Flipping Houses To Buying Entire Mobile Home Parks Brandin Pettersen shares all!
Brandin teaches us how he transitioned from flipping houses and wholesaling real estate to focusing on mobile home parks. Brandon shared his journey, starting with flipping houses in 2008, transitioning to working with banks and hedge funds, and eventually moving into property management and rental properties. He expressed dissatisfaction with the transactional nature of his previous work and the limited scalability of his investments. Brandon then discovered mobile home parks, which he found more appealing due to their potential for larger deals and better scalability. He decided to focus on this new area, shutting down his previous business and selling all his properties in 2020.
