Travis emphasized that these properties should be able to sell for a lower price due to their dated appearance, but still attract buyers who can afford them. He also highlighted the importance of keeping repair costs low, suggesting that painting and flooring are the most significant tasks for these properties. Travis further explained that these properties should be sold within three weeks of purchase, and ideally within two weeks. Rick agreed with Travis's points.
