Eric Winter (1990-94) is the President and Chief Operating Officer of TrillerTV, the latest stop in a decorated career where he's become one of the most successful sports business executives in the country.

In this week's podcast, we trace Eric's unique journey that started as an Africana Studies major and Daily Aztec sportswriter. Then how the connection he made as a student with former SDSU Senior Women's Administrator Jayne Hancock led to a job working for her at DIRECTV, which was the springboard for a shift from journalism to the business side of sports.

Eric later became the CEO of Rivals.com, the Senior Vice President & General Manager for UFC's FIGHT PASS, and a consultant for dozens of Sports and Entertainment companies around the world.
