into ourselves and thinking about nurturing our light, going inwards, doing inventory, connecting with our values, this feels like we're looking up and we're looking around and saying, How do I want to move my energy forward? Particularly as we start to move into the month of March and equinox, the astrological new year. And we're still a little bit out from it, but what will be the second quarter of the year? So it is Pisces season, and Pisces is a beautiful sign for interconnection, intuition, for spirituality. Pisces often is the dreamer. There's a lot of creativity. And when we're in our more Pisces mind, we are more inclined to think about interconnection and our spiritual nature and how we are all connected on a soul level, even if it might not feel like it at all sometimes when we are taking this human journey down here. And so that Pisces energy really opens us up to the stars and kind of thinking beyond just ourselves. It's that really nice, watery energy of fluidity and emotions and feeling our feelings and thinking about our dreams. And Pisces can be prone to fantasy or illusion. But this week feels like a very grounded practical mysticism where we are not encouraged to dream out loud in the sense of what fantasy might you have about your life that feels really far removed from where you are now, but more looking at taking your life where it is now. What is the highest vision that you can conceive at this time? And it's okay if your highest vision is not a huge, grandiose vision. It's kind of interesting. But I will sometimes read spiritual guidance that talks about thinking about the highest vision that you can conceive and then encouraging this like think bigger, dream bigger. And certainly if that speaks to you or resonates with you, do not let me stop you from doing that. Be as expansive as you feel called to be. But I want to personally admit that sometimes I'll feel really stumped by this question. Sometimes I feel tied up with things that are in my life at this time. And there are stories and arcs of things that I'm working on that haven't yet completed. It's hard for me sometimes to think beyond them. It's hard for me sometimes to think about a huge grand vision. And sometimes I feel that it's much more helpful to think about taking my life as it is now. What elements might I envision that would feel better, brighter, lighter? Are there things that are giving me stress or giving me problems? And I would like to envision them wrapped up. Maybe I want to envision something where I'm calling up a friend and saying, oh my gosh, you'll never believe it. This situation totally worked out. And I feel so relieved. And I feel so much lighter or freer. There's so many ways that we can envision something higher for our life where we are able to work with where we are now and see our life in more technicolor. So be as expansive as you wish when you think about your vision and dreaming out loud. But if for any reason that stumps you a little bit, or you don't know what you want to manifest, then it's okay to think about your life now and how might it be a little bit more peaceful, brighter, warmer? Might there be maybe more love in it or abundance or something like that that you can connect with at this time? So work with this question wherever you're at. And a beautiful journaling prompt is to sit down and write in your journal, where would I like to be three months from now? Where would I like to be six months from now? Write a vision of how life might look in three months' time, how life might look in six months' time. And that is really going to help you connect to this idea of dreaming out loud, practical manifestation, and planting the seeds to move you in the direction that you want to go. We can't manifest something if we haven't figured out what it is that we want to manifest. So when we dream out loud, we take responsibility to speak our dreams through written word, through talking to the universe and telling the universe, through thinking them in our mind and saying, this is what I want to focus on right now. And then we invite spirit to come into that mix and help us create it. And often when we find a focal point, it helps us think about well, what's my next right step? If I know that this is where I want to be in six months' time, what might I do to move myself in that direction? One piece of guidance that did come through for this message is that do not think of it as a failure if you've had to keep reworking a plan or reenvisioning your life or remapping how you thought it would look. There is a tendency with so many of us that we feel like we failed somehow, or maybe we let our higher self down, let our spiritual path down. If we don't feel like our life is where we thought it was going to be. And the Akashic says, Hey, don't worry, that's normal. You're not failing, you're evolving. You are evolving right now, you are evolving on the path, you are working with your journey and working with the real things coming up in your life. And you're working with the hearts around you, the people around you. There are times that we might have a vision for our life and something that we're working towards, and then our energy gets tied up relationally or in other things going on. Sometimes energy is just tied up with other things going on, and circumstantially we don't feel as free as we would like to create the thing or do the thing. So the guidance from the records is to really reframe that you failed at something or that you're not getting there fast enough, or you should have known better, or any of those old stories that we often have where we beat ourselves up for not being where we should be, and instead to reframe it as you're evolving. And I really like this line. They didn't just say you're evolving on your path. They said that it's evolution and a sinking of hearts. And when they said that line, a sinking of hearts, I actively saw this interconnection between so many of us that even though we're often focused on the path right in front of us, and maybe we have an awareness of the people around us, that on an energetic level, as we evolve, other people are doing the same. And so how you might have envisioned something or hoped to create it six months ago, maybe just in your own power, you could have done that. But you're sinking with the hearts around you. You're evolving with the collective and the souls around you. And that collective evolution sometimes means that there's a lot more fluidity and transformative possibilities and adaptation than we originally anticipated when we had the initial vision. So I thought that was a really cool reframe that the records gave us. Our tarot card of the week is the Seven of Air. And this is a card that is about freedom and liberation. It's a card about breaking free from self-imposed limitations, breaking free from old stories, breaking free from societal expectations, or feeling caught in an old story. So this card is really about breaking free, claiming our independence, really stepping into our soul sovereignty. And I feel like this message dovetails really beautifully with the idea of dreaming out loud and this active dreaming energy, active manifestation. Keywords from the guidebook, this is the good tarot by call it Barron Reed for the Seven of Air are independence, non-conformity, living life on one's own terms without people pleasing. I love that. And our affirmation is now is the time for me to live life on my own terms. So I must find the courage to reject conformity. Listening to my yearning for independence is key to breaking free of groupthink and attending to my own needs. Diplomacy with others can help me to be true to my call to do what I know I must do for myself. And that feels like a perfect message to help inspire us as we think about what we want to grow in our life and our dreams over the next few cycles and seasons. All right. With that, I will be back next week with a new Your Heart Magic podcast and Akashic Energy update. As always, have a wonderful week and be well, be love, be you, and be magic.
